No Black Ink with a new cartridge and new printer and was working

I put in all new cartridges and everything was working just fine. I printed two black copies and then went into Settings to change to a lighter shade. Now no black copies at all. I went back into Setting and changed it to a darker shade (4) and still no black copies. I can print color - but no black ink appears with the color. It is a new printer. Please Help!!!! Thanks It is a HP Photosmart 6510....new printer. All was working fine until I went into Settings. I corrected what I had done but no black ink at all. HELP!!!!!

I have had a 3GS for 2+ years. After upgrading to IOS 4 (now 4.3.5) I began having problems. In the past week, my screen went to the itunes logo and USB cable twice -- unprovoked -- just found it sitting there like that! I connected to itunes and it did restore from a backup but it is a major inconvenience. I am also searching for answers, but better back-up regularly!

Additional Information.
On my Mail Accounts setup it was set to "verizon.net" on incoming.
Now it faintly reads, "incoming.yahoo.verizon.net"

If you have not yet done so unpair the car kit from the phone, or better yet reset it completely, Forget the car kit in the iPhone, and pair it anew.

I just wanted to leave a note that it's working now. I'm not sure if it was the latest iTunes update that got it working or that i decided to start a new library instead of using the one i had backed up on Windows 8 (it didn't occur to me to check using the old library when i re-installed iTunes). But if anyone is having this problem, it might be worth trying again with a new installation of iTunes to see if the latest update works for you, and if not, try using a fresh library instead of a backup (by fresh library i mean discard your old library completely and start a new library, not just restore as new iPhone, a whole new library).

Any work you do in Lightroom is in the catalog. It is impossible to use Lightroom without a catalog.
In addition, your photos are filed in a specific location, which is determined when you import the photos (this may be a location you have specified or it may be the default location chosen by Lightroom).
So ... unless you specifically choose to delete your photos, your photos have not been deleted. To find them, open Lightroom and select File->Open Recent and select each catalog shown there until you find the one with your 170 photos.
And now ... a word to the wise: as gvb279 and Keith said, you absolutely need to stop doing whatever it is you are doing and learn the basics of Lightroom. You are clearly in need of such basic understanding. ok no problem! all i did was 1) set up the mobile hotspot on my phone. 2) turn it and wifi on on the phone. 3) connect the laptop/desktop to the hotspot network. 4) insert setup disk for the printer and begin setup. 5) complete the setup "using a usb cord to temporarilly connect the computer and printer" 6) unplug usb cable and finish set up on the laptop/desktop. 7) give it a few minutes to show up on the AirPrint menu on the phone. 8) that should be it. I unplugged the printer and plugged it back in, made sure the laptop was totally turned off AND disconnected from the network, and did everything I could to try and make it not work. The printer I have is a Canon MG3122, it doesn't have a fancy screen or even a way to input a password or anything like that, so it just strores a default network that it will connect to. in order to change networks i would have to complete setup multiple times. Since I only plan to use it with AirPrint for my mobile business....the one network is just fine! Hope this helps!

- Restore from backup. See:

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I have an HP 3050A wireless printer that was working fine and now all of a sudden it doesn't print.

My HP 3050A wireless printer has stopped printing. I have restarted both my computer and the printer and it still didn't work. I deleted the printer from my printer list and then restarted everything again and now it doesn't even find the printer. What am I doing wrong? My computer is a new Mac. Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Can you see the wireless light on the printer as Solid blue or is the lighe blinking?
If the light blinks, it means that the printer has disconnected from the network.
In order to reconfigure it - temporary connect the printer with USB, launch the HP Setup Assistsant (Located under Applications > Hewlett-Packard > Device Utilities) and follow the steps to reconfigure the wireless connection.

I am having issues today with my Adobe Lightroom 5.6 today that was working fine yesterday except for te files from one of my cameras showed up on import but wouldn't download, today I'm getting the message "Lightroom cannot start because it cannot create files in the temporary file location /var/folders/jv/2bct456j0yg4ys681fxk9zq00000gn/T " don't know what has happended in 24 hrs except I did check my permissions on my main directory to ensure that I had extended permissions to all the folders contained within my main drive on my IMac running OSX 10.10

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT as you start iTunes) then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.
