'no camera is connected',pls help

Hi, until recently, my facetime and photobooth does not work as there's no camera connected or detected. i do not know what to do! i tried re-starting, shutting it down and etc but nothing works. Pls help!!

The proper "reset" suggested there often restores normal function.
(Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your Mac's built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

Correct, a standard phone service will not provide internet connection. You need to talk with your cellular provider and ask for a data plan for iPads. Not a phone service.

I am seeing if I can get another battery even though I do not believe that is the issue. It keeps giving me vdd_under which I believe is under voltage, maybe it is just a faulty battery? It charges up like normal and functions normal (when plugged in, or above 90%) but it gives under voltage warnings and shuts down when in heavy use (using camera or going back and forth to imessage). When just sitting idle it doesn't seem to turn off until that 55-60% mark. It may just be a faulty battery because I feel I installed all of the other cables correctly when replacing the screen, and I don't think those connections should affect the battery anyway except for maybe the logic board cable (the 2nd cable to be unplugged after the battery cable) I guess I could clean that out as well with isopropyl just in case.
Any other suggestions would be helpful... and I will get back to you if a new battery helps. Thanks!

The screen you're seeing on your iPhone indicates it is in recovery mode. Now since the device is not appearing in iTunes on your PC, first follow the steps in this article:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

After following those steps, you should be able to restore your iPhone.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Hi. I would really appreciate if someone could help me find a way to solve my problem. I bought a second hand iphone4 from my friend's friend. I fully trust my friend coz she said this iphone is working but it was handed to her lowbat so i get home i recharge it immediately and after charging it, i open and it shows to select language and country and i did select. After this it shows on the screen "Connect to itunes". Then i plug it in to my laptop and connect to itunes. It shows in my itunes " There is a problem with your iphone". I actually had the same problem here you just have to change the cable, i dont know exactly why but i think its because when you have your phone swithced of then it doesnt need more electricity so if a little pass then you can charge it for a while and then the iphone will automaticly open again,, so just go an buy a new cable nothing to scared of
