NFL Mobile - Can't Verify Verizon Account

I've tried multiple times to get to watch NFL games through the NFL app. I've got the More Everything plan, so this should be free, but when I try to access the games, the app says it needs to verify my account if I have the More Everything plan and then just continuously loads. I've let my phone sit for almost an hour loading with no change.

Follow these steps:
- go to https://appleid.apple.com
- select "Manage your Apple ID"
- sign into your mispelt Apple ID
- select edit on the mispelt email
- send verification email
- check your emails and follow the steps to verify the email address

Do you have any important/needed bookmarks, passwords, or history that you would like to keep? If not, then the easiest way would be to go to android's settings--apps-- and then tap on firefox--and then press "clear data". WARNING: This will reset Firefox to it's default settings, like when it was just installed. This should clear up everything and you should start over from scratch.
If you need to keep your Firefox profile (a.k.a. bookmarks, history, passwords, etc.) Then please let us know.

How can I verify my account if I forgot my answers to the security questions and the email the answers are supposed to be sent to is no longer in use?

I have tried to buy some songs from iTunes but it says I must verify my account. I don't remember my answers to the security questions. There's an email I registered in case this happened but the password for that email was lost. So now I can't but any new songs.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Can't access Verizon account after replacing ipad2

After replacing my ipad2 because of a broken screen, I can't log into my Verizon account. It says my user name/password are incorrect, but I know they are correct. Can I fix without calling Verizon?

Have you tried closing the App Store app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Next when I go to iCloud I see a message (Check your (e-mail address) for instructions to verify this account.I looked and did not see any instructions. She may have deleted the instructions long ago. I did contact Apple and had her user ID password reset. What do I have to do to get the Account verified?
The Operator Manual mentions a Setup process but I don't see any way to initiate it again. Just thinking that might be the step to start with.
