No Download after phone purchase??

Purchased upgrade to Lightroom 5 over the phone after online purchase checkout page kept insisting I was purchasing Lightroom 4.  Was told I would receive email with licensed download.  No email after 2 days wait.  Also, in my account on the 'My Orders' page, Lightroom 5 shows up, but it will not download.  Below it says that my order is still being processed and may take up to 24hrs.  It has been 48, and the rep on the phone seemed surprised that I haven't received a file via email yet.  She said I could go into my Adobe account and download from there, but this is not working.

  • Multiple app downloads after VPP Purchase

    Hi,
    I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this.
    I'm running iTunes 10.6.1 and Configurator 1.0.1. I just purchased 32 copies of an app for one of our school iPad carts. The last time I did this I made the purchase, ran iTunes, input the first app code, and downloaded the app.
    Now when I input the code for a new app, it begins to download 32 copies of the the last app I bought, which was iMovie. I can cancel all of the downloads, but when I go in to add a another new app, it then starts to download 64 apps: 32 copies of iMovie and 32 copies of the app I just installed.
    Has anyone seen this before? Is there anywhere I can report an iTunes bug like this?

    OK.. thanks for replying. I eventually just let it "download" all of the apps and it finally let me update iMovie. After checking the mobile apps folder it only shows one copy of each app. Hopefully it doesn't come back up it takes awhile to download 110 copies of iMovie.

  • Why didn't it start to download after I purchased it?

    I just bought an episode of south park 5 minutes ago, and the site took the money from my account, but the download never took place. The episode is still sitting in my cart. I dont have enough to buy the episode again. What is wrong, What do I do, And Why cant I find a tech support option on the Itunes site?

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

    i bought 1 single app (after effects) paid prepaid for one year.
    install it on my iMac , but now i wanna install it also on my new macbook pro
    but when i log in to CC and trying to download after effects it give me TRIAL mode!!
    for some reason i never received a serial number or any code to activate my purchase ( i don't understand why)
    i bought this full and paid in full...
    this is cause me lots of major problems....
    im also trying to get respond through the phone / chat ( NONE OF THESE METHODS ARE WORKING)
    THIS is a frustrating situation for me right now as i need to use AE immediately.

    Make sure you are installing the Creative Cloud and not the standalone version.
    From what you describe you do not appear to be in dire need of resolving this immediately to get work done, though it is certainly your right to pursue getting it resolved as fast as possible.  If you have the trial version installed you can use that - it is fully functional.  Also, if you have it installed on another machine you can use it on there as well.

    Chris, I certainly don't mind additional questions and postings.
    I believe there are many issues with Apple Loops and Logic that need to be resolved and people need to be aware of that. Unfortunately, in opposite to the old "german" version of Logic , there's no lifetime tech support, you can't even call and ask the question after 60 days , which isn't right for a professional software of this level, especially considering the fact that many things still remain vague in Logic even for developers and tech support people!( believe me, I've called and asked!)
    Issues like that need to be resolved over the phone with the company, period!
    One thing I also learned over the years as a Mac OSX user, if something doesn't work, don't mess with it. Delete your drive and re-install everything. This is very frustrating , I know, but unfortunately this is the only way to deal with OSX issues, if you got a problem with your system, don't try to fix it. It's never gonna be the same again. I know , it's off the topic a little bit, but if your content is missing from the system files, before installing your new Logic, back up your important files, wipe up your drive and clean install Mac OSX , run updates and then install the Logic. Most likely , everything will be in it's place, at least 90% or more. I gave up trying to make two system in my house to be compatible 100% , but it's OK if they're 90% or more identical. I spent enormous amount of time trying to find out what's missing and where, I visited most of the forums and there's no clean answer.

    So you have these podcasts downloaded and stored in your iTunes library is that correct?  However, they will not sync with the device?  Are these video or audio podcasts?
    How is your Nano currently configured to sync podcasts?  You can check this by viewing the iPod's Podcasts configuration tab in iTunes.  To view this tab, plug your iPod in and select it from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes to bring yourself to the Summary tab that now shows to the right.  Look for the Podcasts tab along the top and select it.  Here you can configure how and what Podcasts are synced.
    If you do happen to make any changes from under this tab, be sure to hit the Apply button to sync the updated changes to the Nano.

    When she purchase iPhone 4S, didnt realised she need to download Find Phone, has she thought it was already in iPhone 4S, system. I approved lots Apple Store in Malaysia, non could help me and all said the same, if you don't download Find Phone, there's no way you can trace it back. No doubt what they all had said is not wrong....but my heart said, am sure there's always a way to track or trace it back even without the Find Phone Apps. Knowing myself don't have such powerful system to find the phone back. Every Poison there's Anti-Dos for it. I know you have the power and system to track & trace the phone back by Apple. If Apple can build such powerful smart phone am sure there's always a way for you there to trace or track it. I had seem movies which even show but not many able to see the hidden message in movie or etc. All my wish was to least Delete or JAM the system by using the serial number or code which you produce in every iPhone 4S or etc. Least the person who took it, would not able to used it at all even if they wannt jail break it or does anything to iPhone 4S. Least they could do is either throw it away or return to Apple Store in individual country. I know what am asking might be impossible to asked, but its the impossible which its not impossible.
    1st: Why build a system which so smart with all serial no and codes, but the "Find Phone" its not one of the Apps for iPhone?
    2nd: Why must customer need to download "Find Phone" Apps and the rest of the Apple Apps in inside the Phone...? Doesn't make sense....
    3rd: In any movie, you watched they will break the phone or throw it away and so they are not able to trace the person but the phone still can be trace or track...unless the person break the chips or put into Fire to destroy it completely, then YES, i believe it can't be trace or track.
    Please kindly in your power to help or advice or bring this up to Apple Team Mind before all perfection to make iPhone....Metta

She said that in the system my husband took an upgrade July 29th 2013. He didn't even have a Verizon phone, he had a work phone with T-mobile. I have asked what device he supposedly upgraded to since no phones have been activated and we all still have our same phones and numbers. Remember at the time, said husband had a work phone with T-mobile. I still have the very same phone as do all of the rest of my family members. No one has upgraded. I spoke with "customer service" for more than a half an hour today, Char promised me that her supervisor (Emily) would call me back by 7:30 tonight to clear up this problem. Well guess what? No call back so where should I go from here? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

    I find it easiest to download my purchases directly to my iPhone.  You don't even need to connect your iPhone to iTunes.  As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the items, you will not be charged.
    You can find the steps to do this under the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on iOS" in the following article:

    Hi buddy, I figured out what is wrong with that. I had the very same issue, while sending an sms via iMessage on Mountain Lion. I called the Apple guy at the Apple care support but without any luck.
    At the end--at least in my case, but it could also be yours--I think I have understood what was going on. This happens when you have your Apple ID registered on more than one device. In my case, we have two iPhones--one for me and one for my wife--but with the same App Store account. So, when I sent an sms via iMessage for the Mac, the receiver was shown my wife's iPhone number.
    I hope I have been clear enough, you know, explaining this in a foreing language is always painful...

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
