    Hello,
Have a look at this document on page 52 http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/372429b.pdf.
It seems to be an application error.
Try to boot your camera in safe mode with no app, using the switces.
If you can connect, then try to reinstal using VBAI.

  • FP-1600 Status LED blinks 17 times.

My FieldPoint bank has 9 modules. I previously had a problem with the FP-TB-10 power and ready lights blinking, but that was because one of my dual-channel modules was not seated correctly. Now the status LED is blinking 17 times. The manual says to contact NI about this. The FieldPoint Explorer seems to find all of the modules correctly, though. Anyone know what's up?

    Aaron,
I checked the firmware and the FieldPoint Explorer version, and I'm using 3.20 and 3.0, respectively. When I power cycle the FP-1600, the 17 blinks of the status LED go away. Communication works, and all of the devices are found. However, communication does drop out from time to time, and eventually the status LED begins blinking 17 times again.
A possibly related issue is that the FP-AI-V10 dual-channel module that I have plugged into slot 2 of the FP-TB-10 base causes the FP-TB-10 to flash its power and ready LEDs. Re-seating the FP-AI-V10 seems to fix this, although the module is definitely already clicked into place when I see this problem. Upon reseating (or just pressing on it without removing the module), the FieldPoint Explo
    rer program finds this module.
I'm tempted to think that this issue with the FP-TB-10 and FP-AI-V10 are unrelated to the FP-1600's status LED blinking 17 times because even with the FP-TB-10 removed from the bank, I still get the flashing LED.
Any ideas? Also, what is a GPF type error?
    Thanks,
    Jake

  • D400 - system status LED blinking, network LED blinking

Hi - Just recently started experiencing this problem with my D400.
The system status LED is blinking, which according to the user guide means that WHS is either booting or shutting down.  The Network LED shows activity.
Problem is that I can't get on the D400 via remote desktop.
Frustrating.  Talked with support already, said only option is to send in to depot or find a local resource to troubleshoot or fix.  Problem is that we have our music/photos on this thing.
Support also said that if we factory reset data on all drives will be erased.
Looking for help wherever I can get it.  Thanks!
    Scott

Hi scottdcm, and welcome to the Lenovo User Community!
To get your music/photos off the system before returning it for service, connect the hard drive(s) to another computer with a SATA connection. An external USB/SATA connector or drive enclosure will also do the job.
You can also remove any drives you have added before shipping it for service.
    Hope this helps!
    I don't work for Lenovo. I'm a crazy volunteer!

  • FP-1601 Status LED blinks 17 times but appears to work normally. Cycling power clears the blinking. Any ideas?

This occurred on three different FP-1601s networked together via HUB. The modules seem to work and are recognized via LabView DSC. Trying to determine the cause. Could it be data collissions?

This could be the result of a bad FP refnum. I have seen this a lot. In addition you may check your iak file. sometimes the channel names on the head unit get renamed from channel to input. either the led or switches. GL

  • Cisco 1131AG LWAP status led yellow and other leds blinking green

I have a problem with three AIR-LAP1131AG-E-K9  that joined the controller and the status led turns to yellow after joining the controller while other LEDs are blinking green.
The APs has no coverage at all although the WCS shows that there is coverage and the 4400WLC shows that the AP interfaces are UP. (The ethernet interface and tha 802.11b,g radio interface is up).
    The SSID broadcast is enabled.
On the switch the interface is up and there is traffic going in and out of the LAP.
I tired power reset and factory reset for the APs but the problem remains the same.
Any ideas for what might be the problem ?!!
    Regards

Yes the clients are not able to see the SSID broadcasted by the AP.
But these APs were functioning normally before without any changes to the WLC config.
I had the same problem with other APs but they went back to normal state after a hardware reset to the APs.

  • Sun Fire X2100  Blinking Status LED...

We have 3 new Sun Fire X2100 servers at my current job. Just recently the status LED (orange) started blinking. The logs show fine and running a prtdiag shows everything up and running fine. Is there a way to turn off the blinking LED? I have gone over every piece of information I can find and have found nothing about how to turn this off once it has started blinking.

This may be one of two issues:
    - There's a know ILOM/nge driver bug in eariler releases of S10 x86 (pre 6/06).
    - There's a know issue with an older firmware rev of the BIOS/LOM where the net management port hangs/drops out and triggers the blinking fault LED. Do you know what BIOS revision you are at?
Most times a mobo swap is NOT the fix. You may be making the problem worse because we have mobos in the supply chain with older firmware revisions.
On the X2100's I usually have my customers try:
    - Moving the RAM in different slots
    - Updating the BIOS/LOM firmware
    - Running the PC-Check diags
... before I send a field tech out to do major surgery.

  • How to turn OFF status LED on VC220?

I'm looking for a way to turn off the status LED on a VC220.  This is not the IR LED, but instead the large blinking LED on the front.
The documentation mentions that it can be turned off, but I can't find a menu option for this.
    Thanks for your help!
    --Joe
    Status LED
    Indicates the following status:
LED Off—The power is off or the LED status is turned off.
Flashing green in one second intervals—The camera and network is functioning.
Steady orange—The camera can’t detect a networking signal; thus the camera is not functioning. For example, the Ethernet cable is not attached.
Flashing orange—The PIR sensor noted movement. Flashing green rapidly—The firmware is being
    upgraded.
Flashing orange rapidly—The camera’s default settings are being restored.
Alternating flashing green and orange—Video has been lost.

    Joe,
Use the Network Setting > IP Setting page to set the IP address and other related
    settings. When you complete the configuration, click Save to save the settings;
otherwise click Cancel to discard the changes.
    • Disable LED Operators—Select to disable the LED illuminators. You may
choose to do this if you don't want to alert others that the network camera is
on. Use the Network Setting > IP Setting page to set the IP address and other related
    settings. When you complete the configuration, click Save to save the settings;
otherwise click Cancel to discard the changes.

    LabVIEW
    LabVIEW Real-Time Module
    NI Vision Development Module
    NI Vision Acquisition Software
    ou :
    Vision Builder for Automated Inspection
    Ensuite :
    • 8 data bits
    • No parity
    • One stop bit
    • No flow control
    • 9,600 bits per second• 8 data bits• No parity• One stop bit• No flow control
N'hésitez pas également à nous fournir l'état des LEDs (notamment status, power, pass et fail) de votre caméra.
Il se peut que votre firmware soit corrompu et nécessite une installation / réinstallation de la cible.
    Cordialement,
    Da Helmut

  • Smart Camera Input reads low

I have a 1722 Smart Camera.  I can't get the inputs to read a "high" value.  Other than this, my application works well.
I'm using the NI cable and screw-terminal block.  If I jumper any of input 0 or 1 (pin 2 or 8) to +24V (pin5), still the inputs always read low, so I can never get past the step that waits for a "high" input before proceeding.  I used the data monitor as well while applying the voltages, but they always read "0".
Note: the outputs also don't work; they always are at 24V even when set low (they have pullups to +24).
The LEDs though work fine when I turn them on and off.
What am I missing conceptually to have inputs read?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    1)  Yes, it's the NI Vision I/O Terminal Block.  The power supply is a high quality 24V, 5A MeanWell regulated supply going into the terminal block.
    2)  The system itself works well (inspections are passed/failed correctly), so I don't think it's the power supply connection.  However, the power supply is connected to the +24V and ground terminals on the block (pin 5 and 15, I believe from memory)
    3)  I tried reading a few different ways.  (a) the Test Panel, which comes up when I double click the I/O logic block in Vision Builder AI (2011). I both shows the state, and also can chart the real-time values in a plot if the values are double-clicked.  (b) the VBAI application itself, where an exit condition from the very first state is waiting for a pin to go high.  This state never leaves, unless I set the exit condition to Low (which is what the system always reads).  I connect the two isolated input pins 0 and 1 (terminal 8 and 11 on the screw terminal block, again from memory) to +24V (terminal 5), so both inputs should be able to read High.
    4) The LED indicators cycle through their startup sequence, then the Power is lit as it should, and the status LED is on as well.  The Fail and Pass LEDs work as they should, as mentioned (they were programmed to show a pass/fail condition, and then reset at the start of the next inspection loop).
The outputs also don't seem to work despite pullups to +24.  They always seem to be low even when commanded high. I think, though, that at one point they might have briefly worked, so I suspect I'm doing something fundamentally wrong...
