No Activation and No Help
I was due to have my broadband activated yesterday having transfered from anither ISP. I received my text message at about 9am and then waited until midnight, rebooting the router several time but no connection.
I have spent most of the day today talking to a call centre who have had me run through identical checks on several ocasions. Each time they conclude that there is a fault at the exchange. Then they call be back to say BT Wholesale found no fault and my broadband is working - But it isn't.
Can anyone offer some guidance on who I might contact to get me out of this loop and get the issue resolved. I realy don't want to be waiting for months as some of the unfortunates have on this forum.

Activating and Installation help BW statistic in BI 7.0
I have installed the business content for SAP Statistics, but don't have the BI_BW_Administration role authorization. I don't know if it is possible to still go ahead with the Statistics peice.
I don't see the process chains created by following the automation steps from SPRO, let me know if there is anything that needs to be done to specifically create these. I have completed the rest of configurations steps.

My imessage isnt working so I turned off imessage and now its been saying "waiting for activation" and has been for a long while now? Also saying that my apple ID password is inccorrect when its not! Can anyone help me?

I installed itunes 10.5 in my PC to sync with my ipod touch $G but it's giving me error message that itunes could not connect to itunes store..."make sure network is active and try again." I'm connected to internet though so I don't understand please help!
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

I am running Windows 7 (64bit) , and an error message appears following a recent update to iTunes v 11.1.2: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. An unknown error occured (-3212). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I have dug a little bit into possible problems but haven't found a solution yet, one note is that the network connection is OK. A response would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

If the phone is locked to a carrier then you will need the carrier to unlock it And only the carrier can do that.

If the previous owner of the phone has set the Activation Lock in iCloud, only he can unlock it either by giving you the ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices - details here:

If the screen is not showing anyting when you press any of the buttons you may want to try these steps.

Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.

Check to make sure cellular data is not disabled in settings. If it's on, try re-setting the phone. If that doesn't fix it, call AT&T.

I got an iPad (Retina) on iOS 6.01 as a gift in the UK and brought to Dubai.
My Facetime/iMessage activated and worked in the UK just fine but now (even with VPN) will not activate at all.

With all due respect I think you are missing my point.
I'm aware that on Apple devices bought in UAE these apps are blocked and theres nothing that can be done there. My device is bought in the UK so it has Facetime and it worked fine.
I know categorically that iMessage works in Dubai without issue for almost everyong I know on an iPhone, I also know from seeing it that Facetime + VPN works as this gives your device a UK IP.
My question is not the obtaining of these apps but why even with a VPN mine are not working when others in Dubai are?
