No Driver Tab under Option & Supplies (10.9) ?

Hi,
I'm having a tough time, figuring out how to print duplex documents in my Epson l210 printer.
The "double sided" option has been greyed out under the "print --> layout " dropdown menu.
After reading several discussions and solutions, it seems like this is a common problem
The solution is - Go to System Preferences --> Printers and Scanners --> Select Your Printer --> Option and Supplies -->Driver Tab --> Check Double Sided Printing and Voila
However, I've upgraded to Mavericks, and I can't find the drivers tab. So, I can't resolve my problem.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
PS: The printer supports duplex printing (manual), and the feature works on Windows 7. Also, I have the latest drivers installed.

so my ipad mini is still unable to sync my contacts to my icloud account icloud or my macbook.
I'm able to create a 'TEST' contact on my macbook or in icloud, and it sync to my ipad however.
In my ipad settings, I've also tried switching the contacts slider off, then back on - then turned my ipad off, than back on, as suggested in the apple support icloud troubleshooting guide under troubleshooting with ios devices. This still doesn't appear to work.
Could this be an ios 7 issue with contacts syncing with icloud/Mavericks's os?
I'll try next the iCloud forums, but I've had a brief look but answers to questions usually refer back to the trouble shooting online manuals.

Why do some computers running Firefox 6.02 only display 5 or 6 applications in the "applications" tab under "options" and others show about 25?

I am running Firefox 6.0.2 on several computers and on several of them the applications tab under "options" only shows 5 or 6 applications while another shows 20-25 applications including PDF which is what I am interested in. How can I get applications to appear on this menu?
All of the computers in questions are running Windows XP Pro. On the computer with the limited menu if I attempt to download a PDF copy of my bank statement Mozilla opens the PDF rather than opening it with my PDF program. If I attempt to save the file or print it, Mozilla crashes. On the computer which lists all of the apps on the application tab the PDF opens normally using the program which I have selected for opening that file type.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

I am using firefox 3.6.23 on my old computer, I have a new laptop that I would like to transfer the bookmarks from the old to the new, but the old computers firefox does not have the sync tab under options, what now?

I have a tower running windows XP, using Firefox 3.6.23. I have a new laptop running windows 7. I have just downloaded firefox 7. Now I want to bring the bookmarks form my old tower computer using firefox 3.6.23 to the new laptop using firefox 7.0. I got the instruction on how to sync the two computers, but I cannot find the sync tab under options in the firefox 3.6.23 computer. Will upgrading the tower's firefox to a newer version give me the sync tab under options?

With firefox 3.6 I think you may have had to use sync as a separate add-on. If so try finding and installing that. Alternativly export your bookmarks from Firefox 3.6, then move that file, using any suitable method (eg removable media, email atacchment, computer network) to somewhere the new laptop can access it and imprt the bookmarks. Remember
* back up your bookmarks (on both machines) before doing anything
* importing standard firefox bookmarks overwwrites existing bookmarks
* (if you just have a few bookmarks on one machine, consider exporting as HTML, when you import those they will append, instead of overwriting the existing files)

How to undo remember password on a work computer (don't have access to 'Security' tab under 'Options'

Accidently pressed 'remember password' when logging into Gmail via Firefox. Unfortunately am using a work computer and don't have access to the 'Security' tab under 'Options'. How do I go about undoing the remember password function? I've cleared all history, passwords etc and have shut down computer (this happened yesterday, logged back in today and details still saved).

You can try running firefox with the profile manager open (firefox.exe -p in run or right click the icon and add properties and stick it to the end of the target ("C:\Program Files (x86)\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe" - p) Then try deleting that profile and creating a new one.

My Tools Option will not show, clear all, cancel, apply etc. Every Tab under Options is blank except "General"

When I click on Tools, then Option, the pages are all blank. The only one that works is the General Tab. I don't have an Encrytion tab under options. Can this be fixed? If not, how would I access this?

I don't remember seeing an Encryption tab there in recent years. What information are you looking for on that tab? It's probably available somewhere else.
If you want to know about the current page, click the padlock in the address bar, then More Information to call up the Security panel of the Page Info dialog. There you can get the details on the certificate used by the site.

Rather than go to the home page I have specified in the General tab of Options in the Tools menu, Firefox keeps going to a truncated version of this url.

Several months ago, malware of some sort replaced this url with one of their own. I got rid of the malware and put back my original home page, but I'm continuing have a problem: Every time firefox goes to my home page, rather than using the whole url that I've specified, firefox truncates this url to just the first 87 characters, and goes to this truncated url instead:

Not only is this not the url that I have specified in the General tab under Options in the Tools menu, I always get an error message in an additional tab whenever Firefox goes to this truncated version of my home page. I do not know if this is relevant or not, but I noticed that prefs.js includes two other user prefs related to the home page in addition to the one that identifies the url I chose:

You need to escape the pipe character as %7c if you want to include it in the URL

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).

How to fix freeze/lock ups when opening Burn tab under iTunes Preferences

Played around the past few nights with two PC's with the same problem after upgrading to iTunes 6.0. Would open burn tab under preferences and promptly lock up iTunes. Thought it was a driver problem, etc... Thanks to Toonz, here is what solved it simply for me on both PC's:
Run iTunes Help, CD Diagnostics, Run "CD diagnostics" and save output file from CD diagnostics somewhere on your PC (not even sure it's necessary to save file) and you should be able to view your burner tab and the CD/DVD drives preferences. Seems that iTunes CD diagnostics file gets corrupted, and needs updating after updating iTunes.

Customer Field in Delivery Address(Reference data, item)tab under Ite in PO

Dear experts,
While creating a PO in line item level, under the "Delivery Address" tab, we are able to see the Vendor option and the Address option for selecting the delivery address in the PO. We are unable to view the Customer Option even though we have maintained the optional entry in table T162(Reference data, item).
We are only able to see the Customer option in the display mode, but unable to see in the create or change mode.
Please advise is there any other setting is required for getting the customer field under billing address tab under line item in create and change mode so as to be able to select customer code directly.

I getting ready to start time machine, but I noted under " option" under the window pane -" *+_do not backup_+* " is listed my 2 hard drive, one being the time machine drive .
I see the info from the help section states that the backup disk is automatically included in this list. Does this mean I should delete it out of this listing , so time machine will use it for backup or have I mis-read the above help statement?

no, you should not remove the TM drive from the don not back up list. in fact, you won't be able to do it if you try. TM drive can not and should not back up itself so it is on the do not back up list by default.

The Inspector Icon does not have a "tab", it is just a shortcut button.
Menu > View > Show Inspector
command option i does the same thing showing and hiding the Inspector.
Because the Inspector/s are movable windows, if you can't see them they maybe somewhere off your screen or half tucked away partially out of sight.

Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
