Nike sensor stopped working mid-run

I have been using my nike and ipod for about 4 months - maybe once every 2 weeks. Yesterday while out running msg popped up saying sensor not found while i was running. No battery low msg, its not that old anyway. hit reset button on sensor, plugged in and out receiver, and turned on/off ipod and still wont recognise the sensor.
Any ideas?

Same exact problem, only I've only been using the Nike+ for two weeks~ Can't find an answer and the support won't accept the serial number on it...........

would you, by any chance, know that if we use the iPod nano and the receiver+sensor, will we be able to map our running route just like the Nike+ GPS app? I think it's not possible, but just want to be sure.

Blackberry 9220 track sensor stop working

blackberry curve 9220 is a good set to use, but now i face some problem with track sensor.
once i installed the battery and boot the set, Track sensor works but after some time (approx 15 to 20 mints or some time after an hour) TRACK SENSOR stop moving only click button works.
This is know the routine process for me whenever sensor stop working i open the back cover and plug battery out.
and wait for 45 to 50 mints. After waiting whenever battery installed and set reboot sensor satrt working but only for some time sometime 15 to 20 mints or 40 to 45 mints but after that i have to face same problem of track sensor not moving and i' have to follow above said way
plz help me out guide me what to do..

HDD 3D sensor stop working on Satellite P850

Hi Guy's..
I just bought a P850 laptop and after 2 days of use the HDD 3d sensor stopped working. Everything works fine in Toshiba PC Health Monitor, but Hard Disk Drive 3D sensor is just "gray" and i can not turn it on.
Do you have any suggestions for solutions?

Yes, I suggest you to uninstall the HDD Protection Utility and after new reboot download and install the HDD Protection Utility once again.
Additionally you can do the same with HDD/SSD Alert Utility

Qosmio X300 - Fingerprint sensor stopped working

First, please excuse my poor English, I'm Norwegian ( ! )
and allow me to tell you that I am just "normally" technical ...
-so please, please "speak" so I can understand.
My fingerprint sensor stopped working today, this has happen before,
restarting the computer has previously "fixed" the problem, but not today ... !
I have dowloaded and installed new drivers & software ( TrueSuite Access Manager ) ( from Toshiba support ) -- still not working ...
I have checked the Device manager ( Biometric Devices )
It says that the device is working properly. It says that the drivers are all up to date.
But it still does not work.
I've been on the phone with Toshiba support for a long time today, but not even support could help me ...
they had never heard of a similar problem on a Qosmio X300 before ( ? )
They suspcted that I had send it in for service ... and I would like to avvoid this, if I can ...
Cause that means that my computer will be gone for at least 14 days ...
I have also read all threads about fingerprint problems in this forum, and tried everything ... but nothing helps !
When I'm promted to scan my finger, the scanner seems to be "dead" ... ?
Can anyone please help me to solve this problem ?

Thanks so much for your answer. I did download the BIOS update, but got a message that I allready had the latest version,
so there would be no updates installed ... I guess that I ( without remembering ) dowloaded and updated this some time yesterday ( ! )
I guess that the next step will be to use the recovery disk ...
I would if possible, not do that, cause that means that I have to reinstall every program etc., right ?
Sorry ... this might sound like a stupid queston, but as I mentioned ... I'm just "normally" technical, so you have to excuse me on this :-)
Or I might just give up and send the computer in for service/repair ...
By doing this I might not have to reinstall everything , right ? ( hoping for a positive response on this )
I "suspect" that maybe the fingerprint sensor is broken, since I have tried all possible solutions ...
so this might be the best solution to my annoying problem ...

IPhone4 Proximity Sensor stopped working

This week my proximity sensor stopped working. I tried rebooting but it still will not work. I filmed the sensor during the call and there's a red light appearing but whatever I do, I cannot turn the screen off.
This is really annoying since my face is always selecting mute...
Is this a known issue? I tried searching but everyone keeps talking about cases and protective screens which I don't have.

Firefox just updated to itself and now I am getting a "SystemK has stopped working". Running windows Vista on a HP Pavillion.

Firefox update on Nov 6th at 6:32pm to 33.0.3 (20141105223254) and since I've been getting a Micro Soft Windows system message saying "SystemK Module has stopped working". It appears to be generated from Firefox. I am running a HP Pavilion DV6748US with Windows Vista that is current on pushes from Micro Soft. I also run a current and updated version of Norton antivirus. Please provide direction to fix this error and if it is not affiliated with Firefox please indicate so. Thank you.

Hi dtenholder, I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the new update. I believe a while back I had a similar problem. At the time I didn't know what to do.
So just to make sure we are on the same page, when you click on Firefox you computer then has a popup box saying "SystemK Module has stopped working". If so I know how to fix this.
What you are going to need to do is remove Firefox from your computer. First you are going to want to uninstall Firefox. Next you are going to want to delete the Firefox installation folder (located in one of these folders by default):
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
After that download and instal a new copy of Firefox. Some good news is that a clean install will not delete your bookmarks, saved passwords, add-ons or other personal information. If you need any new information you can [http://mzl.la/1qP0CYM click here] .

T2 ultra Dual sensors stops working. Music player gets freez

Since upgrading to lollipop. I am facing these problems. All my phone sensors stops responding....Accelerometer,proximity,Auto rotate..... but after restarting my phone they start working... But again after 3 4 hours they again stops working. Also the music player gets freezed in betwwen of a song for like 15 sec and again start the playback. I have done repairing 2 times through Sony bridge. Formatted my phone 3 times. But this problem is not going away. I am never ever going to purchase a Sony phone again in my life. Once I was a Sony admirer... Why did you do this to me.

ITunes crashing saying "iTunes has stopped working while running iTunes Match

My iTunes is crashing while running iTunes Match saying iTunes has stopped working - I think it may be because at the 25000 song limit but I get no message or warning - just crashes. Would like to keep songs in library while deleted from cloud - can you do that?

Yes but you need to create a new blank library.
Hold down option key whilst opening iTunes. Chose new library from pop up. This library will be blank. Turn on match and select add this computer. Once process has been completed you will see all the tracks that you have in the cloud.
Make sure that you add iCloud status to song view as this tells you what has been matched, uploaded or purchased. You can then delete matched and uploaded tracks. You will get message that you are deleting tracks from the cloud. Don't worry about purchased tracks as they don't count towards limit.
Close iTunes and reopen the original library - again hold option key and select choose library. With iCloud status column added to song view, you will now see that tracks that you deleted from the cloud will have an iCloud status of "Removed". They are still on your hard drive and will be ignored during the match scan.

My ipod touch 4th gen sometimes is unable to locate my nike sensor. works fine with an ipod nano.

i got an ipod touch for christmas after using an ipod nano with my nike+ sensor. after a month or so, the ipod touch was unable to locate my sensor after i pause during my workout. since the sensor was a little old, i got a new one and it worked for about 2 weeks, then i had the same problem. tried using my ipod nano and it has no trouble locating the sensor. what is wrong with the ipod touch?

the first time, settings>nike+ was grayed out and i couldn't turn off the nike+ button. had to reboot to recover the nike+. yesterday and today, bluetooth and nike+ are active in settings, however, the sensor can't be located.
i'd rather not reset everytime this happens. do you think the bluetooth is defective?

Validity fingerprint sensor stopped working. Reports error.

I have a Pavilion m6 1035-dx. I recently clean installed windows 8.1. I had Windows 8.1 before, but wanted to clean my computer up, so I just reinstalled it. However, the fingerprint sensor has stopped working now. It worked before just fine. In the device manager it is says the driver is up to date, and I have already gone to the webpage to redownload the most recent driver and tried reinstalling it, but it still does not work. Whenever I try to swipe it for HP simplepass or to set up the fingerprint sign-in option for windows, it just says that there was an error. What should I do? Thanks.

Fingerprint Sensor Stopped Working

Hi,
The fingerprint sensor on my laptop has stopped working, I have tried various fixes but nothing seems to work.
The only error I can find in Device Manager is this -
Unknown Device
Device Type: Universal Serial Bus Controllers
Manufacturer: (Standard USB Host Controller)
Location: Port_#0002.Hub_#0005
Device Status
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Not sure if this is even anything to do with the fingerprint sensor, there is not a Biometric Devices menu in Device Manager
Also if I press F10 on start up the option for fingerprint sensor is enabled, tried disabling it start up again and re-enable it but that didnt make a difference
Wouldnt have thought it was anything to do with it but the laptop is only just 1 year old

IPhones proximity sensor stopped working.

Hi,
I've now read quite a lot of the other discussions on this so I've literally tried everything. Mine stopped working about two days ago (It had been working fine the past 2 and a bit years) - it's just pretty annoying really (the face dialing etc).
What I've tried
Reset settings
Reset to factory settings
soft reboot
removed case
removed screen protector
Phone hasn't been dropped , immersed in water , lcd replaced etc etc
Anyone have any ideas?
P.S I can't take it in to an Apple retail store as at the moment I'm currently in New Zealand where they have no stores.

Also forgot to add that it also doesn't change brightness automatically anymore.

Itunes stopped working mid download- charged for song- did not recieve

I went onto itunes and purchased a song. Within 5 - 7 seconds of downloading the song an error message apprears saying: iTune has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Unfortunately, Windows has not found a solution. I then go to find my song and it is not there, however, I have been charged for the song.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I decided to go back onto my computer to redownload it, if the songs just didn't get to download fully, and iTunes didn't let me download it again.
Doublechecking. Did you delete the two songs (and their associated files) from your iTunes library prior to attempting the redownload?
