2 is easy. I originally had it included, but for space reasons I left it out again. It takes up space and may require more scrolling from the user. Remember thisw is an elastic page, that adjusts to the width of the browser screen, so in some cases it may make the screen rather unreadable.
1 requires some joining in SQL to generate rank numbers, so it may mean the responsiveness of the page is somewhat diminished, because one needs to requery the db several times.Absolutely something to consider, but not my first priority. That is getting the queries working. We can always enhance based on requests, but first let's get the basic functionality working.
Another one high on my priority list is to run CPU-Z in ghost mode from the download and add the resulting .html file to the submission form and extract the relevant data from there into the db, so we will not spend hours checking for typo's in the submitted data, stupid things like spelling a 'GTX 480' as 'gtx 480' or 'GTX480' or 'Gtx480' or '480GTX' or whatever variants you can imagine. Either include CPU-Z or Speccy to get the hardware data automatically or modify the submission form to drop-down lists instead of text fields.
