No credit limit showing even after purchase

hi all, my subscription period expires on 16 jul but my credit finished early. Now i purchased new credit for similar subscription (money deducted from my account, account status showing - delivered), but there is no credit limit for me to talk..WHY?

Hi.
I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
(I never received a serial number.)
I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

Did you really mean "os 11"? There is no such OS.
There is iTunes 11, is that possibly what you are referring to?
It's best to be specific about the issues that are occurring and in what version, as some versions fix issues that exist in other version.

Customer Credit Limit showing wrong in VKM3

Hi All,
Customer credit limit is showing wrong in VKM3 for all the customer.
i.e : actuall T.Code:F34 is showing 740,000.00 which is correct. But in VKM3 it is 740.00(insted of 740K it is showing 740 only)
The same thing happening for all the customer. How can I correct this. Pls advise.

Limited to 30 seconds in wmv, even after purchase

I have had Flip 4 Mac for years, but it just starting giving me 30 seconds of video only. I just upgraded to version 2.3.8.1 and It's still only giving me 30x. I've reinstalled and restarted. I must have missed a step, but I can't get it to do any more than 30x even after repasting in the serial number and hitting upgrade. Should I be tossing preferences or something?

You really want to talk to Telestream, the publisher of Flip4Mac. You probably need to re-register the product by finding out where to enter your purchased serial number.
There is a prefs or a reg file you may need to toss but you want to make darned sure you have your serial number before you do anything like that on your own.

App Store Update keeps showing even after installing

the app store on my macbook air keeps showing an update for MacBook Air SMC Firmware update 1.8. it shows 1.66f60 is installed in the system info page.
the MacBook air is late 2010 with OS X 10.9 Mavericks. The update acts like it is installing but, it still shows up in the app store update even after rebooting.
any help would be appreciated.

I have an Epson Artison 810, and since Mountain Lion was installed, my iMac (when waking from sleep or rebooting) keeps asking me if I'd like to download an update for this printer. If I click Yes, I'm taken to the App Store, where, after waiting WAY too long, it tells me my system's up to date, and that no updates are available.

Trial won't end even after purchase of subscription

I began using PDF online as a trial. I then purchased a subscription. However, every time I try to use the Online PDF conversion, it indicates it is still a trial and I have used my 5 trial PDF conversions. I have searched the website looking for an answer. I also spent 2 hours on hold with customer service (no kidding). I even checked the registration and my subscription to the Online PDF is registered. I then followed the link from my receipt to be sure I was using the right page for the online conversion. Does anyone have any advice??

It only gets better. Adobe CLOSED my first ticket with the following:
"A subscription is currently not showing up in this account. Please contact our customer service department for assistance with this issue.
They can be reached at (800) 833-6687 - 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday- Sunday, Pacific Time.
In the mean time, I have added 10 Create PDF Online conversions to your account."
Today I opened a new ticket:
"I submitted a ticket 0181107380 - it was closed but is not resolved. The problem remains.
When I log in, the system shows I still have a trial even though I registered the product. I checked all the online resources. The
resolution for the last ticket was for me to call customer support. I stayed on the line for 2 hours with customer support. One p
erson asked me to hold and then I never heard from him again. I am not doing this any more. If this is not resolved, I will cancel
the subscription and contact my credit card company to reverse the charge."
This is really nuts. I like the online conversion. Used it with another company in the past. It is a real business time saver. This process, however, is nuts. They should not advertise or direct customers to a resource ("call customer service") if it does not work.

Sms not showing even after ios8.1 update

I been having problem as sms keep disappearing. Always need to restart iphone 6 to show back my sms. I cant reset phone as new as alot of my sms are very important. Please resolve this issue asap.

Everything is turn on (Unless you have the proper guide)
The problem is after restarting all my sms will show. But after i start using other apps on the phone and or after received sms. The rest of the sms just cannot be found (not always but happen frequently). Always gotta reboot.
I had even went to the svc centre located at plaza singapura last week and ask the staff. She ran a check and told me is a common problem (apple is aware) and the next ios update will resolve the issue as i told her i cant erase all contents for my phone and set as a new phone. She did a check and told me that my sms apps keep crashing.
I updated my iphone6+ to ios 8.1 and my sms still disappearing this morning. This is really annoying as i need to restart or reboot my iphone 6+ afew time every single day.

App gives tryout screen, asks for activation, even after purchasing CC sub and logging in

Just as the title says:
I'm getting "(App Name) CC Tryout" screen after starting an app, then getting trial screen - I try to log in, and it regiters that I'm logged in, but still wants a serial #. I quit the "registration", and have just been going to work, but it concerns me anyways, since I'm guessing this isn't supposed to be happening.
I tried with customer chat this morning, but they logged off when I didn't answer back immediately, even though they left me alone for a while. This isn't stopping me from working at the moment, but it is something that I need fixed before the countdown for the trial (at 27 days now, purchased the sub last week).
CC app automatically logs me in and gives me no issues, it's just the apps I'm using like Illustrator, AE, and Photoshop that are giving me constant trial screens (not even consistent trial screens - sometimes they come up, sometimes they don't).

Project commitment shows even after closing PO

Hi,
I have developed a program to short close PO (in mass). This program marks Delivery indicator and sets Latest GR Date.
After running this program POs are short closed and To be delivered qty/value shows zero in MM reports such as ME2N.
The problem is that this does not close commitments in Project. When I run PS report (say CJI5), I get those POs as open and the remaining values are still shown as open commitment in PS.
Please help me understand how to close this project commitment.

I think this will work. I ran RKANBU01 program after closing PO through my program and it successfully closed open commitments.

Bookmarks do not show even after restoring them.

Dear Firefox,
I regularly back up my bookmarks. I haven't been able to access this computer for a while because I was in a place where wrieless is the only option and this computer can't use wireless. I used firefox on another computer, and I have gotten several updates between the last time I used this computer, and now. I updated this computer, and I tried to transferr my bookmarks from that computer to this one after updating firefox. I had deleted all my bookmarks on this computer.
This time, when I tried to transferr the bookmarks, it failed. I didn't even get an error message. I just got the "using this back up will delete your bookmarks" message, and then nothing changed when I hit okay. I've also tried to restore bookmarks using the files on this computer with no success.
I had also tried to transferr the bookmarks once when this computer couldn't access the internet, but I got an "incompatible file" error. I had assumed this was because the firefox on the working computer was version five and this computer's was still version four.

A tab keeps on showing even after deleted from the tools options process

a new tab and cobra health plans tab keeps on showing up in tool tabs bar.
I closed the "cobra health" tab and i close the "new tab" then
I went to tools-options-general
on Home page: i deleted the cobra plans and OK
I close Firefox and when brig it up again still shows on the tab tool bar
