No Data displayed in overview tab under Transaction Data in Support Messsag

Dear All
In support desk I am raising a message as a message creator from a satellite system
Then as an administrator i assign the call to the processor
At this stage when i change from Fast entry mode to Transaction Data i can see the details and communication under Overview tab.
Now When i log in as a processor or end user and see in my messages and open the message which is raised for solution
i cannot see any thing under Overview tab.
Overview tab is coming blank for same message raised.
Please help is there any component or role to be activated or given to processor and end user for seeing the details under Overview tab.

    Date should be after the (MRP2 tab in Material master Planned Delivery (Calendar day) +  GR Processing Time (Working days))
    Example:-
    For materials A from Materials master days are two.
    Thant means 16u2019Th March (consd'g 14'th march) we can enter data in CNS0 as in Planned Gds mvm tab under general data tab

    There are two kinds of metadata involved when you consider jpeg or other image file.
    One is the file data. This is what the Finder shows. This tells you nothing about the contents of the file, just the File itself.
    The problem with File metadata is that it can easily change as the file is moved from place to place or exported, e-mailed, uploaded etc.
    Photographs have also got both Exif and IPTC metadata. The date and time that your camera snapped the Photograph is recorded in the Exif metadata. Regardless if what the file date says, this is the actual time recorded by the camera.
    Photo applications like iPhoto, Aperture, Lightroom, Picasa, Photoshop etc get their date and time from the Exif metadata.
    When you export from iPhoto to the Finder new file is created containing your Photo (and its Exif). The File date is - quite accurately - reported as the date of Export.
    However, the Photo Date doesn't change.
    The problem is that the Finder doesn't work with Exif.
    So, your photo has the correct date, and so does the file, but they are different things. To sort on the Photo date you'll need to use a photo app.

    Hi,
    Create a multiprovider which includes transactional data target and master data info object. Make sure that identification for this master data info object is ticked on both the provider.
    Create report on this multiprovider , keep the master data info object in rows , and now you should able to see all the values which are there in master data info object irrespective of transaction happened or not .
    Next you may create condition showing only zero keyfigure values , ie. master data without any transaction.

    Hi All,
    My requirement is as follows.
    WHen I execute the tcode MSC2N,
    Relevent data for the fields Batch, Material and Plant and hit the enter Key.
    This displays Tabs like BASIC DATA1, BASIC DATA 2 , CLASSIFICATION  etc.
    when I change the production date in the BASIC DATA1 and then click on the CLASSIFICATION tab, the prodiction date should get displayed automatically in this tab.
    There  is no USER-EXIT or BAdi for this.
    I need an enhancement point.
    Plz help me .

  • Master Data in BEX Output with no Transaction Data?

    Is there a way I can show in my BEX output master data even if no transaction data ever existed for it?
    We have accounts in ECCS that have never had any transaction data, but our accountants want that to show up in our BEX output.
    We have tried setting the properties of the query to show all zero values, but since this never got a SID for the cube, it will not even show up then.
    Any suggestions?

  • Master data and impact of loads from transaction data

    If I have the following scenario:
    1. Load to cube which contains a dimension which has an info object 0CUSTOMER
    2. The transaction data is being loaded from a non SAP system and 0CUSTOMER is loaded on a daily basis from SAP system
    3. As part of the transaction load some Customers have a value which is not existing in the 0CUSTOMER info object
    Do these new customers also get loaded to the 0CUSTOMER master data i.e. the SIDs are added to the SID table for 0CUSTOMER or is it just loaded as part of the cube and stored in the specific dimension

    they are also automatically loaded to 0customer, as the sid of that record is needed in the cube. Possibly, if there is no relation to your R/3 customers, you have some initial records in your customer master (means all attributes as well as the texts are initial).

      I have a master data table for infoobject 'C' with compounding characteristics 'A' & 'B'.  I upload this master data with values given below:
        <i><u> A,              B,              C,           Short text,                        Long text</u></i>
           <b>  <b>P,          10,           BBB,         Apple,                              Big Apples
             Q,             20 ,           XYZ  ,       Tomatoes    ,                    Red Tomatoes</b></b>
      When I load data into ODS from a source system, I may not necessarily have data for all these 3 fields in these transaction record.  Example:
      <i><u>     A,                B,             C,             D,            E</u></i>    
         <b> P                -1            FFF</b>          20           30            
         <b> Q                10           GGG        </b> 10           40
       The problem is when I upload the above transaction data, it populates the <b>master data table</b> too with these two new records <b>1 -1 FFF</b> and  <b>2 10 GGG</b>, which I would like to avoid.
       Is there any way?

    Hi JB,
    If you want to load transactional data and still want to prevent the population of the master data table, I don't think it is possible, as it is goes aginst the data consistency in the warehouse.
    However, if you can afford not to load transactional data for such cases, you can activate referential integrity check for the infoobject C. Then neither transactional data nor masterdata enter the datawarehouse until you maintain masterdata yourself for the infoobject C.

    It is really to have your support in dealing with all real-life issues.
    Currently, I'm in process of deploying solution for a customer and I'm looking for quick way to purge data without using InfoView and opening each query to purge.
    I'm using ImportWizard to produce biar file to be exported to target server but this guy is not able to purge data .
    Is any right tool to purge data for the use case described?

    i dont think there is any tool can acheive that.

  • File name and Date Display as an obj not the data

         The issue that I am having is that when I view a Visio file hosted on SharePoint. The file was created in Visio 2007 and when it is opened by Visio 2007 and Visio Viewer in SharePoint. The file name field object and date
    modified object show the information. The issue is when the file is opened by a device that has Visio 2010 the information does not show. Is there something that I can do for these users to have it show correctly.

    Which way did you open the Visio 2007 file in SharePoint?Opened it in the browser or downloaded it to open? I had test in my environment. Insert a text box>Add a data/time field, it worked fine both in Visio 2007, 2010.
    Thus, let‘s do some test to narrow down the issue’s reason. 
    1.Download the Visio 2007 file and open it with Visio 2010.
    If it worked fine, the issue seems more related to Visio object and sharePoint connection.
    If it does not display the information in Visio 2010 by a device client, the issue was more related to Visio 2010 client.  
    2.Create a new drawing included file name and Date
    field in Visio 2010.
    If the new drawing displays correct, the issue is more related the original, please try to repair the file or re-create the file name and Date filed.  
    If the new drawing still displays incorrect, please try to start Visio 2010 in safemode, some third-party add-ins my be casued the issue.
    If the issue still exists, try to repair Visio 2010.

    Dear All,
    When user creates ticket all the user status displayed in ticket under Transaction data tab-->Action Tab.
    But in my case for some user all the configured statuses are not getting displayed.
    What could be the reason? User has got enough authorization too. Is any additional autho is required?

    Dear Friend,
    I think you are confused, in transaction data tab
    Actions tab-will show the scheduling actions and action which are carried out with the status of their execution.
    Status tab shows all the status values you have configured.
    This tab basically shows the current status of the ticket.
    Please reward points.

  • Function Tab is missing under Authorization Data in ERM

    Hi,
    After Uploading roles to the ERM, the functions tab under authorization data is missing.
    In the QA the same role has all 4 tabs (including the functions tab)
    I've made sure that the "This option allows you to add a function to an authorization" is set to "yes".
    Can anyone tell me why is that?

    I have added a custom tab (Overview tab) in transaction VL32N and Vl33N using the  BADI "LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_OVER".
    Now for transaction Vl31N,when I  create delivery ,tthne also this tab should be displayed.However I dont understand,if i display this tab,how will I display the data in this tab?
    The data to be displayed in this tab should be exactly same as the data entered in the tab "Item Overview" tab.
    How do i do this??

  • Actions not displaying in Overview for ONE user ID

    Hi Frnz...
    For only ONE user ID Actions not displaying in Overview tab.
    For this User ID Overview details are visible for some Employee IDs and for some its not visible.
    Already checked Roles & Authorisations and IT 0302 & 0000 are active. Have also run RPUEVSUP.
    Just to add.. this query is happening while a technical upgrade has happened from 4.6 to 6.0.
