NI 9214 FPGA I/O items missing (cRIO-9030 / NI 9144 combo)

I have a new cRIO-9030 and NI 9144 EtherCAT expansion chassis which I have configured and added to an existing LabVIEW project containing a cRIO-9012. When I searched for existing targets and devices, the modules were correctly detected (NI 9237, NI 9263 and NI 9265 on the cRIO-9030, and NI 9214 and NI 9477 on the NI 9144 chassis); however, the I/O items listed for the NI 9214 module show only the 16 thermocouple channels (TC0 through TC15). The four additional channels are not shown (Autozero and CJC0 through CJC2), although they did when the module was previously configured for the cRIO-9012.  Is this a known / compatibility issue with the NI 9144? or is there a configuration option I am missing? Does the terminal block need to be in place on the module for these I/O items to appear?
Solved!
Go to Solution.

Hey CFER,
You are correct only the thermocouple channels are availble through the scan engine. The availabe channels for each module are documented in the compactRIO help. This should be the same for all chassis. Can you double check the 9012 was setup in FPGA mode? Its easy to overlook sometimes.

  • Shipping  Charge for free goods Error FF805 Tax statement item missing o0

    Hi,
We handle a lot of free goods and Subsequent deliveries which are free of charge.
The item category has been set "relevant for billing"  and "100% discount (B)" for relevant for pricing.
We have absolutely no trouble in billing and creating the accounting document for the free goods.
However, sometimes the client would like to charge shipping/handling/freight cost to customers on this. In this case (the net value is 0 and freight will have some amount), billing document is generated as expected but accounting document doesn't.
We get the error "Tax statement item missing for tax code O0" FF805"
We think this happens because the net value being $0.00.
In pricing procedure all the shipping and tax condition types have requirement '2' (and I tried with blanks also)
How to correct this issue?  The client wants to bill the customer for freight even if net value is $0.00.
    Helpful answers will be rewarded.
    Thank You,
    Manoj

    Hi Manoj
Firstly , Check wheather the tax code O0 is assigned to MWST condition type in VK12 .
Secondly check wheather that tax code you assigned is an input / output tax .
Finally check what tax procedure has been assigned . and check wheather that tax code is available in that tax procedure or not

  • Items missing from CC document reappear when saved as CS4

Had a two hour chat with Adobe this afternoon and uploaded a suspect file, but am now unable to get in contact, so I'll give this a go.
We've recently upgraded from CS3 to CC and have thousands of legacy files. The docs look fine when opened in CC and output correctly to PDF for commercial printing purposes. Today, however, has thrown a major spanner in the works. Three days ago we opened a CS3 document into CC, made amends, output a PDF proof for the client, and saved it as CC (.indd). The client has sent back the marked up PDF to make further amends. On opening the CC doc, it is immediately apparent that things aren't as they should be. Several items from different pages and different layers - images and text boxes, are missing. We scratched our heads for a while to try and work out how we could possibly have accidentally deleted various items, with no convincing answer. A confusing anomaly was that one of the items missing was a full page full colour placed image which just happened to be on the back cover also. We copied this image and tried to place it on the front but it wouldn't allow us, saying something about boundaries not being big enough - the first sign that something may be damaged.
I then looked on the web to see if anybody else had had similar problems. It appeared that nobody had but one of the results was an Adobe page for repairing corrupted files. I decided to try one of their recommendations, which was to save as a CS4 file then reopen in CC. We did this and hey presto, it worked! All the missing items returned.
Our initial joy was quickly replaced by dread as we realised that we had opened what appeared to be a corrupted file, with absolutely no external indication that it was damaged. If it hadn't opened at all, or if there'd been a warning to say the file was damaged, we'd have been pre-warned; but the fact that it opened with no problem whatsoever, meant we didn't know it was damaged. On this occasion, the absence of the front page image made us aware of a problem, but what if it was a 200 page catalogue that we'd just been given the go-ahead to print? Before today we certainly wouldn't have been thinking that we need to go through every page to make sure every item is still there!
We very often open old docs and create PDFs for print without looking at the files, but even if we did, how are we possibly going to remember every item that appears on every page just to make sure they're still there when we print 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months later.
I've been doing this job for twenty five years and never come across this, and from a business point of view, this is VERY scary.
    Anybody any idea what's happening?

... this kind of problem is common enough that I never recommend opening a legacy .indd file in a newer version. Instead export the file to .inx from the original version (or .idml for CS5 or newer files) and open that for conversion.
    Peter,
I've never seen or heard of such a thing. I have had guides get totally screwed up when files are saved down to IDML and then re-opened. That's why I don't really trust the IDML saving except for damaged files.
But opening legacy files is not supposed to have these types of problems.
It is very possible that this is a one-time aberration of only one file.
But what you're recommending is too onerous for most companies to do.
It is not feasible for companies to keep a copy of legacy software (in this case CS3) running. So they would have to anticipate needing to re-open the file as INX. They would have to keep a copy of CS3 available to export as INX. But it is doubtful that CS3 would run on today's machines running the latest OS. So what you're recommending is they have to export as IDML before they archive a file. And I don't even know if the INX from CS3 can be opened by CC. That could have just as many problems
I'm happy for the client that saving the IDML and then re-opening in CC fixed their problem. Obviously the CS3 file was damaged.
And there really is no excuse for not checking a document before it goes to press.
But if people can't trust opening legacy files, Adobe has a huge problem on their hands.

    b) in Miro are you able to use any other tax code and post the document ?- NO
I have created other tax code and tried to use it in MIRO, but system throwing the same message. Is it somehow related to Tax procedure / OSS pack levels? The message Type is ERROR.

  • Error : Tax statement item missing for tax code

    Hello Gurus,
I have issue while releasing a billing document to accounting from VF02. The error says 'Tax statement item missing for tax code AA'
    Any idea??
    Prase

    Dear Prasanth,
Please review note 112609 and 400766 carefully, which explain the
    tax rules.
The FF805 error is most likely triggered due to configuration in
    the pricing procedure.
If an active tax condition record is found (for example on UTXJ), even
though it is statistical, the tax code (linked to the record) is then
distributed to the active price conditions for that item pricing.
When it passes to FI, the active tax condition is passed but not
the price because an active price condition cannot be found.
In the SD-FI interface, for every price condition sent over,
there MUST be a tax condition sent over, hence the FF805.
I think may be what is happening in your case.
If after setting reference steps in your procedure according to the
guidelines in 112609, you still encounter the FF805, please let me know.
Hope this is helpful. Thank you.

  • FI-SD  Tax statement item missing for tax code R4

    Dear,
I create a sales order in ECC 6.0, there are a sales type condition=0 and a tax type condition amunt =0, there are an other type condition <>0 without taxes.  I create the billing document without problems, but when I release to accounting appear the following message:
"Tax statement item missing for tax code R4
    FF805
No tax item exists for tax code R4 in a G/L account item. A possible
cause is an incorrect transfer of parameters by the application to the
    Accounting interface."
I believe that the problem is that the type condition of taxes is = 0 and when I release to accounting and happens to FI gives the error. This works correctly in version 4.5

You require to Check the Condition Record for the same. You must have by oversight not maitained Tax Code. This is the highest probability. If this is the case, then there are 2 options to handle the same.
    Option 1:
Cancel Billing Document --> Reverse PGI --> Cancel delivery --> cancel Order & update condition record & follw the regular sales cycle of creating Order --. Delivery --. & so on
also try to maintain the Tax Code in Condition record & update pricing in Billing Document. may be this may work.
Option 2: In Dedug mode: Force the Tax Code in Billing document with the help of Abaper.

  • Tax statement item missing for tax code Z5

    Hi,
While releasing the billing documents to accounting we have the following error:
Tax statement item missing for tax code Z5
    Message no. FF805
    Diagnosis
No tax item exists for tax code Z5 in a G/L account item. A possible cause is an incorrect transfer of parameters by the application to the Accounting interface.
    Procedure
    Enter an OSS message.
Could you please let us know whats going wrong. This is a priority to us.
    Your inputs are highly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Aravind

    HI Arvind,
When you release this invoice to accounting the system check if there are any tax conditions (KOAID = D) that are non stastical (KSTAT = " ") found on the document.   If there is.... then this tax code must be applies (via the from and to steps) to a non statistical price/discount.
    VF02 + release to accounting:
    Main program     SAPLV60B
    Source code of   LV60BU01
      Aufruf aus Simulationsreport
               if sy-cprog = 'SAPFACC0'               >> SET BREAKPOINT
               or sy-cprog = 'SAPFACC1'.
export xacchd xaccit xacccr to memory id 'SAPLV60B'.
                 exit.
               endif.
The XACCIT table is the interface table from SD to FI.  As you can see this is basically ahnding over the relevant conditions from the XKOMV table to FI.
When the condition base value for the tax condition is 0.00 it will NOT get passed to FI. The from and to step for the tax condition writes the tax code to the non statistical condition, if a price code is passed to FI with a tax code there must be a tax condition passed to FI with the same tax code.  Otherwise ERROR FF805
If the tax base value is zero..then it is obvious system will throw error message
    FF 805.
If you have revenue lines containing a tax indicator XX, but no tax line with tax indicator XX, then the error FF805 issues, and it is justified.
Please assign points if it useful.

  • Tax statement item missing for tax code A0

I got intercompany billing that has not been released to accounting, when I tried to release to accounting got this error message :
Field Profit Ctr is a required field for G/L account 6000 14112100
    Message no. F5808
    Diagnosis
The value for field "Profit Ctr" in the interface to Financial Accounting is an initial value but you are required to make an entry in the field selection for G/L account "14112100" in company code "6000" linked to the field selection for posting key "50".
    System response
    Error
    Procedure
It might be an error in the configuration of the G/L account field selection. The initial application, used to call up the interface must otherwise define a value for field "Profit Ctr". If this is the case, contact the consultant responsible for the application used to call up the interface or get in contact with SAP directly.
when I looked at it because IV01 in billing document is empty and PI01 in sales document is empty, when I tried to add the value IV01 in intercompany billing manually and tried to release again got this error message:
Tax statement item missing for tax code A0

    Hello,
I think all relevant details for the tax code "V0" are not maintained. Go the t-code "FTXP", for the country key and tax procedure, you shall get the details for the tax type, acct key, you can fill that details for tax percent rate. Double click on that tax type, you can enter the information for G/L account in combination wiith Chart of account.

    HI Sivaram,
Please review note 112609 and 400766 carefully, which explain the tax rules.
The FF805 error is most likely triggered due to configuration in the pricing  procedure.
If an active tax condition record is found (for example on UTXJ), even though it is statistical, the tax code (linked to the record) is then distributed to the active price conditions for that item pricing.
When it passes to FI, the active tax condition is passed but not the price because an active price condition cannot be found. In the SD-FI interface, for every price condition sent over, there MUST be a tax condition sent over, hence the FF805.
I think this may be what is happening in your case.
Normally it would not be advised to bypass the check in FI_TAX_SV_BSEG_BSET_GROSS - please note that when passing from SD to FI:
-> There must be at least a revenue line for each tax line.
-> For each revenue line containing a certain tax indicator there must be a tax line with this indicator.
-> If a tax condition has base value = 0  OR is inactivated OR is statistical => then it is not passed to FI.
I hope this information will help you to solve your issue. If it resolves your issue, kindly confirm this message at your earliest convenience. Otherwise, please give me feedback for further analysis.
