There's a whole lot to read in your post, and frankly I have not read it all.
Having said that, this troubleshooting guide should help:

In particular, pay attention to the mobile device support sections near the bottom, assuming you have already done the items above it.

  • Audio during calls

Hi, For the last few days (thinking about it, since I updated to iOS 6.0.1) I have been having a problem with the audio during calls. The sound keeps cutting out intermittently, so it sounds like I only hear every other word from the person I'm talking to. It only seems to happen when I call someone, not when I receive calls. Any advice would be helpful, thank you x

  • No audio during call transfer and

I am installing a new CUCM BE6000 ver 9.1.2 platform, with CUCM , Unity connection, and presence server.
I am configuring on Unity Connection server the System Call Handlers for basic IVR functions, with the following options:
    a) Option 2  ----> Directory handler
    b) Option 0 (or do nothing)  -----> Operator's DN 1100
    c) Option to dial party extension during call.
    We have 2 configuration problems:
    Problem1:
When you select option "2", "0" or dial the party extension the call is transfer with no problem BUT we got silence during this transfer (before user takes the call or the call goes to user's Voice Mail)......., no rings, no MoH, nothing. So we would like to know which parameter is missing that could prevent to hear rings' sound or the MoH until client takes the call or the call goes to VM.
    Problem2:
If you select option 0, the call is properly transfered to operator's DN 1100, but if the caller does NOTHING the call goes to operator's VM  instead to be transfer to DN 1100 ( DN 1100 never rings, the call goes to VM)
Here we need to know how we can set this System Call Handlers to transfer the call to DN 1100 when user does nothing.
THANK A LOT IN ADVANCED FOR YOUR HELP.

  • Audio during Call is muted after Switch-off of Pho...

    1. Pair with Car infotainment system,
    2. Connect as BT Audio & as a BT handsfree kit,
    3. Switch off bluetooth without disconnecting (or unpairing) with Car's Audio Infotainment System.
    4. make an incoming or outgoing call after phone's BT switch off.
    Expected: Call should be normal.
Actual: Call is in progress but audio is muted from phone's speaker because Nokia 5230 is still assuming BT paired device presence.
    Recovery: Phone switch OFF-ON

This is not how bluetooth is suppose to work and especially with such an awesome phone MBalmer. What bluetooth device do you have? Did you purchase your bluetooth device from? Let's try removing the connection with your bluetooth and phone completely and then reconnect them. Does the disconnection occur in certain spots? Are you using a special application for bluetooth? I look forward to hearing from you so we can get ths resolved.

  • TS2326 Losing audio during calls

I have an iPhone 4 and when making or receving calls the audio disappears. the call remains connected as the other person can hear me but I can't hear them.  I have reset the phone, reset the network settings, swapped sim cards which confirmed it is a handset problem.  I wondered if it could be the earphone jack as it has had a lot of use since I've had the phone.  Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Hi jths and welcome to this community
I am assuming that you are talking about audio that you have
on each slide and not audio that is set to play for the entire
project. In this case, the best place to look would be at the
timings per slide to ensure that the slide is as long or longer
time wise than the audio you have on it. Secondly, if you have user
interactions on the slide, you need to ensure that the "Stop Audio"
is not selected in the Properties of those click boxes, text boxes
    etc.
    Cheers

  • Trouble with audio during calls

I am hoping someone can offer a solution to the following problem: I have an iPhone 4 that that works normally except when making calls either outgoing or incoming and the problem is sporadic, meaning sometimes the problem doesn't exist. Sometimes when connected on a call, I cannot clearly hear the other person, it's like staticky and garbled, they can hear me fine though. Any suggestions? I am eligible for an upgrade but don't want to upgrade for fear that I may lose my unlimited data.

Thank you for your responding, this has been frustrating to say the least, I just can’t understand why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, this has been the case both in the area where I live and in Louisiana when I unsuspended the line upon my return from deployment overseas within the last month. Please see the answers to your questions below:
Are you noticing this in certain areas? It seems to be regardless of the area I am in.
Are you using a Bluetooth or headset? No
When was the last time you dialed *228 option 2? Just tried it and it doesn’t seem to have helped.
Does it sound the same when speakerphone is activated? Yes
How about when the volume is adjusted? Adjusting the volume does not seem to have an effect.

  • ZTE Open C reboots during calls

The phone reboots during calls. OS version 1.3, latest according to ZTE.
Thing is, only when it is set to use 3G. But if I set to 2G the audio is absolutely terrible.
Both when using 2G and 3G sometimes the calls get cut-off on the receiver phone. I can hear the other person talking but the other person doesn't hear anything. This is another issue.
What can I do? The phone was bought from Ebay on September 2014.
Problem didn't start now, ZTE Ebay support said the issue was a SIM one. I recently changed to 3G because the noises in 2G are almost unbearable.

    Hi Falconet,
I understand you are experiencing rebooting and call quality issues on your ZTE Open C device.
Since ZTE is responsible for the Firefox OS build specific to your device, I would suggest following their advice.
You may be able to request a new SIM card for your device by contacting your carrier support.
I hope this resolves your issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Firefox OS device.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
What ZTE meant was changing carriers not just sim card. I can't do that for another 1.5 years. The reason they said is because the phone seemed fine for a while when using another carrier. Sadly, the SIM is fine since another SIM card from the same carrier does the same. Both are working fine on Android Phones.

  • Monitoring audio during record session

I'm using Soundbooth (CS4) to digitize LP's on my Mac using an Audio Technica AT-LP120 USB turntable.
I'm able to capture the audio in Soundbooth, but I'd like to be able to hear the audio during the recording session.
I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Can someone give me a little coaching please?

There's a button in the middle of the recording dialog box called "Monitor Input during Recording".

  • No Audio on calls.

    Hello guys,
Well, my problem is almost driving me crazy. It just started 3 days ago and I have no idea why did it happen.
I was driving to my job on monday morning, and I received the first call of the day, but I couldn't hear anything, the sound was like being underwater. But the other person was able to hear me just fine. So I hang up and call back again, but the same problem again. If I put the speaker on there's not even the "underwater" sound coming out, it's like being on mute. And if I place the headphones I can't hear either, it's like there's no audio coming out of the device.
I know that the earpiece, speaker and headphones are not broken, so I did a restore, but the problem persist.
The weird thing is that if I use the iPod option, the speaker and headphones work, and all the sounds from the iphone are working, and I can hear them. This "no audio on earpiece, speaker, headphones" problem only happens when I'm receiving or making a call.
I've pluged in and out the headphones more than 200 times, and nothing. But I know that solution is when the iphone thinks that is on headphones mode, but you are still able to hear on headphones and speaker. My problem is that when I'm on a call I can't hear through the earpiece, headphones and speaker. Really really weird.
Is anyone else experiencing this? is there a fix for this problem? I'm going to wait for some replies before I take it to the Apple Store.
    Thank you guys. Happy Holidays.

I'm on an iphone 3G, I am not experiencing any underwater type audio. My problem is that everything on my iphone works perfectly except when I place a phone call. There is no audio from the call, I have tried making calls with the headphones in and just through the regular earpiece.
For example, I've been test calling with my voicemail, a business number back in washington, and a personal phone of a friend. I call them, the call goes through, the timer on my phone starts but I hear no audio from a conversation or voicemail recording. During the call I can press keypad buttons and hear the tones very clearly. My phone still rings when somone calls.
I am wondering why all my other audio features on my phone works, but cant hear somone i'm calling during calls. I tried the headphone trick to ensure there wasnt an error related to my headphone jack. No dice. I've also reset and restored my iphone in an attempt to restore some setting I may have accidentally changed. Still nothing.
    Any ideas?

  • Nokia 1661: speakerphone, audio recording, call h...

The Nokia 1661 support page specifications state that this phone has:
    "Integrated hands-free speakerphone"
    "Voice and audio recording"
    "Call waiting, call hold"
Searching the Nokia site and five different Nokia 1661 manuals have provided no assistance in using these features much less what the odd symbols next to 1, *, and # keys represent and what the 3rd port (between charge and earphone) is for.  Are these keys somehow related to "hold", "record", and "speaker" functions?
How do I use the advertised features listed above?
What are the alternate functions for the 1, #, and * keys?
Is there a PC data cable made for this phone (I verified this phone supported Nokia PC Suite before purchased, but now...)?
Thanks for any help, I am getting discouraged,
    Scott

Integrated hands free speaker phone> during a call move the phone from your far and look at it you'll see a loud speaker option(usually the left selection key) Voice and audio recording> should be under Menu>media this can be used to record conversation or anything else(on some phones it can record the radio playing on the phone or telephone conversations) Call waiting> this tells the network to alert you with a beep when you're on a call and there's another incoming call, if you look at the phone it will show you who's calling and will give you the option to answer and the other call is automatically put on hold. You can also put a call on hold by pressing options>hold then when you're done options>unhold to get back to your conversation

  • Bluetooth connectivity and beeping during calls after lollipop update

After this update I have had problems with the bluetooth audio cutting out.  Also during calls a strange beeping sound can be heard every minute.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Couple of other ideas looking around on the web, try hardwired headphones and see if the problem does indeed go away (narrows it down to bluetooth only), if you are playing back from sd card try moving to phone to see if that solves it (some people have seen similar issues with failing micro sd cards).  You aren't by chance getting notifications when the drop outs happen?  It could be muting the audio to playback notification but not playing back the notification (just a thought). Try different apps for playback assuming you are listening to music.
BTW how do you like the Gear circle (other than the cutout issue)?

  • I cant hear Voice during call after i upgrade 7.1 i use iPhone 4

I cant hear Voice during call after i upgrade 7.1 i use iPhone 4

    Hey there Goesdhar,
It sounds like you are not getting sounds from your receiver on your phone. I recommend the troubleshooting from the followint article named:
iPhone: Receiver and call audio quality issues
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts5196
Increase the volume during the call.
Make sure nothing is blocking the receiver. If you're using a protective case or display film, remove it and try again.
Make sure nothing is plugged into the headphone jack or the dock connector.
Check the receiver opening to see if it is clogged with debris. If necessary, clean it with a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush.
Try another location with better signal. If the audio issue happens only when on a call, it could be due to the location.
If the iPhone is paired with a Bluetooth headset or a car kit, try turning off Bluetooth on your device. Learn more about troubleshooting Bluetooth connections.
    Restart the iPhone.
Make sure your device is up to date.
If the issue is not resolved after restoring the iPhone software, contact Apple Support.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    Take care,
    Sterling

  • IPhone 4 self muting during calls

My phone only works 10% of the time.  During calls my phone seams to self mute.  I can hear the other person but they can't hear me.  If I squeeze the bottom of the phone it starts to work, but I'm told the voice is all static on the other end.  Searches on the net say it's an IC audio chip problem, any suggestions?  Is it worth sending the phone back to apple to fix?
    Cb.

  • Unable to monitor audio during capture

I'm using FCP6 to capture footage shot with a JVC GY-HD100U at HDV 720p24. I'm using a JVC BR-HD50 deck to capture from, connected to my MacPro 3 GHz quad via firewire.
In the Audio/Video Setting dialog box, the Sequence Preset is "HDV 720P24". My Capture Preset is "HDV", Device Control Preset "HDV FireWire". Video Playback shows "[Missing] Apple Firewire NTSC (720 x 480)" and offers only the options of None and Digital Cinema Desktop Preview–Main as alternate choices. Both HDV options are greyed out. The Audio Playback option is set to Default.
With this setup, controlling the deck remotely from the capture window, I get video but no audio. The only audio I get is when the deck is connected to my video monitor and I use it to monitor the output of the deck. The audio is there when I play back the clips after capture but I cannot monitor the sound with the computer's speakers. If I go to the A/V Devices tab, under Video, it shows the same "[Missing] Apple Firewire NTSC (720 x 480) with the same choices described above, and the Options button next to it doesn't do anything.
Can anyone think of anything I've missed in the initial setup?

    Keith,
For whatever reason (perhaps the intense processor needs) HDV does not allow you to monitor your audio during capture. The computer just will not do it. What I have done, if I really want to hear what's happening durning capture, is plug my speakers into the headphone jack of my XL H1. Due to the processing that's going on, the audio "lags" behind the video by a couple of seconds.
I'm pretty sure this is not a setup problem, but just a limitation due to the nature of your format.
    Hope that helps!
