No 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' option in settings... how...

I am trying to cancel monthly subscriptions, but in the setting tab there is no 'cancel subscription' option as per the inscructionals. how do i cancel the subscriptions. it only has an option to change payment detaisl, but when i click opn this there is still no cancel option...

I am having the exact problem...it is very much an unclear procedure, and I wish to unsubscribe.

You'll have to use iTunes on your computer to get your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. From there you'll be able to update directly from the iPhone for future releases.

Dun tink that creative customer support sucks cos I had been dealing with them in the past and I can say that their service are quite gd and fast. If you wanted a refund, I tink you need to contact the store that sells you the product. Dun tink creative will refund you though.

I have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year term. The Creative Cloud doesn't seem to be working as it keeps showing "No Internet Connection". I've tried for many times by uninstall and install again and again. I've also tried to turn off firewall settings and all these things but still doesn't seem to be working. You cannot cancel the subscription by yourself. WHAT A SCAM. Then I called the support team. But NO ONE accepts my calls. I have called for many times yet still no representatives to answer my call. I didn't understand the option to Inherit or start a new back up, and therefore selected the option to create a new backup. I believe I should have selected to Inherit backup history so that when i back it up on the new MackBook Air, it appears the same as the one I'm returning.... Is there anyway that i can re-select the option to Inherit backup history for time machine?

The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

works ok on mine - (5, 7.1.1). Try again. with previews set to none, mine shows the sender and the subject line only. (you cannot get rid of the subject) with the other settings, you get the sender, subject line and however many lines you selected.

Alright, I found the issue. This is how I have resolved my issue. I hope it will help you.
1. This issue could happen, if your apple TV doesnt have internet, connectivity to iTunes servers, or you haven't logged in to iTunes account in your apple TV
2. Test the network on apple tv - General - settings - network - test network, Try to aviod using wifi use LAN cable, since we are trying to fix the issue.
3. Set your exact location manually - Which city you are in from settings-General - Time Zone- choose your City currently you are in.
4. Login to iTunes account - settings- iTunes Store- set your default store - for example I am in Mongolia but using my New Zealand account on Apple TV, in our case my Apple TV iTunes account location is New Zeland.
5. If you are facing any issues to login to your iTunes account, That explains you have an issue with connectivity back to iTune servers, or sometimes it could be apple iTune servers may have problems. To verify which is one is the problem login to your itunes on your laptop or desktop for testing purposes, make sure you are using the same internet connection as your home apple TV is using.
6. if you are able to login you should able to see all the available channels and full list on Apple TV.

Correct; you need at least iOS 5 to have a software update option on your iPhone.
Your only option is to connect your iPhone to iTunes and, once synced, do a "Check for Update" on the right side in iTunes' summary tab.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.
