No camera request made when downloading Skype app - no video

Hi, im new. I understand in order for the app to let you utalise the camera you need to turn it on in privacy settings on your ipad. However, the skype app doesnt even appear there. I wasn't asked when downloading it either. I can see the people im calling but they cant see me! Thank you

I forgot to mention last time that permissions to use cam are granted for modern skype. I did all basic things in attempt to fix it. That is why I am here.
Unfortunately I could not get file in format ***.log, even I killed skype in Task Manager. Only ***.evtx and ***.txt files. are here (see zip). The gathering script shows me error massege (see picture). Maybe you can propose other trick to make it works?

On the device you do not want the auto downloads to be installed on: Settings/iTunes & App Store. Deselect what you do not want to be automatically downloaded.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

When downloading an app on my iPad 2, it asks me to verify my account info, and when I type in my password, it does nothing except keep asking for my password. It is not incorrect when I type it in, it just keeps asking for the password.

Go into Settings > Store and make sure your Apple ID information is exactly as it is in your iTunes account on your computer. Make sure your address is exactly the same. For example if your in iTunes on your computer is 1234 Jackson Street, it can't be 1234 Jackson St., on iPad. Make sure your credit card information matches exactly as well.

When you select one of your contacts, an option for a video call should appear with the call and chat options.

Check Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID and make sure that your AppleID is filled in. If not , sign out and sign in with the correct info.
To make sure that no other apps or videos are on your device than the one you bought, set it up as new device, explained here: How to back up your data and set up as a new device
Content that is not bought with your ID can't be used on your phone, that's why his ID and password is asked when you try to use those apps downloaded in the store.

I'm sure you have checked, but make sure your mute button on the keyboard is not on , also check that you haven't touched the space bar during a call as that mutes it.

How old is your battery? This weird trackpad action was the same thing that happened to me when my 3 year old battery started to swell. As it swelled it pressed up on the trackpad and caused all sorts of almost ghost like mouse pointer movements...many all on it's own. The battery itself still held a charge.
I took the battery out and could barely see where it had swelled. I then ran my MacBook Pro with battery out on the MagSafe adapter. No more ghost mouse pointer movements, resizing, dragging, and clicking.
If you can remove the battery DIY, try what I did.
I installed a new battery and everything is back to normal.

I brought an Iphone 5 yesterday and i think its really good apart from one little problem. Every time I insert my password to download an App fuzzy lines appear (as if you have dropped a phone, which I havet.) Has anyone else have this problem? Its a little issue but when you have spent over £500 on the phone its very annoying

I phoned apple and they told me to restart to factory settings and set it up as a new phone then restart it again but do it from youtr back up. So far it worked
