NI MAX 4.1.0.3001 looses trigger mapping settings for my VXI / MXI2 multi mainframe configuration

I have NI VXI 3.3.1 and NI VISA 4.0 installed on the system and I am attempting to use a MXI 2 multi mainframe configuration.
NI MAX sees all the hardware correctly but when I set the MXI-2 Signal Mappings for the TTL Triggers then re-run resman these settings are not retained. This worked flawlessly in VISA 2.6 (my prior version).
Specfic config information..
frame 1 -

Slot 0 MXI2 LA 129
Slot 2 1432 LA 133
NI-VXI version 3.3.1 installed.

I understand how to map the trig lines in MAX, and was able to successfully configure these mappings. The issue is that once configured, I re-run resman and the mappings are then lost, returned to "NONE". I'm not sure but it appears to be a bug.

ITunes looses photo sync settings for Apple TV (1st gen.)

Since the update to the new Photo app on my Mac, iTunes forgets the photo sync settings for my Apple TV (1st. generation, 160 GB HDD).
Every time I open the photo section of the Apple TV sync settings, all the options are turned off. Then I mark a couple of albums and sync the Apple TV >> all album appear on the Apple TV.
But after closing and re-opening iTunes in the photo settings everything is unmarked again. So on every following sync the photos on the Apple TV are easily erased :-( Resync them to the Apple TV takes hours (>30'000 photos!).
All the other sync settings in iTunes remain intact.
Environment:
- MacBook Pro Retina 15" with the latest SW (Mac OS, iTunes, Photo App, etc.)
- Apple TV 1st gen 160 GB HDD

Restarting iTunes resolves the issue in the majority of cases, if it doesn't my second guess would be your security software.
What really seems strange here is that there have been no updates since well before Xmas, so after initially setting it up, the first update would have brought you right up to the most recent (and indeed the very last) .
Agh, how silly of me, I see it's iTunes you have updated.
If that's about all you've changed, you might want to try reinstalling iTunes and bonjour.

My dell inspiron 15r finds my iphone but it doesn't trigger the box for me to give the security number to tether

When I connect my iPhone 4 to my Dell inspiron 15R the laptop recognises the phone as a personal hotspot but it does not trigger the box for me to input the code to allow tethering. Why does this happen when my old iPhone 4 (which Apple have just replaced) did produce the box and tethering afterwards was automatic?

iphone is diabled- connect to iTunes because i forget passcode.
i cannot connect iTunes because it's always asking to enter passcode on iphone.
So, i cannot make restore my iphone 6+. And then, I cann't erase "device" in icloud.
My iphone is new. No icloud. didn't connect to itune backage.
That's why I try to connect iTunes but it need to enter passcode.
So, my iphone just keep "iphone is disbled-connect to iTunes".

We have a scenario that customer transmits their EDI - ORDERS message and upon receipt of ORDERS, requires us to forward CONTROL and APERAK for any issues with ORDERS message. Checked different outputs and did not find suitable one. WIll appreciate, to know, the corresponding message/idoc types for CONTROL and APERAK and how to trigger.

I tried the following Message Control settings for Message Type - PORDCR1 / Partner - SNC Logical System:
a. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ME10 ; Change Indicator = Checked
b. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ME11 ; Change Indicator = Checked
c. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ABI_AIDN_OUT (the only option available in dropdown) ; Change Indicator = Checked
I tried chnaing an existing PO after saving each of this setting. There is not outbound Idoc that is getting trigerred.

I would like to trigger the workflow if only the PO amount meet the minimum of 50 euros or more. Is there any config settings for these. i have checked the release strategies in SPRO..but cant find the amount field..

Problem importing max configuration

I would like to import my device configuration file programatically with MAXcopy configuration.vi but when I use it an error appears.
Here are the settings I entered:

Here is another work around for your problem. I hope this helps.
The error code is 2147220444 and says error occurred at MAX Copy Configuration.vi. Reason: the operation failed because of unresolved conflicts requiring user input.
The conflicts seem to be the warnings that appear when using the MAX import wizard when the imported file is going to overwrite an existing task. So the Replace option only works on export. On import the configuration has to be cleared.
A work around is to open MAX and pop up a dialog that explains how to clear the configuration. The user can then click the import button on the dialog and import the desired configuration without errors.

BOR is not triggering. Do i need any settings in IMG. Because i read in the same forum we need to do some settings in IMG.

I loose my Workspace settings when switching

I loose my Workspace settings when switching. All my keyboard shortcuts get deleted even
though my different workspaces are able to switch out. I have to go back and assign shortcuts all over again if i select another workspace.
any suggestions as to why?

Have You saved the Keyboard Shortcuts before?
Because if »Keyboard Shortcuts« is clicked in the Save Workspace-dialog the Workspace will include the current Shortcuts-settings and, if invoked in the future, overwrite unsaved Keyboard Shortcut-changes, I think.
It might be better to not include the Keyboard Shortcuts in the Workspace but to manage them separately if one is prone to change them occasionally.

To trigger Overall release for PR workflow (WS20000077)

Hi,
I want to know that how can i trigger overall release for PR workflow ( WS20000077 ) of BUS 2105.
rightnow in my system workflow WS0000038 is activated & when i perform ME51N it is triggred perfectly. and in SWEL BUS2009 is triggered, but it wont trigger BUS2105.
So how can i trigger BUS2105 & instead of BUS2009, so it will trigger WS20000077 workflow.
Which seetings needs to be done in SPRO, so it will trigger BUS2105?
And please give me some idea about overall release for PR workflow & item level release for PR workflow.

Hello,
Right now, the release strategy is configured item-wise for the PR and so the business object BUS2009 is triggered. To make the release of PR from Item-wise to overall, please make the following configurations in SPRO
SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Define Document Types and check the 'OvrelReq' checkbox and then
SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Release Procedure-> Procedure with classification->Set Up Procedure with Classification and maintain the Release Groups by checking the 'OvrelReq' checkbox.
Once these configurations are done, first check whether the event 'RELEASESTEPCREATED' is published in the system from the event log(SWEL). Once an entry is found,deactivate the linkage between template WS0000038 and activate the linkage of the template WS20000077 which is for the BO BUS2105.

Not directly, but Tcl IVR can help here. You can use IVR to generate a syslog message that EEM can process. I'm not sure if this is applicable to CUBE, though (it works with CME). Here's one such example implementation:

MAX 4.2.1.3001 Task Test Panel Button Missing

I just upgraded to LabView 8.2.1, along with the drivers, NI-DAQmx, MAX, etc., and now when I use MAX to view my existing tasks, they no longer have a "Test Panels" button. They appear to now have an integrated test graph. That is nice, but before I was able to press the "Test Panels" button, select a type of "Values" instead of a graph type, and this would allow me to see the raw values that each channel was returning. What happend to this functionality in 8.2.1.3001? I know that I can go to each individual channel and see its raw values, but that is not acceptable. I need to see all of the values of each of my task channels together in one place, the same way I was before "upgrading" to the new MAX. Am I missing something?

How to trigger event CREATED for Bus.Obj BUS2126003 (Vendor Settlement)

I want to start a workflow inside Agent Business, when Vendor Settlement (BUS2126003) is Created.
The problem is that the event does not get triggered when Created. Not even the CHANGED event is tiggered during change.
Currently I have workflow on the objects BUS2144001 (Customer Settlement - Agency Business )
and BUS2100001 (Settlement request list - Agency Business). Both these objects gets triggered when created (EVENT = CREATED).
I try to find out a way to trigger CREATED for Vendor Settlement. Do you have any suggestion for this?
I've tried to find any exits, Badi's, ...from where I could trigger the event myself.... but with no good result...

are you talking about ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) in SRM?
If yes, check with the settings in IMG, there is an ERS flag in Vendor master record that needs to be set for that vendor.

No, there's no equivalent of the Forms On-Error trigger. Please see my response in your other thread for information on where the error messages can be found.
