No Confirmation Email for Ipod Recall

I sent my Ipod in about 2 weeks after Christmas and never recieved an email that they had recieved the Ipod. So since I didn't recieve the email does that mean I can't check the process of the recall?? I don't have the serial number because I didn't think that I was going to have such a hard time with whole process.

Why is it taking so long to receive my confirmation email for my new iTunes account?

I just turned 18 today, and got a new iPad 2. I have completed all the registration questions to get a new iTunes account, but the confirmation email has not arrived in over 5 hours! Any suggestions?

Yes I think it might take awhile, 5 hours is not too long, but I know what you mean about usually getting confirmation emails right away.. I can't recall how long it took me to recieve my confirmation email, as I registered years ago. It could come at anytime. You will get it soon. If I were you, I wouldn't be worried. I'd just give it more time.

Can't receive confirmation email for my itunes account

I signed up a itunes account with this email "[email protected]" today, everything went well and the page informed me to verify my account in gmail finally, however, I didn't receive any confirmation email, I also tried to re-send the email for several times, but it still didn't work.

I have an ipod touch 2g which has iOS ver 4.2.1..thats the max available for this device.Since there are no apps on the app store compatible with ipod touch 2g , it has been reduced to a music player only. I was wondering If I can still use the mail app and link my mail accounts,my concern since the os is outdated it may have security issues ( I heard similar things about vulnerabilities in the browser as well ).

Won't receive Confirmation Email for iStore

Today i bought the super cool iPod Touch, and ofcours i registered a new account for the iStore. But when i want to download and install a free application, it says i did not verify my account! So i checked my email and guess what? No verification email! What now? I checked my email address twice for if i typed it good.. And all seems fine. What now?

That's weird. I got the email, but when I did, I clicked on the link to verify but it's still telling me it's not verified so I still can't access the app store, even though i've verified it several times. Help would be appreciated, especially since the hotline isn't open because its christmas.

How long does it take to receive confirmation email for Mountain Lion

Hi, I received my new Mac Book Pro Retina two days ago, and I'm eligible for an upgrade to Mountain Lion, I filled out the form, and have a reference number, but haven't received a email back with the code to be able to download it from the app store.
Do you think I could just download it from the App Store and claim a refund later?

As an update, I called Apple and they mentioned that in some cases, even though i've been told 24 hours, it could potentially, but be unlikley that it takes 72 hours after signing up on the page for the activation code.
I did express my frustration with this, as the Apple Care person on the phone was able to see that I was 'approved' eg: I bought my mac 2 days ago and serial passed. But was unable to access any code, but mentioned that it was an automated processed and an email will be going out.
Also read one some of the posts here, 'and this is unconfirmed' - is that there was codes given out, and some people were having problems with the codes, and maybe this is the reason why it is taking so slow.
Your guess is as good as mine, but will be patient.

In answer to your four things: 1) yes, my CC is a Visa 2) My credit limit is far higher than I've ever needed; plus I have no problems with non-Apple purchases; 3) I verified my security card with a call to the bank issuing my card; 4) iTunes store is available in Mexico (but not the music part.)
I have already called Apple USA, Apple Mexico, and my local Apple store. Apple USA and Mexico focused on the need to be very precise in entering all fields. I even changed my official address with the credit card in order to make it "fit" the Apple Mexico iTunes store format better. The Apple store technician here, however, agrees with me that there is an Apple inherent conflict between the fact that my credit card is USA based, but my billing address is in Mexico. The billing address being Mexican is a requirement per the Apple site information--and that is precisely what I have.

I'd like to add that this problem is the reverse of one I had late last year with Apple USA. At that time, Apple refused to make an order for me because my billing address was in Mexico, and Apple seemed unwilling to believe that my credit card was indeed a USA credit card. (I was planning a laptop purchase for a USA trip--a perfectly legal item to bring into Mexico.) So, I walked into Apple SF, and had no trouble using the same credit card to buy a laptop off the shelf--not the configuration I'd wanted to special order, but. . . .
Also of interest--the company from which I bought the digitally transmitted iTunes card is, after investigating the issue, processing a refund to my account.

Never received confirmation email for free upgrade

I bought a Mac Book Pro from an Apple retail store. I went to Apple's free upgrade website. Successfully went through the verification process and received on-screen confimation that I was approved and an email would be sent to me. I never received an email. What do I do? How do I upgrade?

Apple Support just informed me it can take up to 72 hours after submission to receive your code, even if the request has been already approved. I have been told "they are very busy sending out all these codes to so many people, so will take up to 72 hours to receive yours".

Jfyi, I've registered as many as 12 iPods over the years and never got a confirmation email for any of them.

I just order from best buy and it shows up in my recent orders but I have not yet received a confirmation email, I have checked spam folder and it's not there either. I placed a previous order today which I got the confirmation email for instantly. Is my order successfully placed?

I'm trying to create a new account, I put in a new user ID and it said I would be sent a confirmation email hrs ago today. I even had them resend it over a dozen times and even used 2 other emails to no avail.
Why is it taking forever for me to get my account confirmation email for itunes? I did check my spam many times btw on all email accounts and I can't find any email customer service email.

It could be:
1: iTunes website is under stress and will take longer to send out the confirmation emails, or could have a temporary problem or is having maintenance performed.
2: Sometimes, certain sites won't send emails to a certain email domain. But I would have expected that they would have mention this on the registration process.
The new user ID, the email address you provided for this, is it the same email domain has your old user ID email?
By email domain, I mean for example @googlemail.com

Charged but no confirmation email?

I'm wondering why there is an authorization hold on my online bank information when I haven't even gotten a confirmation email for my order yet. I ordered early last week and it's been almost a week now, but I still haven't received a confirmation email although my account has been charged. Does this mean that my computer has already shipped out, or is this something that Lenovo does to check if you have enough money in your account?
