No contact with webrole since 19:th

Question

We have still no service from our webrole since the outage. How can we resolve that?
Getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Can RDP to machines, must see no strange in logs.

Hi,
 Regret the inconvenience. Can u please try the following steps one at a time and let us know what happens.
Step 1: Resize the VM
Click on the Virtual machine and click the Configure tab
Resize the VM to a slightly higher size (only for testing)
Once started you can check the Vm connectivity over RDP 
Resize it back to the same size (Medium) as before and start the VM (this will move the VM to a host which has cores but not the same host)
Now test the Connectivity again
Step 2: Delete the VM keep the Disk and create a new VM in the same cloud service
You can use this option to back
up the VM

Stop the Vm
Delete the VM but use the option
“keep the attached Disk”
Create new VM and use the option My Disk from the Gallery
Add the VM to the cloud service were the VIP was reserved (choose the cloud service from the Drop down box under “Cloud service”)
Step 3:  Fixing Guest OS Disk
