No error message and no itunes store

Have downloaded 10.5.2 itunes, now can't open itunes store.  No error message just a blank page.  store seems to load but left with a blank page.  Itunes itself is very slow. Help, I want to buy music

I have the same problem.  I have 64-bit Windows 7, all updates installed, anti-virus uninstalled, and have a specific firewall exception made just for iTunes, however the iTunes Store still refuses to load.  After waiting a (very long) period of time I get the following screen:
Sometimes I won't get this screen at all, and iTunes will finish loading with a blank screen.  All of my other computers can load iTunes perfectly fine.  This error occurred directly following the iOS 5 update for my iPhone.  Seeing as that the only computer affected was the one updating my iPhone, I figure there's some connection between the two.  I have
cleared catche, cookies, everything
uninstalled and reinstalled all Apple software and components (and end processes)
completely deleted my iTunes library
tried creating a new account, but can't even do that becuase I can't connect to the store
tired de-authorizing and re-authroized the account
signing-out and signing back in
disabled parental controls
made sure I WASN'T behind a proxy server
I
Apple Support tried to help with my request but for some reason refused to listen to the notion that this problem occured because of an iOS5 update (and iTunes 10.5).  The only thing I haven't done is wipe my harddrive, which seems to be the only option now.
Somebody please help.

  • "Complete my season" is not working for my iTunes store?? I keep getting an error message saying the iTunes store is unavailable over a week or more??

My itunes store is acting kinda funny...
When I click on "complete my seasons" under TV shows I keep getting an error message telling me:
"The itunes store is unavailable at this time" this has been going on for over a week or longer.
Any idea how to fix this or why it keeps telling me the itunes store is unavailable?? I have signed in an out and still I can not see all the seasons of TV shows I have purchased.
    Thanks,
    Max

Hi Allan, thanks for that. I've already set up a log in for my wife and that is all working fine. The problem is that when she logs in and opens iTunes and trys to associate her library with her iTunes account she gets the error message "This computer is already associated with another iTunes account". Whilst this is true, the computer is associated with my iTunes account under my separate log in, which should have nothing to do with hers. If she transfers the association to her account it will lock me out of my content on my log in for 90 days - I'm trying to work out how to associate each of the log in accounts with a separate iTunes account so we can access our music independently of one another without locking each other out. Hope that makes sense!

  • Error message related to iTunes Store

When I try to open Itunes Store I get the following error:   Keychaln “login" cannot be found to store
    "kADiAdIDstorageKey.”
This only occures on one of my 5 apple devices.  I did recently change my Apple ID.  Can somebody help me?

A quick thing to try that sometime works.
Go into Internet Options from your control panel or Internet Explorer.
Go to the advanced tab and uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation" then Apply.
You need to restart iTunes for this to take effect.
The checkbox should normally be checked but occasionally it causes trouble,

i thought i could try something different, so i created a new account, i signed on and it worked. so that tells me it's not my computer, my internet, it's apple and the i tunes store that has something wrong with it. that's all fine i'll use my new account, except i still have a balance on a different account from my i tune card, so does anybody know how i can get my money back that is in my account?

I am trying to improve quality of music on my stereo system with digital storage.  My wife has about 5000 songs on iTunes and we are familiar with iTunes interface/GUI    Looks like I buy new sony HAP-Z1ES or Sonos and external hard drive, start buying CDs and digital downloads from Accoustic Sounds.  Thanks for the input.
    Nice setup.
Be careful as you shop.  A lot of the stuff at Acoustic Sounds is DSD encoded, which iTunes will not play.

  • HT4623 after doing a update I got an error message and now itunes will not reconize my phone

  • ITunes Store Not Loading with no error message and have gone through all online support procedures

Hi I am trying to conect to the iTunes store here in NJ via my laptop and my school's Wifi network, but nothing ever happens...
I click on the iTunes store button and it comes up with the loading bar at the top of the screen where the song time marker would be, but nothing ever happens. It just loads and loads and loads, I don't even get an error message...
I have followed all the iTunes online support procedures for trying to reslove the issue including: reinstalling iTunes, wiping the ipconfig cache from the run dialogue box, adding iTunes to the firewall "allow" list, and even running the iTunes diagnostic for store connectivity. The diagnostic comes back saying that everything is fine but that iTunes cannot make a secure connection to the store, when I try to follow the help button from the diagnostic, iTunes tells me that it cannot connect to the internet and to make sure that my computer has all network cables plugged in etc. but obviously that is not the issue, or I wouldn't be able to be online to post this message...
I know that it has nothing to do with my campus' network, because I am able to view the iTunes store via my iPhone 3GS on the same network.
I am using a Dell Precision M6300 with an intel Centrino Duo and Windows XP service pack 3.
    HELP!!!!!
    -Duncan-

I click on the iTunes store button and it comes up with the loading bar at the top of the screen where the song time marker would be, but nothing ever happens. It just loads and loads and loads, I don't even get an error message...
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

  • When I access the itunes store I get an error message saying that Itunes has detected a problem and has to be closed

When I access the itunes store I get an error message saying that Itunes has detected a problem and has to be closed. The rest of Itunes is working fine... Any help?

There could be any number of items causing this. First off is do you have an active internet connection? If so have you tried rebooting you computer?

You are not able to view purchase history on your iOS device.  You may only re-download previous purchases from the iOS device.
To review your iTunes Store account's purchase history, follow the steps in this article from a computer only:

  • HT1689 I keep getting the error: Cannot connect to ITunes Store. I recently updated the iOS on the ipad3. Have tried heaps of fixes as suggested in various threads. DNS, date and time, reset etc

I am a fairly new apple user, just got the new ipad, as part of an evaluation program. I recently did an iOS update and now keep getting the error message:cannot connect to iTunes Store... I tried date changing - no good ... The only thing that worked was to change the DNS setting to 0.0.0.0 as described in another thread. This fix for a day and now still getting the same error message and DNS setting changes do nothing. I have tried the reset method several times to no avail. I'm beginning tho think the ipad wasn't a great idea.... Apple need to attend to this. Like many, I have already wasted too much time looking for a fix. I am part of an IT in education group that will soon be recommending a specific hardware and OS. Could result in the loss of thousands of ipad sales for apple ....
Anyhow... All or any suggestions are welcome :)

Also, I've just learned that I can connect to download new apps, but cannot update any apps I've downloaded in the past. How might I go about connecting my reset apple ID with its history from before it was reset? I assume that is the biggest issue.
