No audio in adobe flash player
I am currently enrolled in online classes and the required plug-ins are adobe reader n adobe flash player. During playback of Adobe Presentations, their is no audio. Im getting audio during every other videos n help link played on my online campus and all other web sites except any video that is played under a program called Adobe Presentations. I have un-installed n re-installed flash player several times. I have checked all volumes. I have restarted computer. I have even tried to run the program using firefox instead of safari. When the video plays, down where the time counter displays, it shows the words NO AUDIO. I need audio for my school presentations. Ive even contacted tech support at my school n they see no problems on their end. Other students are having no audio issues. So it must be something wrong with my computer, which i might add is only 3 months old. Can anyone help me please??? By the way here is a link to on of the presentations... Let me know if u r having the same issue... Any help is greatly appreciated

Why does say"To play the selected item, you must install a later version of the Adobe Flash Player. To download the Adobe Flash Player, go to the Adobe website." when I have the latest Version of it and it's just Black screen with no audio and Video? (Powerpoint Presentation 2013)
You asked your question on the wrong forum. Try one for the Flash Player

1/13/2014 I download Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX version 11.9.900.170 for the 5th time in over a week and keep getting a corrupted version that is playing audio from a unknown source when I am not on the internet but using one of my software. I have downloaded with abc go.com and NFL.co and I get the audio in background that is not part of what I am watching and can not turn off because it is playing thru your player software. I uninstall it and no audio, as soon as I download it again the same problem, then I have to uninstall gain, I just uninstalled again.
Flash Player is"playing" the audio... IT ISN'T CAUSING IT.
You have what's known as "adware" that has hijacked your browser.
Usually it opens a window with a javascript, either minomized, or as a "popunder" or it can set it to open "offscreen", and then it plays where you can't see it to close it. You need to run a thorough system scan, and check your browser plugins, as well as look for suspicious programs in your Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features section.
Again, Flash Player ISN'T the cause. It's just the mechanism by which this malware is delivered. -
Adobe flash player to add audio player and playlist on website
Hi there,
I used Adobe Flash Player to add videos to the VIDEOS page of a website. I imported the videos one by one in flash and then chose a skin from the wizard and all went well.
Now, I have an "AUDIO" page where I'm supposed to add a player and a playlist of audio files... can I do that using Adobe Flash Player as well? If yes, how?
Thanks!to be more precise, I want to put something like on this page:

Can't play you tube and other videos with Firefox. Have re-installed Adobe Flash player without success. I can play you tube videos using Internet Explorer.
I am also unable to even see the link to audio replay on Capitol Pressroom archives. The same link is visible and functional on Internet Explorer. There are some compatibility issues between the latest Flash player and some Firefox add-ons or settings. Could you see whether anything in this article helps: [[Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox]].

We often use MPEG1 Layer 2 and MPEG1 Layer 1 audio in our life, But Adobe Flash Player can't decode it until now. So we hope that adobe can improve it as soon as possible, and it will bring more convenience to global users of adobe.
Could you please open a new feature request on this over at https://bugbase.adobe.com? When adding the report, please include some sample code and media so we can quickly test this out internally.
Once added, please post back with the URL so that others effected can add their comments and votes. -
Adobe flash player leaves me with no realtek audio.
i don't know how adobe flash player gets installed in my pc without my ok,
, because it very often disables the audio from my speakers connected throuh realtek. several times i have to install it for youtube and facebook, but somehow my speakers mute, except the monitor (hdmi) built in speakers. this is causing me a lot of lost time, since i have to recover my pc original setting for realtek, can you suggest what should i do?chrome://plugins [type in Chrome address bar]

Enable AND CHECK 'Always Allowed'
It was the 'Always Allowed' unchecked that gave me that annoying puzzle piece and required clicking each time.
Hope it works for you! -
Adobe Flash Player Audio Issue
I use Chrome, Safari, Mizolla firefox, and IE on my computer. The currrent version of Adobe Flash Player is loaded on to all of them. It has operated without problems. Then suddenly the audio has stopped working. Why would this happen, and how do I get the audio to resume?

So far as I know (not that I know much!) there wouldn't be
anything in the
new Flash beta player to fix this. You will get better
results, however, if
you reduce the quality settings for your published files.
Doing so should
reduce the published file size, making better use of limited
network
resources.

I need adobe flash player to listen to an audio download, how or what will work
Can I download adobe flash player on iPad air
Yes. There are several Browsers in the App store that support Flash to varying degrees.
Yoiu may want to test some of those out.
Things like Puffin, Skyfire, Photon, etc... Search for "Flash Browser" in the App Store. -
because it is a free application. They referred me to the Forum (which I have tried many times) but to me that is like a dog trying to chase the tail. I am very upset because I cannot get You Tube nor can I listen to music. This may seem trite but it is not trite to me. I pay monthly for the use of CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I will not give them anymore money for other software as they do not offer excellent customer service. I am a consumer and should be treated with business sense. Adobe keeps making a ton of money and gets away with it. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Shame on Adobe. I will not use the Forum for assistance. They should be paying us for learning an IT job. Obviously, Adobe is self centered because they don't consider that maybe we all have a life and cannot worship Adobe.@
I had been getting those notices for months, I finally broke down and hit the button to automatically upgrade. I was flooded with offers of new services from $10. to $49. per month - and my audio/video for Facebook, NYT and NPR are "blocked" with the advice to "upgrade " my Adobe Flash Player - for which there does not seem to be any customer support. My advice is to skip the "upgrading" if your computer works;I do not know what to do now . . .

The adobe flash player has always crashed for me on occasion, I attributed this simply to be a necessary evil.
However I recently upgraded to the new 11.8.800.94 and have noticed quite a few new quirks that are becoming quite irritating as time goes on and I was wondering if anyone has experienced these as well or know of any potential fixes.
I frequently have youtube videos open on one of my monitors and on the other a webcam chatting service, omegle and the like.
Here is where the issues begin, I will occasionally get a very noticable audio feedback in my headset. It does not happen every time I switch to speaking with someone else but it is often enough that I find it quite irritating.
The second issue I have is far more irritating however, what used to be a crash maybe once a day has become 20+ times a day.
I use Firefox and currently have ver. 22.0 of that browser, now I have not tested it on chrome or internet explorer because neither of those have the ad block capacity that I enjoy and I would prefer not to use another browser.
Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems?I also have this sudden problem with Flash 11.8 that is crashes sometimes every some minutes on flash cam chat sites.
You should go to about:crashes in your browser and click the latest crashes and look, if you come to this kind of bug:
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/7ac3f843-9dd4-40c2-a861-4296c2130707
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=888616
It's a top crasher for flash in FF22.
Right now while writing this, I have such flash chat crash.
Going back to Flash 11.7 from the archives helped me.
But I did this mistake to update again hoping for a fix. -
Adobe Flash Player 10.1 is not working
Hallo,
My problem is that everything that uses flash player, does not work at the moment and says that I need the latest version. (I cannot see a video on you tube for example.)
I downloaded AFP 10.1 several times (install-uninstall-reboot several times), I even checked the "Add-remove programms" and the "Adobe Flash Player 10 Active X" is there, but when I get to see a youtube video it says again to get the latest version. Each install was successful, but it still doesn't work.
Here's some information about my computer in case of a need :
Windows XP Professional
Internet Explorer 8
Norton 360
and I also have some issues with pop-ups (I don't know if this is related)
Note that:Today I was asked to update the AFP on the firefox and I did and until now it works perfectly.
(I use both firefox and internet explorer)
If anyone could help me , I would be very grateful...Hi Eidnolb,be careful, long post following :
Yes of course I kept MBAM on my desktop as a shortcut (was actually installed in C:\Program files) and it became my new friend .
I am so suspicious now on everything that I am scanning my pc everyday!!
I saw the scanning works without disabling Norton components, but you still think I have to do it , right?
As for the Java, ok with the update. Now I have Java 6 Update 21.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the ''Safe mode'' start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")
See also [[No sound in Firefox]] and [[Video or audio does not play]] -
I try to go on youtube, or any other online video, and the player screen is always black or non-existent. I try this on two different types of macs, and a dell. I tried on IE, Chrome, Fire Fox, and Safari. I right click on where the play screen should be, and it gives me two options: Movie not loaded... (in grey text), and, About Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.228. How can I fix this?
Chris,
I followed your URLs, The Rainbird site now functions after I disable and enable Flash and I checked and uncheck Active-X. The UTube site still displays a green picture area. The ad displays without a problem and pictures display (thumbnails) as I slide the along the time status bar. From your first URL my system is running 235 not 228, if that makes a difference.
Thanks for your time and I hope this helps you. Reading your text the images that I am getting from your URL, do not match the text. The images look like screen shots from an audio application.
I do not see a white box with a red X. -
Adobe Flash Player 11.3 r300 has stopped working
I have Firefox 13.0.1, Win 7 Home Edition 64 bit, latest adobe flash player version 11.3.300.262. Latest nvidia drivers 301.42 - WHQL, 260 gtx nvidia card. I did a clean reinstall for nvidia drivers, and flash drivers, still same problem.
Everytime I go to fullscreen mode, my screen turns white and I have to left click on my mouse so the white screen goes away(otherwise the white screen hangs indefinite), I get a windows message stating adobe flash player has stopped working. After that I get send crash report for adobe.
Image to when the flash crashes. http://i.imgur.com/fX7Ld.jpg
This never happened with Adobe flash player 11.2, never. With the latest update it crashes, everytime I go fullscreen. This happens on http://www.twitch.tv streams, any livestreams. Youtube seems to be fine, when going fullscreen mode. And no, I don't have RealPlayer installed. I only have 3 addons installed and enable. Adobe Acrobat, Flash, and Silverlight, all latest editions. Everything else is disabled, or uninstalled.
I've Disabled Hardware accelartion in firefox still same problem, but with flash hardware acceleration enabled. I've tried Firefox Safe mode with all addons disabled, same problem.
