No audio with just today show on ipad

All audio is fine on my ipad but about a month ago i lost audio with today show app. How can i get it back?

Yes it seems like there is a bug in the app. Send in a bug report and they should fix it. Some time also if you wait a day they seem to fix them self.

Help! Problem with synching TV shows from iPad to Mac

Hi,
I have had a problem for a while now and I am hoping someone can help.
I generally purchase my TV shows on my iPad and then want to synch them to my Mac Pro. The problem is that once I connect to iTunes on the Mac Pro it only synchs SOME of the episodes, not all.
This is especially a problem as once I have watched the shows I want to delete them from the iPad so that I can buy some more, but as some of the episodes are not on the Mac, I will lose them!
Also, if I choose the TV Shows tab on the Mac Pro iTunes, even if I uncheck an episode it does not remove it from teh iPad. The only way to remove it from the iPad appears to be to physically delete them on the IPad itself.
I would appreciate any help

BY the way, was looking around in iTunes on teh Mac and looked at teh TV shows and all the shows which are missing are there, but in grey and what looks like a synch sign besides teh tarck number.
No matter how many times I try to synch they are not coming up porperly. And these same shows can easily be viewed on the iPad!

You can. Why do you think you cannot?
If you purchased it on your ipad, then you would have to transfer it to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
You can then listen to it on your computer.

If you are using a Bluetooth keyboard on your iPad device, you should take advantage of the keyboard shortcuts for quicker access to copy, cut, paste, undo, redo, and other commands.

Now I want to share my iTunes account with my Apple TV 1, and my iPad 3, without the need of booting up the unreliable laptop where I set it up last year.   do I have to use my. Pc laptop to access the iTunes store again too authorize home sharing.   I have tried it before. O for a while I thought the we're sharing, now the Apple Tv has gone back to telling me to use my computer too sign into iTunes.
there maybe a far simpler way to enjoy iTunes on my iPad and Apple Tv.   I also have the Sony blurry Google Tv. I will upgrade my PC with Windows Z8 and a screaming ran cache, ram disk on a 79 mother board and then pay 5 bucks a month for OnLive Plus that I hpe to show wirelesslypy on the big scree 50 inch Panasonic.   I have waited for years to upgrade as I wanted to help my kids in college. They are finished and so I have money fr my self.CELEBRATE

Are you using the charger and cable that came with the phone?

If they have 'open' next to them then that implies that they are already on your iPad - if you tap on the 'open' button does that open the app ? If it does then they are on your iPad. You've checked all your homescreens and tried a soft-reset to see if they show after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

If she is using the mail app, there doesn't appear to be a way to sync contacts directly with gmail. You might see if there is a way to export to a Mac desktop and then to use iTunes to sync the contacts to the iPad. Otherwise the contacts will have to be manually added to the iPad. Another option would be to use gmail's web based mail. Her contacts should be available from there.

No audio with any purchased or rented videos or TV shows

I have a problem in iTunes where there is no audio with any of my purchased or rented videos or TV shows. The video is fine, just no audio. I first noticed it after I rented a video from iTunes recently. I'm not sure if this started before or after I upgraded to Snow Leopard. All these same videos play fine from my phone. Any other videos I have in iTunes play fine as well.
I tried reloading Quicktime 7 from the Snow Leopard disk and there is no change. I see that I have Quicktime 10 as well, and I'm not really sure how to reload that? I'm guessing that is where the problem is?
Any suggestions?

In System Preferences>Sound do you have your internal speakers set as the output source?
You may have toggled on optical output with the Toslink cable - check to see if there's a red light coming from the port. If so, quickly plug and unplug a set of headphones for a number of times to see if you can toggle the switch back from optical to the internal speakers.

Easy ways to see the current date on most iOS devices:
When turning the device on, view the date on the lock screen below the time.
Open the Calendar app and press the "Today" button.
If you mean showing the date next to the time at the topof the screen most of the time, then the answer seems to be "no." If I need to confirm the date for some reason, I just tap the top button twice to get back to the lock screen.

Have you already activated the iPad? That is what the screen is telling you to do - connect to the computer with the supplied cable and run iTunes while connected - and iTunes should guide you through the set up process. If you have already set up the iPad and you are still getting thos screen message - restore your iPad. You must be running iTunes 10.5 on your computer as well.

Yes, but should be covered under the warranty of your device (or any device under warranty using that cable) just bring it into the store.

Try a reset. Press and hold the On/Off and Home buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo, then release. This may take up to 10 seconds. This is the equivalent of a PC re-boot and you will not lose any data.

Go to settings>messages>send and receive at>you can be reached by iMessages at> Uncheck your phone number and you can select your Apple ID emal address if you want to use that for messages.
