Nike+ and moving to new iTunes installation

I'm installing iTunes on a new computer and want to make sure I don't lose any Nike+ info if I don't have to. Is there a correct way to do this so that I get to keep all my run data from my old machine?

You'll be fine.
All of the workout information is stored on the nano, not in iTunes itself. So, you won't lose your data unless you restore your nano.
iTunes simply provides a computer interface to display the data when the nano is connected to your computer.
Hope this helps!
