No email messages with photos

Elements 11 won't let me enter a message when emailing photos - how can this defect be fixed?

you need to reset your SMC - consult your system manuals or search the Apple support board for directions (for my iMac you shut down, disconnect the power cord, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect the power cord while depressing the on switch holding it until you hear the tones - then restart normally)

I have a problem never had B 4. Have installed new Win7 OS many times and imported windows mail. Always when choosing windows mail in FF it worked. Now when doing I get windows mail program opening or if open coming to forefront or screen. Supposed to get a new email message with subject and URL inserted. I have searched many answers fro FF & MS. I have set WinMail as default, add ed same in reg, etc. etc. Still NADA. Any ideas? thanks

Can't send message with photo.

Does this relate in any way to the three other threads you have going?

When sending an email message with attachment, the message disappears.

I send and receive messages without any problems but when I try sending a message with an attachment (using Documents to Go, IAnnotate PDF, IWork,) the message somehow disappears (it is not sent to the destination and not listed on "Sent" messages folder. Is anyone having the same issue?

Are you saying, you are getting junk characters in the email attachment? Then pls check the following. Since you want to send Japanese fonts, please pass language 'J' in both objpack-obj_langu = '3' & doc_chng-obj_langu = '3' instead of '3' please replace it with 'J'.
Another thing which you may have to check is the SCOT device type. As I understand from my basis colleague, this may also affect your attachment fonts since the emails are sent through SCOT. Go to transaction SCOT-> Settings-> Device types for format conversion. Check whether wrong device type is defined for Japanese there. Hope this helps

Nokia Email Messaging with Proxy

I am having problem with Nokia Messaging. I am using E71 in office but my office have proxy server. I have put down proxy settings into my WLAN > advance settings. i.e 10.10.xxx..xxx with port number 8881. When I am browsing internet it works fine, even i can use youtube and facebook. But Nokia email Messaging does not seems to be work. Has anyone got this problem. I have got firmwire version 3

The proxy server is normally used only for web acess (HTTP/HTTPS), so I don't think any other application (messaging, fring, etc.) will even try to use it, and even if they do try to use, it will most likely not work..

Hidden Photo attaching to ALL emails end with photos attached

Hi. Every time I send an email with photos attached, an additional photo (always the same one) always attaches itself, too. You cannot see it as an attachment at the bottom of the email, however, when the recipient opens the pictures and clicks to view the next photo, etc., this one particular photo always shows up at the end. I can no longer send business related photos, because this personal family photo always attaches itself. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Can you see this hidden photo in the catalog? Try attaching a tag to this photo and a different tag(Tag2) to the photos you want to send. Search for the 2nd tag(tag 2) and when the results are displayed, select all these photos and send an email to yourself to see if the hidden photo is still getting attached. This should not be happening but please see if the above steps make any difference.

How can I open multiple email messages with a single click?

On the Mac mini I use at work, I can select several email messages at a time and open them all up by double-clicking the mouse pointer on any of the selected messages. My MacBook Pro at home seems to lack that functionality, even though both are running the same version of Yosemite. In order to open up multiple messages (each, in its own window) on my MacBook Pro, I need to double-click on each individual message, even though I have multiple messages selected on my MacBook Pro, using Yosemite's Mail app. I assume there is an optional setting that can enable multiple messages to be opened by double-clicking on a single selected message, but I have looked through the Mail app's preferences and I come up empty handed. Can someone please clue me in on how to get this functionality on my MacBook Pro?

TS3276 Mavericks and email attachments with photos

I am using Mavericks and when I forward a message with a picture, several receipents replay no picture came thru. Whats happening

We use Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 and all i-devies running ios 5 have problems with attachments who include mutations.
Test with an Exchange Server 2007 made no issue with any i-device.
After hours of testing i came to this conclusion:
Apples announcement ios4 and higher fully supports Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is FALSE.
Thus all iDevices will be replaced through Android devices which have no problems at all at any version of Exchange.
That's cheaper instead of buying a new Exchange Server.
Sorry but i don't like to be fooled. Next time do your homework.

Save email template with photos as pictures

Hello,
with Iphoto you can make nice email layouts with a mix of pictures. I'd to save this creation as a picture in order to print it in a high resolution.
However, it is not possible to save this picture layout (in the iphoto template) in a high resolution. Do you know an other program where I can use such a templates to easy make like a nice card with pictures on it and save it a high resolution.
I'd like to make a collage of some 7 to 9 pics and use it as a card for first communion.

Why not create a Book or a card containing a collage of images in iPhoto? You can save it as a high-resolution image by printing the relevant page to pdf and setting the pdf-button to "Save pdf to folder as jpeg/tiff"

How to include a message with photo in Win Live and LR4

I have Win 7 - 64 bit, Win Live Mail and LR 4. I can attach the photos and send the email successfully but cannot include a message. It puts my message into a HTML Doc next to the photos. How can I access the body of the email to write my message?

Open the photo, assuming it is in Photos, and then in the lower left corner under the photo is a box with an up-pointing arrow. Tap that box, and then the photo will have a blue circle with a checkmark in its lower right corner and the word Next at the upper right. Tap Next, then choose how you want to send the photo, by text message, email, and so on. Simply address the method you have chosen and put in any text you want to include.

I am having problems with my email messages with Firefox

My problem with Firefox ONLY seems to occur with messages in my email (hotmail-outlook). Quite often I open an email to see no message OR I click on a link to a video and no video appears. What does appear is a black screen with the sound of the video but no picture.
Despite asking questions about this previously, there seems to be only two ways to solve this problem. The first is to clear the cache and then refresh the page and I am able to see the word text that wasn't there beforehand (I might add that this only occurs if it is a forwarded email with text; not if it is just a standard email text someone has sent to me.
The second method that seems to work is to close off Firefox by clicking the close box (X) at the top right and then reload Firefox and my email account and then all seems to work.
Is there a solution as to the cause of this problem and how I can fix it, please?

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
*disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Sending email messages with Outlook 2007

I use Outlook 2007 for email and have FIOS at home. I also use it on the road and in the office. No problems until the last week when all outgoing email get hung up in my outbox at home. When I connect elsewhere, they are sent. I have tried changing the account settings and did a complete shut down of the system with no luck.
Interestingly, my ipad and blackberry have no trouble at home. Did something change recently in the Dallas Texas area to mess with us Outlook users?

Viuafax, it is a pain. Not only do we have to swap the settings, which isn't a real hardship, but many server hosts won't open another port simply because Verizon decided to block the common setting.
In my case, I am now forced to use Verizon's outbound server to send emails, which means they are subject to the limits and spam filter. Today is the first day of me using this and already I have had two messages blocked as spam.
Now keep in mind that these are messages from me to just one person and that person happens to be on the same domain as me. They are a work colleage. So clearly not spam.
So the pain is not changing the settings, but rather that I am now forced to either use the Verizon mail server, which I would just assume avoid. I'd be very happy to keep my so called spammy traffic off it for them if they'd let me.

I have a program that allows pictures to be sent. I keep getting an error message that it could not send it unable to connect to server try 3G instead of WiFi if available. How would I switch to 3G? Thanks

But in general, if you don't know the service? They ad on TV about this and I do have an older generation and not the newer one.Would this make a difference? I did just uograde to the 3.0v. In the photo app it allows you yo email photos but not cell to cell. Is there a program out there for the iPhone that will accomplish this task? Thanks
