No apps can access my photos - how to add? iphone 5s

No apps can access the pictures in my iphone. It says I have to change it in my privacy setting. When I go to the privacy setting >>photos...nothing is there. No list of apps. How can I add apps? Please help

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
Note that only Apps that have requested access to your Photos will appear in Settings > Privacy > Photos

I do not see a way to disable the Picture Frame icon. I looked at Settings-Picture Frame, but none of the options turns it off. The only way I can thinik of, would be if all of your photos had been deleted. If there were no photos, you couldn't have a slide show!
One thing to try is to reset (reboot) your iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.

Photos that were synced from your computer using iTunes can only be deleted by de-selecting them from the folder from where they were synced - and then re-syncing.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
If you want to remove all of the Photos - uncheck the Sync Photos from Heading
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

Probably not - but that certainly does not involve iPhoto for the Mac - you need to look at Crashplan support for you options
And iCloud is not a place to store photos so that is certainly not a possibility
If you restore your masters folder out of the iPhoto library you will have all of your original photos to do with what you please

You need to go to the App stores and find compatible apps. iOS device do not natively have to ability to transfer info to a computer via BT to a computer.
With iOS 8 you can use AirDrop

Known bug. Quit the Camera App, double-tap the home key and delete Camera from the recent apps bar. Fire it up again, should be good.

Hi Ingo2711, Thanks a million for your reply. That's probably what it is. Now next thing, my iphone will not switch on at all. No water damage or physical damage. I brought to an irepair place and he was first able to see the photos on my phone somehow but when I brought it back to get fixed he couldn't. I have been told by a few people that it may just be the charge port or battery or unfortunately the logic/motherboard. What is my best bet? I'm not able to afford to get it officially fixed if it can be. Any recommendations? By the way, thanks a million.

The fact is there might be another way to recover your lost iPhone files via iTunes on your Mac machine. This Mac utility is able to extract & restore iTunes backup files for your lost iPhone data. Not too many Mac users know that each time you sync data between your iDevice (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and iTunes, all previous records will be backed up by iTunes automatically and saved as (.sqlitedb) files. If its a dictation App it needs to hear your voice. If its a souind recorder it needs it to record audio.
