No Download Authorisation

We have just purchased SAP B1 License and I got S User Id.While downloading the PL18 patch I got a message "Error Message- No download authorisation"
I got the "Request failed Error:400" when tried to download through Basket.
My S-User id is S0007413783.

If you are a customer only, your S- id will not be allowed to download software.

Help?? If your library is working properly on the old computer it will be easiest to copy it to the new computer over the network or via an intermediate drive.
Or you can try turning on the menu bar with CTRL+B and using File > Devices > Transfer purchases to copy over the media.
To avoid any data loss when switching the machine you sync with migrate the library properly or see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

I am trying to download the following files from the SAP Service Marketplace->Installations and Upgrades->SAP Application Components->IDES SOLUTIONS->IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00

1. Using SAP Download Manager and it returns msg Fail: 403
2. Using Right Click and Save as, the page cannot be displayed.
I am a superuser with the Download Authorisation and have been able to download every single file in the site. This is the first time I am not able to download file from this site.
I need this file urgent for the company IDES BI 7.0 set up in next week. Any kind soul please log in to check for me or give me advise how to download it? We have resorted to mail order the DVD from SAP but it has taken a very long time to reach us. And SAP has instructed us to download from the site if we want it fast.
Full point 10 will be given for those who are willing to give me good advice on this issue.

You should be able to log out of the currently logged in account by tapping on it in Settings > Store, and you can then log in with your other account. Any content that you bought / downloaded with the currently logged in account is tied to that account and it can't be copied or transferred to a different account - so only that one can update / download / authorise its content

i've made a catalogue of mistakes. I've had an Overdrive app for ages to access library books which was great but this is what happened-
1. Suddenly a message kept coming up each time I logged in saying Adobe acct ........... is saved in your overdrive acct do you want to deauthorise or authorise. I kept clicking on authorise but thought it might be better to deauthorise and authorise it properly in settings. I tried this but my Adobe ID didn't work- nothing came up to say it was wrong but I kept getting thrown back to the authorisation screen and could not get any further or download books. I did check my password was okay by signing into my Adobe account and it was the only one I had which I had used when I upgraded to I.o.s.7 and it was fine.
I tried logging in and out, resetting my overdrive acct and eventually deleted the overdrive app and then reinstating it but nothing worked.
2. I decided if I got a new Adobe acct using my google email address then authorising the Adobe reader through this might work. However. It all seemed to go well I created the account then put all the details into my overdrive acct. thought this was going well but I got a message as I tried to download a book 'fulfil code 2004' , saying another ID could not be used. I'm now stuck it won't allow me to try my original ID.
Can anyone help help me out of this mess and can I delete an Adobe ID once created please?

How can I get round problem with itunes. I get message saying computer isnt authorised to play some tracks Ive downloaded, tells me to authorise which I do, then a message appears saying the computer is already authorised but I still cant access the track

If only some of the songs on an album are giving you the authorisation message, that suggests those song files are damaged.

Help my music wont play. Diamond on the bar doesnt even move. I have just authorised and downloaded itunes 10 after my last harddrive crashed and imported my purchases so I didnt think I'd get problems...

Cant get music to play. It's all there but the diamond on the bar doesnt even move, I can place it in the middle of the song but when I press play it goes back to the beginning and nothing!
