Hi, i have no credit so can't call Australian numbers whilst I'm overseas even though i have paid for premium package. Can I please get some assistance?
Also when someone calls my Skype number my phone doesn't ring nor do I get email notification for missed call or voicemail. Have set up as nominated on website but still struggling.

1. Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Australia. Please note that only calls to landlines in Australia are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.
2. Please check and reset at Tools > Options > Calls > Call Settings > SAVE.

I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

I would recommend performing the following steps in order to stabilize your iPhone.
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.

You are able to restore the device back to default settings using itunes. Once restored it will ask you for your apple id and password.
if you do not know/remember your apple id password you may go to www.appleid.apple.com to reset your apple id password.

Hello, i recently switched from 3gs to 4s. i gave the 3gs to a friend who uses it as primary phone. will my icloud stuff get pushed to his phone? (he uses as just a regular phone, but i signed onto his phone with my apple id once)???

before i gave the phone, i did 'restore to factory setting' and put his new sim card into the phone.
but then i logged into the phone with my apple ID (he is simply using the phone as a regular phone without 3g, so he only uses it on wi-fi) to download apps...
so he is using it as a 'new phone' with all his contacts etc on it, is there any way he could have still accessed my stuff while my icloud was activated?
i should say that it is not technically a 'friend' but i sold the phone to him, so i'm curious what information he had access to while i had my icloud activated...

I Bought an IPhone 4 several months ago. I was going to give it to my wife but she doesn't like the keyboard on my IPhone so I stuck in a drawer as a backup. I had my cousin over and he was playing games on it then we put it away. He somehow activated the screen lock. I am trying to open the phone. I tried to do a reset through iTunes. But keep getting an error message that says. " iTunes can't start your prepaid IPhone you need to unlock the screen". Which is the reason I am trying to reset the phone to begin with. I have done other resets but have never encountered this comment before.

If it has an activation lock set, you can't. Unless the previous owner removes it, the device is useless to you; Apple won't do this unless presented with the original receipt of purchase, and then only for the registered owner(unless they're dead).

Some of my songs on my laptop will not sync onto my phone? Some are visible on my phone but have a stop sign next to them and wont let me play them?

Any help with this would be appreciated cause Ive tried everything so far.

I'm having the same problem. It's really random songs, too, at least for me. Half the songs on a given album will sync with no problem, but the other half will show up with the red circle and square next to them. Not sure if this is an iOS bug, iTunes bug, or what...whatever it is, it's really frustrating.

We are trying to record a birthday message on skype and have been given a call phone USA Flag number and also a invitation number to use we have managed to store the number but it has not given any option to input the invitiation number anywhere.
Do we disregard the invitation number and just ring the USA Flag number and record the message or where do we input this invitation number.

Where did you get that number from? I'm not aware of any such Skype service.

Can't copy any files onto phone, but have plenty of memory

My blackberry is only a few months old and a few days ago I tried to copy a podcast onto it and the following message came up:
The item “...” can’t be copied because there isn’t enough free space.
I then deleted a file the same size and tried again, but the same message came up. I then deleted all of the 1 album and two podcasts I had on it, and got the same message. I then went on to delete everything else, inbox, photos, videos, etc. I have no games or anything installed, and if I checked available space and it says I have 130215377 Bytes file free.
Is my Blackberry just broken or am I doing something wrong?

Try doing a battery pull. While the device is on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, reinsert and wait for the device to reboot. Does this help? If not, can you try using a microSD card in your device?
If none of that helps, there are some other things that we can try in escalation. To do that, just let me know if you do have a microSD card installed on the device or if you are just using the internal memory on the device, etc.

Please help, my phone is saying i need to restore to factory settings but i there are items i havnt backed up on my phone yet, i cant open it anywhere on my laptop its just not shoiwing and i've tried holding the center button and power button together but that just turns my phone off. It sounds like you wanted to purchase this app from the App Store, and you created an Apple ID, entered your credit card info, but have not yet been able to verify your Apple ID email address.
