Next release after EPM 11.1.2 and known issues current 11.1.2

Good evening,
Does any of you know when the first main update/ main patch for EPM 11.1.2 is released?
(HSS/IR/PR/Essbase/Planning)
Does anyone know (major) known issues with the actual version? (I've red that it is not really stable yet and perhaps there are other issue you can mention)

11.1.2.1 was originally due for release (according to all the info) in Q4 10 and now it's due for Q1 11 ;-)

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\)
*Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

*Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.

I pre-ordered an album, but a song was released after I pre-ordered it and it says purchased, but I can't download it.

About a week ago,I pre-ordered Prism by Katy Perry on my IPod and she had already released Roar and Dark Horse, which downloaded. But yesterday at midnight, Walking on Air. And this morning I tried to download it, it said purchased, but I couldn't download it.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? Please let me know if you have a solution.

Adobe after fx cc 2014 sound and playback issue

When I rendered my first scene in adobe after fx cc 2014 I noticed I had no sound, and the video was playing frame by frame not full speed.
What did I do wrong?

You probably used the default Lossless preset in the Output Module. You should probably type rendering in the search help field at the top right corner of AE and study up on the options.

Mac Pro freezes after sleep, wont shut down, and 5870 issue

Hi,
I just got my new Mac Pro 3.33Ghz hexacore a couple of days ago and I've been having some issues with it.
1) When waking up the comp from sleep and its been cold for a while, the Mac Pro freezes. I can still move the mouse but that's about it. So, I have to do a hard restart. But...
2) Since last night I'm not able to turn the MP off. When I try to shut it down from the menu it closes all the apps and nothing but the background and dock shows and it gets stuck there. So I have to do a hard restart, but when pressing down the power button it just goes to sleep rather then shutting down, so only way to turn it off is to pull out the cord.
3) And the last problem I'm having is in bootcamp. When I play games (Battlefield Bad Company 2 or Crysis) the computer freezes after 3 min or so. The screen either turns blue or black and I have to shut it down. I am able to do the hard restart in Windows 7, in fact I just have to press the power button ones and it shuts off correctly.
I'm really frustrated since in the last 2 months I've had 3 iMacs and this MP and all have had problems. My old 20in iMac has been running for a couple of years now and has never had any problem...
Also, if I have to take it to the Apple store, is there anyway a tech can come to my house? I'm tired of going to the Apple store all the time, its a big hassle taking the comp there, plus I don't feel like they're really helping me.

just wanted to update you guys on what the official stance of OWC is on this situation. I had the same problem like you guys. I have the 240GB OWC extreme pro SSD in my Mac Pro 3,1. When it goes to sleep, and i leave it sleeping for a day -- upon returning, it will freeze up with the spinning wheel of death.
This is what they had to say about it:
"While Sleep will work with our SSDs, there have been reports of system hangs in relation to hibernation mode which is the deep state of Sleep. We suggest not using ANY program that puts your computer into hibernation mode when using an SSD. SandForce is working on this issue and it will be addressed in a future firmware update.
Normal, automatic sleep mode functions perfectly with no issues. But if you need to try and fix the hibernation issue with your Mac revision, please Open up Terminal (Applications>Utilities>Terminal) and go through the following steps:
Type: sudo pmset hibernatemode 0
Press: return/enter.
Type: your password when it prompts you to, then press return/enter again.
You have successfully disabled hibernation! Go ahead and exit Terminal.

SmartSleep is an application that you can use to set the hibernation mode on your computer.

--I would like to add that the OWC SSD is great. And since Downloading smart sleep and disabling deep sleep aka hibernate, the issue has been totally resolved. Im pretty sure the terminal entry works just as well. But I liked the added convenience of the other features of smartsleep. So there you go guys.

HT4061 iOS 6.0.1 Sudden activation screen after 2 weeks of use and battery issues.

I bought an iPhone 4 from a friend of mine about 2 weeks ago, he works at the carrier store so it's completly safe, no issues on the phone until now, no jailbreak, not hacked or modded. I left it charging for the night and when I woke up it was out of charge, when I connected it again it sent me to the activation screen, when I plugged it out it shut down, when I connected it again on my pc, it couldn't last 5 seconds on the Apple boot logo because it shut down. Help?

It could be, but if you can't get it to power up long enough to do a restore, I doubt it.
Google "iPhone DFU mode". See if that helps. If you don't live close to an Apple Store, call Apple Care.

Update Drivers before upgrading to Windows 8.1. At this time Lenovo recommends that customers who are planning to install the Windows 8.1 update, first update to the latest version of device drivers and BIOS on the Lenovo support site and apply Windows updates. Lenovo customers who are using ThinkPad, ThinkStation, ThinkCentre systems may elect to use the System Update to accomplish the Lenovo driver updates before updating to Windows 8.1. System update 5.03 should be used. If system update is downlevel, it should first update itself to version 5.03. Windows 8.1 drivers are being packaged and made available for automated install through System Update; therefore initially a limited number of 8.1 updates may be reported through System update. Updated drivers can still be installed manually by downloading from the support site. Lenovo is currently working on the release and availability of Windows 8.1 drivers through system update.
Not finding 8.1 drivers for officially supported models on the Lenovo support site?  The driver list for some systems ( Helix for example) currently reflect a mix of drivers for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. The Windows 8 drivers should work and have been tested, and compatibility designations are being revised to clearly reflect compatibility with Windows 8.1. This updating of descriptions is expected to complete in early November
SOLVED -SecureBoot advisory message appears in lower right corner of the screen after updating to Windows 8.1. This appears to occur if SecureBoot was not enabled when the update was installed. This community article may help resolve the issue. Microsoft has released an official solution here
Windows 8.1 update is not listed in the Microsoft Store. There are certain prerequisites that must be installed before the Windows 8.1 update will be installed. Be sure to run Windows update and install all updates. Reboot according to instructions, then re-launch the Windows Store and select Microsoft Windows 8.1 update. For additional information on updating from the Microsoft Windows 8.1 preview to Windows 8.1 click here. If the Windows 8.1 update is still not available, please visit support.microsoft.com
Windows 8.1 update fails with an error code. Try to refresh and ensure all Windows updates have been applied. If a backup of all data has already been made, customers may elect to reset back to factory, perform all Windows updates, update Lenovo drivers, and then attempt the Windows 8.1 update again. SOLVED - Black Screen with flashing pointer after install on some hybrid graphics equipped systems , S440/540, T430/530   W530 could potentially be affected. This issue has been addressed and Windows 8.1 updates on these models conducted after 10/29/13 should proceed normally. A Lenovo support tip for S series has been released to assist any previously affected customers. Another tip for T430/530 and W530 series is available, too.

I bought my Ideapad U460s 2 years ago. Lenovo appears to be failing to provide support for Windows 8. Ridiculous. You have lost a customer and I will share this info with friends and family.
There have been no updates to the drivers or other software for my laptop. I had to download the fignerprint reader driver from another laptop to fix it when I recieved my laptop.

In the early days of digital video editing, an export render could take hours! Not many applications are as hard on system resources as video editing, and rendering the final edit is probably the most system intense action of all.
Head on over to the Premiere Pro Hardware forum to see what sort of computer hardware the pros use for NLE (non linear editing), or to the PPBM5 site for a better look.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

When is the next FW upgrade after V21.0.016 which hav known bugs reported . I hope nokia to rectify it in next FW near soon.....My N95-1 getting slower & slower in response...when boot up it takes 15 minutes, some phone pre-installed function like Nokia Search, Dictionary, WLAN (wifi) already hided inside the phone (cannot see their icons), when receiving calls , i cannot see the loudspeaker function to be on...Video centre cannot be added anymore new services...& many more ...i only used up 3GB data for my Sandisk 4GB card...my phone still hav 58MB space left...i cannot imagine what will happen if more problems coming...

Your problem is elsewhere, not with the firmware.
How many themes and third-party applications have you installed? Did you install them into the phone's memory or the memory card? If your phone takes 15 minutes to start up there's a serious overload somewhere.
Regardless of that, nobody knows when new firmware is due out. It just appears. The thing to do is to check on http://europe.nokia.com/A4577225 periodically.

Well to manage my customers I use a control panel which lets them install php applications and etc.
The initial setup can be replaced to setup the Virtual servers for Sun Webserver, but alsmost every php script seems to target apache.
For example, Wordpress comes with it's own .httaccess file which will set the rewrite configuration for "pretty" URL's

No, that's just wasting space. A back up needs to be on a different disk.

I opened a new user on my computer yesterday with administrative privledges. I then opened up an itunes account from this new user. It seemed to go pretty well. I haven't downloaded any new songs yet or moved them to my account. I don't know how to move songs yet. I'm reading iPod and iTunes for Dummeies. Very appropriate for me.
