recently received a reciept for a rental i did not authorize. What do i do?

If you didn't rent it, and nobody has access to your account or devices and rented it, the try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I fully downloaded the movie, then I exitied out of iTunes so that I could watch it some other day when I have time. 2 days later I go to iTunes to watch my movie rental and I can't seem to find it?   • I recently purchased a movie rental and have 23 hours left to watch it!

    So, I just purchased a movie rental in SD for The Curious Case of Bejamin Button on my macbook pro. I finally get it to start downloading, when I receive a pop-up that says I have 23 hours left to watch it! But it hasn't finished downloading yet and I can't watch it!? How does this happen?! And what can I do? I contacted support, but I'm afraid they will not reach me back in time (before I leave town tomorrow) Does anyone know what I can do? Your help is very APPRECIATED!!

    Recently I received a letter notifying me that Adobe was discontinuing workspace as of 2015.  As I did not see how this pertained to me so I discarded the letter.  Two days ago i attempted to open my Photoshop Elements 11 to work on some pictures I had recently taken.  When trying to open the Photo Editor portion I received an error notice to get a solution or close the program.  After several tries and attempted solutions i got no results.  I did happen to notice that the error was occurring when the program tried to access the workspace function.  I am trying to find out how to remedy this problem so that i can use my editor again.

    I'm not familiar with workspaces, but where in PSE11 do you link PSE to your workspace?

    How to change the posting to Return delivery stock from Reserves stock.

    First check reservation is created against reserv stock of material.
    You can check reservation with MB23.
    If yes than delete it first and than create return delivery for material with MIGO.

    You can't, directly on your phone. This is not supported on the iPhone. You need to get the song into your iTunes library, then sync it to your phone.

    IF your system is running extremely slow with no applications running other than Finder then I'd suspect a failing HD or you have a runaway process somewhere. Open Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities - Activity Monitor) and look to see if you have any applications taking a large %CPU, if you do that is your problem. To test the HD run Apple Hardware Test, please read:

    to learn how to run AHT on your machine, also run it in EXTENDED MODE so it does the most complete test. If no errors are found after the first pass run it another 2-3 times to be thorough.

    Doublechecking. Did you download the rental in iTunes for Mac, iTunes for Windows, or an iOS device?

  • Itunes Movie Rental Geographical Limitations and Offline Access

    I live in Canada and will be travelling to Vegas next month. I'd like to be well prepared with some movie rentals through itunes on my macbook air.
    My concern is, would there be any geographical limitations in viewing movies in USA that have already been previously rented and downloaded in Canada from the Canada Itunes store?
    In simpler terms, If I rented a movie from iTunes Canada (while physically being in Canada), would it be viewable while in USA?
    Also, would I have to have an internet connection to watch it even though it's been dowloaded in advance?
    I've read through many boards (though there has been no clear answer) that many have been having issues playing movies without first having an internet connection.
    I've read that some iPad and iPod users report that there are no issues with watching rentals without any internet connection to begin with, but I have yet to hear a macbook user report the same.
    I was wondering if I could get a certain answer as to whether or not an itunes rental could be played WITHOUT ANY internet connection whatsoever to begin with on a MacBook Air.

    Welcome to the Apple community.
    A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
    Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
    You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
    Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

  • 12 hour download time on my movie rentals!!

    Hi Guys, hoping someone can help?
    Purchased Apple Tv 2nd Gen 3months ago and everything has been fine until recently.
    My Sagem Sky router went faulty a month ago and I replaced this with a Netgear N-150. My movie rentals are now taking 12 hours to download!!
    I used to be able to select a movie and within 2mins the movie would start playing. Now, the movie I select will have to fully download 12 hours before I even get to watch.
    I am convinced I need to change a setting in the router but have know idea what.. In need of some serious help as I will not give up on my apple tv, I was great.

    As for the router change - we change clients Sky routers all the time to work better with multi-room audio systems and home automation systems. Sky just dont support any other router and do not give you the Login and password for the broadband but theres a web page out there that will generate one for you to do this.
    yes i know the ways to do that (i did it in the past), and know of the problems that can be had by not using their routers. Sky are now also actively monitoring the connections and blocking access by non-sky routers - so be prepared. the official line is they don't, but real-world experience says they are. sky will replace you broken sagem router FOC so there is no reason not to use it.
