NHL Gamecenter Premium Upgrade

As a huge NHL fan, I use the NHL Gamecenter app quite a bit. I recently upgraded my phone to the LG G2, and now I can't seem to get any of the content that comes with the Premium upgrade that I believe I'm supposed to get for free as a Verizon customer. When I navigate to the section that has "Verizon Exclusive" content, I get a message that tells me I need to be a Verizon customer to access that content.
So, from what I can tell, either I'm confused about the Verizon free premium upgrade, or for some reason, the app doesn't seem to be able to recognize me as a Verizon customer.
Any ideas on how to get the free premium upgrade on my new device?

I would love to answer your questions about your premium content on the NHL mobile application. Are you still having issues with the access to the NHL Gamecenter Premium content? If so when you open the application after downloading it there should be two options. One options is for NHL Gamecenter Premium that should not have a subscribe option next to it. Does it show subscribe next to NHL Gamecenter Premium? What price plan do you have? Are you connected to wifi when you download and open the application? Keep me posted.

NHL Gamecenter Premium Upgrade on Samsung Galaxy TAB 2 Tablet

For the past 4 days, I have been trying to get the premium upgrade on my tablet.
During this process I have been on the phone with NHL support 3x and been DMed by VZWSupport through twitter.
Nothing has been resolved at all.
When I install the app (YES on 4G LTE) and open the app and click on upgrade to premium, a box comes up that says I need to pay 4.99 for it. I click continue and are given 3 options. When i click the "bill to Verizon wireless account" it shoots off an error message.
Then when I click on videos, and click Verizon exclusives, it shoots off another error message saying that its only offered for Verizon customers.
For some reason this tablet is blocking information to the app and I can't access anything that I am supposed too.
This is getting really out of hand, and I am getting annoyed with it.

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the app. We try to make the app as compatible with all devices as possible. The full list of devices the mobile remote is compatible with is https://www22.verizon.com/OnDemand/unprotected/AboutFlexView.aspx . You may find there may be devices that do work with it that re not on the list, but these are all verified working devices with the app. Since yours doesn't appear to be on the list, we can not gaurantee it will work. Submitting all the feedback has gotten word back to Verizon about the troubles you are having. You can also submit this to the Verizon Idea Exchange. Please search on the idea exchange and cast your vote. There may be another member who made the same suggestion. NFL/NHL Mobile Premium supposed to be free for Verizon customers...

I can't figure out how to get the apps to upgrade for me...I tried playing highlights and none of the videos upgrade it.
I just need audio so I can listen at work.

I just downloaded the NHL Game Center app from the Google Play Store. It appears that it does recognize that I'm a Verizon client and upgrades me to NHL Game Center Premium. With this I think I should get 10 minute game recap videos. I don't see where they are, but maybe this is only for regular season games?
I also tried to upgrade to NHL Game Center LIVE in order to watch live, full length, out of market NHL games. When I click the "upgrade" button the Google Play store is trying to make me pay $149.99 for the season. The below Verizon article says that it should be $49.99. Is this no longer valid?

How do I cancel NHL gamecenter ?

I just bought the gamecenter app just to find out that all my games are blocked out now I can't cancel it !!

I would contact customer support for NHL Game Center. If they refund your money it should be credited back to your account.

Can you stream live radio broadcasts of NHL games? Premium only includes live video broadcasts for national NBC games. To be able to live video stream all the other out-of-market games, you would need an NHL GameCenter Live subscription.
There are two different access levels for the NHL GameCenter app. One is called NHL GameCenter Live and the other is called NHL GameCenter Premium. Here are the differences:
Live: Live out-of-market game video, home and away broadcasts, access on multiple devices, all NHL GameCenter premium content

Verizon NHL Gamecenter App

I downloaded the NHL Gamecenter app, and i thought the problem was on Verizon's end, and they said it was on apple's end. When I press for the upgrade, it prompts me to input apple password for purchase. I am an avid hockey fan, and one of the reasons I downloaded the app, was because i have a verizon phone, i'd get the premium features.

In order for you to update an application purchased from the iTunes store you must supply the Apple ID and password that was used to purchase it in the first place. If you do not remember the password, you can recover it using the steps in this article -

Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade Media 32-bit DVD Unreadable!!

Referring to the upgrade kit that I have bought few years ago, the Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade Media DVD is Unreadable, since I need a clean installation on my laptop.

However, it seems that my Product Key was invalid, and I was unable to download the copy of windows provided by the link.

The product key you entered appears to be for software that was pre-installed on a device. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options.
So, Please help me to solve this problem asap, as I urgently needed to use it.

First, I would remove the key from your post as if it is usable, someone can now steal it.
Since this is a volunteer only forum, you are better off contacting HP Support directly for help with a usable key.

Aussimick you will want to enter in the qualifying serial number from the full version of Adobe software you purchased. Adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium upgrade

I am installing adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium upgrade on a new laptop. I installed the upgrade and entered the serial number and received the green check. It never ask for a prevoius serial number from the previous product. Each time I open a program in the suite, it will ask for the serial #. I will reenter the serial number and get the green check mark. I must reenter each time I open the program or any of the programs in that suite.

NHL gamecenter streaming issues

I bought a new ATV2 last week and updated to the latest sotware. The main selling point for me was NHL Gamecenter live as I had grown tired of watching games on my laptop. Gamecenter live however is unbearable to watch. It stops to buffer every 3-5 minutes and often will buffer for 5+ minutes just to go another 2 minutes. I can use Gamecenter on my laptop with no issues and it never needs to stop for buffering.
I thought it was my ATV2 setup but Itunes and Netflix movies stream with a breeze, never a hang up and a very short buffering time to get started. I have a 20MB download internet connection and I've never had buffering issues when using NHL Gamecenter on my Laptop. Another annoying thing it does is sometimes when watching a game that the NHL has put in their own "commercials" during time outs, it will often go back to the NHL game menu when the commercial break is over instead of going back to the game.
Anyone else having this issue with NHL Gamecenter? Maybe its an NHL issue since everything else on my Apple TV streams perfectly. I've had to go back to watching games on my Laptop because of it.

Haven't had this hold true for me. I usually watch games after they are over--not live. Some will stream this way, others will not--most often the team I really WANT to watch will not! I was watching one game on the computer the other night and decided to try the ATV2 again after the first period and found it WAS finally available. The weird thing was that the steam was slightly different than the stream I was watching o the computer. The computer stream included all of the commercial breaks and period intermissions, the ATV2 stream did not--it just went immediately to the next action or next period. Are they somehow formatting a special feed for ATV2? Does this take time and is that why some of the games are not available for awhile after the live game is over? I'm grasping at straws here to understand how I can best use this device which is so far quite frustrating and mysterious.....

I'm getting an Apple TV soon and I was wondering if you can get NBA League Pass or NHL GameCenter on the UK TV?
And if you can, are there any restrictions, e.g. can't watch full games/live?

I agree i wish every game was in HD like directv does plus directv gives you home and away feeds of every game,which is why i will probably go back to dirctv next year for! but i am hpoing verizon will do this next year,as far as channel 1450 goes it should be in HD,the last few games i watched were on 1454so i havent checked 1450,but it definitly should be in HD!.

NHL Center Ice + NHL Gamecenter Live???

I am a huge hockey fan...lots of my Canadian friends whom are on SHAW, TELUS and BELL in Canada are buying NHL Center Ice, and along with their purchase of Center Ice, they get a FREE subscription to NHL Gamecenter LIVE which is the online service provided by the NHL...you can watch games on your computer and mobile devices (iphone, ipad, PC..etc)...so, my question is, why can't we as Comcast subscribers get the same deal??....I think it would be a matter of Comcast getting the LOGINS for Gamecenter directly from the NHL....also, I sure hope Comcast will increase the number of HD channels for Center Ice this year...only 2 HD channels...I hear Directv has almost all the games in HD...kind of a joke..this is 2010! any insights? hey Blackhawk, i've been going 'round and 'round with Comcast about NHL Center Ice since Comcast only has TWO HD channels here in 2010. I'm near Detroit and I paid for the package plus HD box and was excited for the season to start since i bought a new HD tv. They have repeatedly told me "we are working on it" in terms of converting all channels to HD...this is a bunch of BS to me...what does it take? satellite tv has EVERY NHL and other sports in HD. If i had known this before i would not have ordered Center Ice...if you look at blogs all over the internet, you will see it's up to the Cable provider to give you an HD broadcast...Comcast just chooses NOT to. I keep insisting there is no way in *ell ALL the games are not being shown in HD by the network broadcasting the games. We are simply not getting what we pay for...and it's very expensive at that...COME ON COMCAST, GET WITH IT!!!
