No Email confirmation after ordering iPhone 3GS Online

I ordered my new iPhone 3Gs online yesterday and I have yet to recieve an email confirmation. Is this a bug in the ordering system - should I be nervous my order did not complete?

No point in ordering for instore unless you want to wait in line a day before...
I just decided to get mine shipped because I recieved my confirmation and saw this...

AT&T does not issue unlock codes for iPhones. AT&T then sends the phone's owner an email detailing the process to unlock the phone, which consists of backing up the data, then restoring the phone as new in iTunes (which is where the unlock comes in), then restoring the data backup and then syncing. I went through this to unlock my AT&T iPhone 4. SO, I'm not sure what the unlock code business is about, except that it doesn't sound legit.

Well, you sink everything on your 3GS onto your laptop/computer. Then you reset your iPhone 4. When you are restarting it, add all those apps music (ect) On to it. It seems difucult but for more info call Apple. I did that and he lead me step by step on how to do it. Well hope this helped~~

I preordered the iPhone 5 last night although I haven't received an email confirmation of my order. I talked to an online associate who said my order had gone through. Also, I checked the order status of it and it says that it is being processed and expected to ship next Friday. I'm just waiting for my email receipt but I haven't received one. Anyone else having this problem?

After you purchased your phone it should have said to wait 24 hours since there are many people ordering online

Ordering Iphone 3GS

Ok, well I've been trying to order since it was announced and I get all the way to the select plan screen, then to the confirm plan screen and it gives me an error. I just checked my email and I got a message saying, "Thanks for starting your iphone purchase online. To finish the process, come to the store you selected and look for a concierge in an orange shirt. We'll help you complete your purchase, activate your new Iphone and set it up for you." I NEVER PICKED A STORE!! And the closest one is 45 minutes away. I wanted it shipped to my house. Plus, I can't pick it up the 19th, I'm busy. Is there a way I can have them ship it?

Probably not. You would have to have it shipped to someone in HK and then they would have to ship it to you.

You will need to physically take it to HK if it needs warranty work. You won't be able to just mail it to HK.

Windows 7 crashes after disconnecting iPhone 3GS iOS 5 with BSOD 1000007e?

Ever since i have update iOS 5 on my iPhone 3GS after disconnecting the usb cable my windows 7 system crashes with BSOD 1000007e and restarts and this happens all the time. When it is connected no issues only after disconnecting you get this BSOD 1000007e. It was not an issue on iOS 4.3.5? I have updated all the drivers and removed all the softwares which can cause a problem also i have disconnected all possible usb devices now my webcam, bluetooth are connected internally so i hv no option to remove them? what shud i do different here?

Hi, I wan to get a new phone and I really like iPhone.. So I saw that super LOW price on iphone 3gs - only 49$. My question is - will I be able to order it and get it just for 49$ and use it in Bulgaria with Globul, not AT&T. I would buy it directly from Globul, but their prices are above 1000lv, which is about 700$ -> impossible so yes - can I get iphone 3gs for 49$ and use it with Globul ?

The $49 price if for NEW 2 year contracts with AT&T. So for you to get the iPhone @ 49, you would need to commit to a 2 year plan with AT&T. Then you will need to setup an International calling plan so you can use it in Bulgaria.
Do all that, then you can get the iPhone for $49 and use it in Bulgaria.
As for unlocking.... No. AT&T will not unlock an iPhone WHAT-SO-EVER even after you complete your 2 year commitment with the International roaming plan.

Order iPhone 5s online and do unlimited data plan swap later?

Forgive me if this question has already been asked:
I'm looking to upgrade to 5s (from Droid incredible). I have unlimited data plan. My wife has a flip phone and will stay with dumb phone. We are both eligible for an upgrade, and are planning to do the swap described elsewhere where she gets the smart phone and a data plan with her upgrade, I get the dumb phone with my upgrade, and then we trade phones and she cancels the data plan.
Question is: can this be accomplished (or more likely started) by reserving the iphone 5s online instead of going to a store? Is it as simple as ordering the phone for her number through the Verizon website (or Apple's?), and then once it arrives, heading to the Verizon store for all the swapping and purchase of new flip phone?
Thanks to anyone who an help! In the end, I don't need the iphone immediately. But would hate to haves to wait too long, and concerned about stock levels and driving all over town chasing phones.

This is what I would do: Upgrade to the iPhone on your wife's line. You can order it online and activate it right through My Verizon online when it comes to your house. You must activate it on her line first to accept the contract terms and conditions.
Do NOT use your line to upgrade to a basic phone; buy your wife a basic phone off contract. You can find them reasonably priced on many retail and auction sites.
Move the iPhone to your line, which keeps its unlimited data, and activate the off-contract basic phone on your wife's line.

Perform a restore without restoring from a backup and see if that resolves the issue. You could erase the phone from the phone itself if you don't want to mess with iTunes. I'd just backup with iCloud before doing this to make it really easy.
Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings
Post back with your results. If that doesn't resolve your problem, you're more than likely looking at a hardware problem on the phone, which is probably out of warranty by now.

MacBook Pro bluetooth crash after using iPhone 3GS as a modem

Yes, it can be exchanged under warranty ( as any iphone can be weather purchased form Apple or AT&T or Best Buy). Apple handles repairs, exchanges of iphones in the U.S.

Email Video taken from iPhone 3GS

I have the iPhone 3GS, I can import the video into iPhoto 09 and view the clips using quicktime, but I want to email the video, the email link is grayed out, and the email button on the bottom is grayed as well. The only way to email, is to drag to desktop and then attach to the email?

That's correct. The only way to email a video s to export it using the File -> Export *Kind: Original* command and then email it.
