Hi sir/Madam,
I am Sreenivasulu.O
i generated some digital modulated signal using ni 56402 card.
in tat i am getting some phase changes.but in my generatoin i didn't add any phase change(for normal sine wave also i am getting) .
Tell me how to eliminate that phase changes.

Hi Saloni,
There is nothing different that you should do for this script.
Use the getParentIBean() function on Contract Document to get the parent MA/SA. From there on it is as simple as using the correct getters to fetch the values.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked after removing the clientvalidators but now I am getting following exception. After which I think the actual problem is with the binding attribute of t:panelGroup but I am not understand why this happening because when I was in jsf 1.1 its working fine. What change lead me to this issue? any suggestions. One more thing the page renders fine for the first time. When i click on any command link or button it fails to post it back to server.

Changing RFx phase though scripting

Hello Experts,
I am trying to change the phase of an RFx document from "Waiting For Approval" to "Open For Review" through a script. The actual requirement is that incase an approver attempts to approve a document once the date has passed the system should automatically change the phase of the RFx to "Open for Review" while notifying the user about the passed date (through an error popup). The code is as shown below. It is written on target RFx validated:

The code manages to change the phase but there's a smaill glitch. For some reason the "RFX Response" does not get populated (ideally it should show the vendors invited for this RFx). Where am I going wrong here??? Any pounters will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Note: I checked the background task log. It said that the document needs to e approved before a phase change can take effect. Does this have something to do with this issue??

The problem is solved.
From the debug, it just looks like the initial transfers for ISAKMP simply aren't happening. So, I thought I'd give a new config one more try...
Although we had used multiple config templates, and a couple of replacement 831s, it just never would come up. I suspected that it had something to do with notepad and how it was substituting values into the template. As I said, there are over 200 of these 831s running happily, having used the template method of configuration, but this time rather than copying values from a file holding configuration information, I copied the information I needed directly from the running router (using the old config) into the template.
And this time, the tunnels magically came up.
Had there been a "fat finger" moment where a non-printable character was embedded in the config, I couldn't see it using a binary compare. Plus, even though the tunnels were down, I was still able to get into the public IP address on the 831 using the new config.
Anyway, I guess that's it.

phase change? Phase change in reference to what? Can you attach a picture
showing the phase changes you are getting? Where are you watching the phase
changes, on the same signal or reference to another channel? If you can detail

Inconsistency with maintenance cycle and task list phases in ChaRM

Hi Experts,
I'm deploying ChaRM with SolMan 4.0 SP09.
I was testing a scenario where there are more than one maintenance project open for same landscape (different logical components but values are the same). I have been using maintenance cycle document (in crmd_order) to control phase changes both in task list and in maintenance cycle.
I received an error message stating that the system has reset the status of the maintenance cycle and the end result was that task list phase is one step ahead of the maintenance cycle. This of course causes the situation where certain actions are no longer possible (maintenance cycle in Dev with release but task list already in test => release and import are not possible and reseting phase with task list is prevented by ChaRM).
My question is how do I restore the inconsistency. I have looked for notes (but of course this is not a notes issue) and the internet for solution.

"Close Project" to be made inactive until a particular phase is reached.

Hi All ,
I am having requirement of making "Close Project" under Document tab in Document toolbaras inactive until the Project reaches the final phase of it.what I thght of it is like locking/inactivating the "Close Project" by scripting when the project is created and write the code to unlock/activating the "Close Project" in the Document Life cycle event context for a post phase change by checking if the current phase is the last phase of the Project.
But I didnt find any methods from RG to make the Close Project inactive... Did any one try this or suggest any methods from RG?.
(I guess in toolbar customizations you can only hide or rename the display names . I was able to only rename/hide the "Close Project"...).

I just want to get some additional clarification. You wrote you did not use the Function BBP_PROCDOC_STATUS_CHANGE to change the status, so how do you change the status, then? I mean, in my understanding you added the entry to the TJ* tables via BS22, BS12, and BS32, but how do accomplish the actual phase change you were looking for? Do you go and manually update table CRM_JEST with the new document status? FYI, we are applying the solution to a CRM scenario, so if your area does not use CRM_JEST, that is understandable.
Any screens from the BS transactions that you may add will also help to get a better idea of what you did.

Hello Jenifer,
The problem usually is due to errors in the CRM transaction that represents the Maintenance Cycle. You can check it by calling transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR and entering in the transaction type SDMN then process.
You will get a list of all Maintenance cycles, select the proper one and double click.
In the CRM Transaction in the upper/right side you should have a red button if you click it you can find out the reason for the error and correct it.
Then the Phase change can be performed.
Just a info for you, you can also perform the Phase Change throught the CRM transaction type SDMN, check the actions button and you will find it.

ChaRM Project Phases - configuring what can be done during phases

This is a pretty simple question.
Where do I change what actions can be completed during phases?
For example, a ZMCR for a Maintenance Project can be created in Development with Release phase but it cannot be created in Go-Live phase.
Where do I view this configuration?
I used to know but I can't remember
I went into transaction SM34 and accessed /TMWFLOW/VC_PHMD but this is more for lower level actions (i.e. releasing transports). I'm looking for transaction type status (i.e ZMMJ can be changed to this status in these phases).

Now the business has come up with a requirement saying if we jump any approval step, then we have to put a comment/reason for that. Is there any way to achieve this. Thanks a lot Devesh for your reply. The functional team will put the field for comment/note in the Master Agreement.
In our case the user may skip one approval phase, not the approval step.
I checked this place where we can put our PrePhaseChange Script, but I am not sure on this. The concerns are:
1.     How this script will get triggered when I will change the Workflow phase .
2.     How this script is linked to the Master Agreement & Contract that I am using , because no where we are specifying the
        Agreement Name or Contract Document Name while defining this PrePhaseChange Script . I am bit curious about the
        relationship will between these.
Location where I defined the PrePhaseChange Script:
SETUP->[System Setup]->Integration->Script Definition->Document Life Cycle Event->Create->[Target: Pre Phase Change]->In the Script box the scripting logic will go.
Is the above place is the right place to put the Pre Phase Change Script.

P67A-GD65(B3), new BIOS 4.3 and power phases

The old BIOS for P67A-GD65(B3) offered APS, Intel SVID and disabled as options for the power phases in the BIOS. The newest BIOS has no such option so I have to wonder whether APS and intel SVID are still around or all power phases options are set to disabled.
I have 2 of those mainboards. In the first one the BIOS is upgraded to 4.3. The system has a Pentium G860 (Sandybridge) and a Corsair HX750 psu. Control Center reports system to have 1 phase active while idle but the phase system itself is reported as disabled. It is not reported as either Intel SVID or APS. This seems to be wrong though cause when system goes to full load all phases go active again.
The other mainboard has an i5 2500K and was using BIOS v1.19. I had set the phase system to Intel SVID and indeed the phases changed between idle and full load. In a stupid attempt to benefit from Intel's rapid start technology that is supported on the latest BIOS and despite my better judgment I upgraded the BIOS to v 4.30. I had lots of issues with overclocking the CPU so I downgraded to 1.19 using the forum tool and the custom BIOS file. I may need to do a fresh installation of windows but according to the leds on the mainboard and the Control Center I can't get the mainboard to lower the phases even when idle. I've tried Intel SVID and APS in the BIOS but I had no luck. C1E is enabled along with every other energy saving feature. Currently and most of the time the i5 is running on stock clocks. I did notice that during the original upgrade from 1.19 to 4.30 in the BIOS the Intel ME was also upgraded from v7 to v8. I am not sure if the forum tool that reverted back the BIOS to v1.19 took care of the intel ME.
So I wanted some clarification to what happens with the power phase system in the new BIOS (4.3) and a bit of help in regards to the other system that for the time being seems incapable of lowering CPU phases. The second system is using a Coolermaster Silent M 1000W psu. Both mainboards are equipped with 16GB of Corsair (XMS1600) memory. Both systems use aftermarket coolers that keep the temperature reasonably low while being very quiet. I could list the rest of the specs but I don't think they will matter much.

The v4.3 was intended for those that decide to install an Ivy CPU. There must have been a reason why some of the features or settings were modified or eliminated to accomodate Ivy support. It may be best to ask this question directed towards the MSI Technical engineers.

As for phases, it may depend on how many applications are running in the background.

Hi help abt BPSK/QPSK signal waveform

Hi sir,
I am using modulation toolkit for generating bpsk/qpsk signals.Here i am attaching wavefrom image.what i seen the psk waveform like this(psk1.jpg and psk2.jpg).
But i am getting like this(bpsk_ouput.jpg).is it correct?it looks like only phase changes are appearing.
Please give me some clear information abt this signals.

I am also trying to use 5640R to get a PSK modulation signal. But the result is not correct. The envelope should be constant in PSK modulation signal. what I get is shown in pic1.
My Host and FPGA .Vi is posted in pic 2 and pic3.
can you help me to resolve it?

Hi Kumar,
You need to follow steps mention below:
1) Create an action defintion to create a follow up document and in that use method 'COPY_DOCUMENT'
2) In action condition scheduling, you have to specify the followup transaction type and scheduling condition as the phase of the project.

I was wondering if anyone could take a look at the code in general for me, which is to go in an 'effects' pedal. The first while loop is for a footswitch that either reads high or low. It controls the mode of the pedal. the first mode is the default, where no signal manipulation occurs, and what comes in the audio input just comes out; the second mode stores data (fundamental frequency, average FFT amplitude from 3 kHz to 5 kHz) from the E string of a guitar, which is plucked after that mode is actuated; the third mode does the same for the A string; and the final mode takes in a note on the E or string, recognizes it as either on the E or A string, and adjusts the frequency content to be in tune based the data stored in modes 2 and 3. then the new magnitude vector is put through an inverse FFT and output through the DAC and sounded.
What I'm curious to know is, are there any blatant errors I've made? Will the signal coming out of the inverse FFT be sounded through the DAC? does it need to be changed from a double to an I32? I am trying to debug, but right now I'm having problems getting the correct output voltages on the Blackfin (the SPORT 0 pinout doesn't seem to match what is on the board....).
also, I was wondering if I will lose any phase information on the signal that I get out compared to the signal I put in. Will it be detectable by ear? Or would it all sound the same? along with the phase change for some signals, using an inverse FFT resulted in a loss of amplitude (from about 1 to on the order of 10^-5. that's a lot!). but when the test program was played on my computer, the phase change was not noticeable from the output signal, and neither was the magnitude change! the output played at the same volume as in the input, despite the waveform chart on the front panel showing an amplitude five orders of magnitude less! can you help explain that to me? what can I do, will it matter coming out of the Blackfin and into an amplifier?

I've had a look at your vi and can make some suggestions that you can try.
From what I can see, your while loop with the wait timer of 100 ms and continue if true condition on it (we shall cool this loop 1) will always keep running.
The other while loop (loop 2) is nested within a couple of case structures and will only run once (false to a continue if true condition). The default case has a different condition and will always run, instead.
From what I can make of this, loop 2 and all its case structures will only run once (except for case 0, default). WHEN it runs will depend on how it was compiled on the Blackfin - case structure/loop2 may go first or loop 1 will go first.
If you want loop 2 to go first (and only go once) then you need to link the output of the case structure to the input of loop 1 - this can be done by simply wiring up a boolean to it (data flow rules).
If you want loop 2 to always be checking the status of the mode then you need to place the whole case structure within a while loop, to run continuously.
That is a very quick interpretation of what you are trying to do. There are a lot of question marks (missing vi's) and some heavy use of local variables. I would consider using sub-vi's, in particular functional global variables (FGV's).
