No email arrived with the serial number for Pages

I purchased Pages online through the Apple App store. When I opened a document and tried to save it, the program asked for a serial number and said that it would arrive in an email. No such email has arrived. It's been a half hour, so it should have arrived. My credit card got charged, though. How can I get the serial number to the software I purchased?

How do I register the serial number for Acrobat when the window disappears?

I want to use Adobe Acrobat for the first time and I got a window for the serial number.
I had the wrong paper in my hand and typed the serial for CS5 which was denied.
I found the correct paper with the serial number for CS 6, but the window for typing it in doesn't
return to the screen.
I can see a getting started window flash by, but it doesn't stay on-screen long enough to read what it says.
I don't know how to get the window for the serial number for CS6 to be entered.

Hello Judy,
one way is to deinstall your CS6 in combination with a reboot. After reinstalling should CS6 start now with the registration mask.

If you registered PSE before, go to the main page of adobe.com, sign in and go to your account and you should find the serial number there in your purchases.

How can I find out the serial number for my FCE 4.0 that came with my old MacBook Pro?

When I try and open my old FCE projects on my new MacBook Pro, a dialog box pops up and asks me to input the serial number for my Final Cut Express program. The software came pre-loaded on my old MacBook Pro which died. Luckily, my local Apple store was able to transfer the fcp files to my new MacBook Pro, which came with FCP X installed. I just can't open those files without the serial number of the FCE 4.0 program.

It is almost impossible to transfer FCE as there are so many essential hidden files that workers in an Apple Store will know nothing about. The app needs to be installed from the original DVD.
Other than buying another copy your only chance (very remote) is to contact the Apple Store and see if they are able to get a replacement number from Apple.

Soyouca how did you install Photoshop Lightroom? Please uninstall the current installation using the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
Once Photoshop Lightroom is removed please download a fresh copy of the installation files from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh. The update contains the full installer so please download the latest version of Photoshop Lightroom 5.
