Nfl highlights..first two weeks not on ipod

downloaded nfl season. first two weeks were downloaded on ipod. when third week came around it downloaded that but now first two weeks can't be found on ipod. all three weeks are on computer though. I have tried updating my ipod twice to no avail.

I too have had this problem but with different weeks. I restored my iPod to factory settings and its still didn't work. I also set my video to load every video episode viewed or not, still didn't work. Any luck finding a solution anywhere else?

What happens when you try to restore the iPod? Error message?
If this program will not get the iPod out of recovery mode your data should be safe.

It sounds like you may be having issues with the connectivity of your iPhone with the Bluetooth in your vehicle. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting that Bluetooth connectivity with your iOS device:
If you can’t use a Bluetooth accessory or car kit
To resolve the issue, you'll need to first sign in to iCloud and review your devices:
Sign in to iCloud on your iOS devices and Macs with OS X Yosemite (available this fall).
On one of your devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth and look under My Devices. You'll see all devices that are connected to Bluetooth, but make sure that you see your Apple devices that are signed in to iCloud and are using iOS 8 or OS X Yosemite.
Sign out of your iCloud account from any devices that you don't want to use. To sign out of iCloud on an iOS device, tap Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Then, remove any inactive devices from iCloud:
Sign in to iCloud.com.
Select Find My iPhone.
Select any devices that aren't active anymore.
Wait for Find My iPhone to stop trying to find the inactive device.
You should see the option to remove this device from your account. Select it to remove the device.
After following the steps above, restart the device with the issue. Then try to use it with your Bluetooth accessory.

This started about 3 days ago. I could manually push email through in the last few days but can no longer. I have deleted the account and re-entered the settings but I get a message that I cannot connect to the server.

I have had my ipad in Mexico for 3 weeks. For the first two weeks it worked great. Suddenly I can't access my itunes, my ibooks, facetime, etc. At first I thought the problem was with items I was trying to purchase but it is more than that. Ideas???

As i stated initially, everything worked great for two weeks. The first problem I noticed was not being able to open Itunes. It would seem to load, click to a blank screen, and then go back to my icon page. The problem has spread to include anything that I want to browse and purchase, such as apps. Last night I found I could not use facetime either. Also I cannot use my NPR app. It downloads but when I touch an article I would like to read, the screen goes black and then returns to my original icon page.Not knowing what anything has to do with the problem, I have noticed that there are several apps that are in the process of being updated but will NOT update: Pinball Wizard, ibooks, Where's My Water, The Daily, and Pandora Radio. I am in Morelia, Mexico. We have a good internet provider. That does not seem to be the problem. When I purchased my Ipad, I was told that it was usable internationally. Is that the problem? Any suggestions or advice? All will be appreciated. Thanks!

Firefox4 keeps haning on first page , and shown not responding at top of page.had to install 3.6.16 to get firefox to work.(no virusses/mall/adware etc. found, amd explorer worked fine) how can i get ff4 to work properly again (like it did for two weeks)

The other day i deleted my email accounts off of my ipod and only reloaded a few of them. today i looked at my notes to look at a project i had typed on my notes because i didnt have paper and pen around to write it and i didnt want to froget. I reloaded the rest of my emails in hope that everything would reappear but sadly only some of them from 2010 loaded. Recently i had update some of the files and they were like they were when i first created them there were alos ones that i had deleted long ago. There are other notes i had made that were really important to me to andi wouldn't be able to remember every single one. Help Please!

You can not login into iTunes or the App Store using VPP credentials. You must purchase all apps/book/etc. from the VPP website. Then you can redeem the codes thru itunes/app store or import the codes thru apple configurator. (It will not affect any of the apps you already have but the id can only be used for VPP.)

One more quick thing first. Hold the SHIFT key this time as you startup and see if that gets you any further (this is called 'Safe Mode' by the way). I'm not too confident that this will work in your case but it's worth a try. If it boots up, go into Disk Utility and repair permissions.
If it doesn't, you're going to have to do an Archive & Install which will install a fresh copy of the OS over the top BUT keep all your users, files and apps in place.

Podcast Image is Not Updating for over Two Weeks

Hi. I use Wordpress - > Feedburner - > iTunes Store and my designated podcast image has not been updated in the Store for over two weeks. However I will note that on the Apple Podcast App, and in the iTunes Podcasting Section in my iTunes Library, the image updated almost immediately. It's only in the store that it's a problem, plus, that is the URL we use to share on Social Media. So it's code red!
I have been following all the threads, and understand that sometimes the store gets "stuck," but we are reaching hair-pulling-out-of-our-skulls mode, considering our large audience-base and the regularity with which we share the podcast on Social Media.
The outdated image, which iTunes Store is still displaying, does not exist anywhere on or offline at all. It is behaving as a ghost, not the scary kind the really f*cking annoying kind. I have no idea how in the world the store is still accessing it. It is 2014, and I simply cannot believe that Apple Technology would be this sluggish, and so I'm beginning to suspect I've messed something up somewhere, and really I'm at a loss and I can't keep telling my superiors that it's someone else's fault and HELP HELP HELP

After over 8 weeks, I got my image updated. I don't know exactly what did it. First I followed Roger's advice and changing the file name to a name that had never been used before. The fact that I reset back to an earlier image, thus a file name that had already been used, maybe confused it a little bit. So I changed the file name and re-uploaded. I also compressed the file size down a notch to make it smaller.
Finally, I bugged Apple tech support on the phone to no end (sorry sir, we don't know how to fix this, sorry sir, we don't really understand podcasting) until they gave me this email adress, and there, they told me they reset the feed:

It is 2014, and updating a dedicated Podcast image should not be this hard. They need to totally revamp their system. I think the more we complain about this on the forums, the quicker this will happen.
This is the only podcast directory that has this outdated problem. Unfortunately, it's also the most important podcast directory.

The HT1766 article you attached lists the prerequisites for an iCloud backup:
iCloud automatically backs up the most important data on your device using iOS 5 or later. After you have enabled Backup on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in Settings > iCloud > Backup & Storage, it will run on a daily basis as long as your device is:
Connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi
Connected to a power source
Screen locked
You can also back up manually whenever your device is connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi by choosing Back Up Now from Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.

Serial Number not found now but worked two weeks ago!

I have input the serial number of my new purchase of ipod photo (second hand) on the support page two weeks ago and it detected that it still have 120 days left for the service plan. But I have just tried to do it again today and it says that there is no such number.
I live in Canada and I cannot use the page for adding a serial number on the website. What should I do? Does anyone know why is this happenening? I've got this second hand, I hope it's not because this product was stolen or anything!!

IPod Touch sreen stops working after getting wet. After, work again normally for two weeks. Now, sometimes work, sometimes don't. Any clues?

My iPod took a bit of rain when i'm cooming home. After that, the touch stops responding. I tried restart and everything, but I only get to destroy the iOS. After, I put the iPod under the notebook in order to try to dry him with the heat. The touch work again! I restored the iOS and everything goes fine for two weeks. Yesterday, I plug the iPod for use the iTunes and he wasn't recognized by the iTunes, and the touch stops working again. I restored again the iTunes start to recognize him, but the touch works for a little bit and stop again. I put it under the note and the touch works for time enough for me to turn off the iPod. Anybody has any ideia what is going on? Thanks.
PS.: Sorry about my terrible english. Is not my mother langage.

7 to 10 days is better, and the failure rate is very high, you may need a new iPod.
