NICI CCS: FATAL - Initialization error.

5-750 gb drives
PERC 6/i
i get this error on logger screen
NICI CCS: FATAL - Initialization error.
Controlled Cryptography Services are not available.Setting _admin volume's
ID
won't see pool or volumes of server..
before this happen i was checking if AFP Protocols were active by using
another imanager on different server...
im looking at this TID

in the TID its netware 5 would it still work for netware 6.5

No.
Your problem is that your SYS volume did not mount. The NICI error is only
a followup error of that problem. Your real problem is the lack of SYS
volume and you need to find out what went wrong. There are 3 things to do
to start investigating this problem:
1) This type of problem occurs at startup. So this implies that your
server was shut down at some point before. How did this shut down occur?
Did the server crash in any way, or was this a manual shutdown?
2) Check if the server actually sees your disks. For this, execute the
following console command and see if your disks are reported and show as
disks:
display storage adapters
3) Go to the server's logger screen and scroll back. Check what errors
occur earlier in the log. Especially look for problems while activating
pools or mounting volumes
