Nike app won't download to phone just opens from App Store??

I previously had the nike running app on my previous iphone. I have tried to download it again to my iphone 5 but it only has the option to open it via the App Store. It's definitely not downloaded to my phone. Any help on how I can fix this?

It might still be installed, but a bug might be causing it not to appear. Try these:
Do a Spotlight search. On the home screen, swipe down from any icon to bring down the Spotlight search bar. Search for Nike - it might show up.
Do a soft reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons for about 10 - 15 seconds or until the phone turns off and the Apple logo appears, at which point let go of the buttons. Unlock your iPhone and look for the app.
Reset your home screen layout (this will delete any folders and place all of your apps on the home screen). Open Settings, then go to General - Reset - Reset Home Screen Layout. After the process completes try looking for the app.

If you are downloading .exe files, those are Windows programs, and will not run on your Mac unless you install Windows on it. (That is possible, if you need one of those apps.)

Do you see your iPod under Devices on the left side of the iTunes window in the source list when it's connect to your Mac?
BTW... you sync iTunes media from the tabs in the iTunes menu, not from the File menu unless you are transferring iTunes purchases from the iPod to your Mac.

I bought the Calorie King App & even though it shows on list of apps to sync in iTunes, and even though it downloads w/out a problem to my iPad, it won't download to iPhone. I have enough memory for app; I have rebooted phone; I have erased & reloaded phone.....nothing works. Any suggestions?

I have songs I purchased on my phone that won't download they are just greyed out

I purchase a few songs from Itunes and the won't download on my phone and when I go to try and manually up load they are grayed out. I can go to itunes and if will let me play the song but not download it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. There are two things to try. The first is to Power down and Restart the phone.
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
The second would be to go back into the iTunes app > More > Purchases > Music., then click the cloud icon to download the song. The following article will provide additional assistance.

Try force-closing the music app on your iPad by double-tapping the home button, swiping up on the preview above the music app, then tap the home button again. Then reset the iPad by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. When it restarts go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in. Then try downloading the songs from iCloud again.

I preordered an album and a song was released but it won't download. It just has a clear button that says "pre-ordered". How do I download the song but keep my pre-order for the rest of the album?

Download error on movie rented from Itunes Store

Hello, I have tried to download a movie i just rented from the itunes store and an error message stating that:
There was a problem downloading "file name". The disk could not be read from or written to. Please check the connection to the network is active and try again

Same thing here... Direct purchase of musicvideos, tv shows, etc. via Apple TV with no problem (account is valid, connection is there, content is downloaded). Musicvideos and tv shows are synced to my iTunes library and I can play the complete content on my computer. Musicvideos ARE available on ATV (just bought one via iTunes... and directly available and playable on ATV), but purchased tv shows are not available and will not sync (tv show WAS bought via Apple TV... synced to iTunes... but after changing syncing to the latest 5 episodes of tv shows I cannot stream with the online and connected iTunes library to watch my bought shows).

Downloaded Elements trial then bought from Apple Store resulting in confused installation

I installed trial Photoshop Elements 10 then I decided to buy from Apple Store and downloaded another Elements 10.
Now I have two Elements 10 on my MacBook Air.
My problem? I have put csh shapes into a folder that refers to the 1st installation (the trial) and cannot access those
shapes from the paid-for version. I cannot find another folder with the shapes. So it seems the paid-for version is using
a shapes folder that I cannot find at all.
I am afraid to uninstall the trial version in case I remove or disable my paid-for version.

You can always redownload again from the App Store. I would recommend removal and reinstall if you are unsure of which version is which.

New Phone Warranty - Not from Verizon Store

If I buy a new, unactivated Galaxy S3 from the Internet (eBay) does it still have a warranty?
If so, is this the same warranty I can just bring it into Verizon for help/replacement?
Or is it manufacture (Samsung) warranty only?
Or is buying directly from Verizon the only way to keep the warranty?
(Long story short I'm already in a contract with a phone, so I have to buy the S3 outright. My understanding is if I buy used it will not have one, so I will be purchasing new, which leads to saving some money online or buying from the store)
