No feedback for "nano1 replacement program" from November 20?

I logged my request on November, 20, 2011 in an Apple Store in Shanghai, China. No feedback after 6 weeks, then I called Apple store last month, they told me that i would get a nano6 and just wait for the call back.
Now, it has been almot 3 monthes after my request, and no one contact me.
Do you know where i can get some help?

Did you actually call the store - rather than Apple support? All the store would be able to do is contact apple for you, all you're doing is adding a middle man to the equation

Fill it in for the iPod nano, select other reason and ask them to call you as soon as possible, they're really polite and will find out exactly what's wrong. They'll give you a support number too, so you can call back up and use that as a reference for your query, so they know who you are next time.

When I go for Profile Match-up, I found that One employee is lack-off some skills. I have a training program to fill those skills. How can I book that employee for training program from Pofile match-up screen?

Thanks for your response, I check the option Generate training Praposals before running the profile match-up. I have created one training Event type (D) and i assigned qualification through A-028 relation.
Here one employee is lack of MS Office excellent skills for Assistant Manager position, I created Training Event (D) called MS Office training and assigned the qualification for this training program.
when I run profile match-up I got an Icon Training praposal (Tree symbol).
and also I have a column called Training , but it is blank.
I want to book that employee for that training progam (MS offcie training program), from Profile match-up screen.
I have selected the employee and I click on the Icon called Further Training. But the message is like Choose a valid line.
How can I send employee for MS Office training from profile match-up screen?
Please guide me...

Problems realted to changing the language for non-Unicode programs from one into anther.

My Windows 7(464Bit) Ultimate, and its base language, and display language is English.
The Languages(English, French and Arabic) built-in (came re-downloaded and re-installed by the person who made the Windows disc installation). Thus, while installing Windows 7, those three lanauge listed for me to choose one of them to be the base language
and display language, I have chosen 'English'. In the End of installation, there are three pre-packaged languages(English and French and Arabic) can be used as a display language.
I would like anyone kindly to confirm for me why I have been facing these problems when changing language for non-Unicode programs from English into Arabic.
First: After I have installed the AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000 on my laptop. The contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic while language for non-Unicode programs
is Arabic, however, they are completely shown in English while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A: I found that contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic (second screen shot below, however,
when click on any options, for example 'Graphics properties' shown in Arabic in, the second window is shown in English) while language for non-Unicode programs is
Arabic, and it doesn't matter what format or location is.
B- when I changed language for non-Unicode programs into
English.

This is correct. Why you think it's an issue?
About your second scenario description, I was not clear what you said. Could you give us a explanation?
Note: System display language is not the un-Unicode program language.
You can just choose one language to display the system at same time.

Can I still ship my nano in for the replacement program?

So I applied for the first generation ipod nano replacement program back in November and received the box a couple of days later. I wasn't convinced about sending it in right away because I wanted to see what the replacement was going to be. I have finally decided that I want to send back my nano, and I still have the box, but it says that you were supposed to send back the box within ten days of receiving it to avoid the order being cancelled. If I send in the box now, will I still be able to get my replacement ipod? Thanks for your help!

Think there is no standard procedure for this.
But considering the case, you can try to develop a tool(program) which can perform the action in a simple way.
1. Download all objects to hard disk. ( Over the net we can find tools whereby we can download and upload objects)
2. Try to use functions in function group STRV to include objects in a request.
3. Transport this request to all servers.
4. Upload the objects back and include in a request
5. Transport this request to QA.
But ofcourse you need to have thorough testing before going ahead with all objects.
Ofocurse i can understand this is tedious but can not think of any other alternative solution. I really feel sorry for you.
Also i would advice you to search in SDN to see if any solution provided for similar sort of scenario.

Looking at the 11.5.10 version of the [Oracle Applications Developer's Guide|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25516_18/current/html/docset.html] on page 21-32 - it states that the FND_REQUEST function must know information about the user and responsibility that is submitting the request. Therefore, the function only works from concurrent programs or forms within Oracle Applications. There are ways around this by initializing this information in your session before your call to SUBMIT_REQUEST. I've never tried this from a Report, but I've done it from PL/SQL that executes outside of Apps. You could try the following to see if it works.

Is my Ipod Nano(1st Gen) an affected Ipod Nano that is eligible for the Replacement Program ?

My Ipod Nano (1st Gen) was produced in 2006 during week 06 of February.
It states here:http://www.apple.com/support/ipodnano_replacement/
that "Affected iPod nanos were sold between September 2005 and December 2006."
I don't recall which year I brought mine...
If I send it in and there is nothing wrong with it, I will be charged diagnostic fees and such. I want to make sure it IS indeed an affected nano before I send it in to avoid the fees and the hassle.

It should be included unless you already had the battery replaced by them for some reason. They won't ship you the box unless the serial number matches a recalled model and they won't charge you if something is wrong, they will just ship it back to you. You will get a 6th generation nano in silver, not a 1st gen.

Looking for a Replacement program for the Multi page format in AppleWorks draw which will allow me to make poster size prints.

AW draw allows you to specify pages across and down which can be printed out and cut and pasted into a poster. Does anyone else know of a program that will do this so I can upgrade to Lion? I have been holding off upgrading since I don't want to lose this one feature.

EazyDraw can do this (menu File>Page Layout). However it's not a cheap program, though it is quite powerful - more so than the AW drawing module (and it takes a bit of getting used to as it operates rather differently).

Your developers should familiarize themselves with the Logging Framework of the J2EE Engine.

Via NWA I am not sure it is possible without logviewer, but via Portal you can if you are able to create an application with help of NWDS which will read log from OS level (need to provide path for default trace in your application) show on frontend.
Then deploy this on portal.

How to change shipping address of ipod nano replacement program

Way back in November 2011, around about the 12th, I submitted my iPod Nano to the replacement program. Since the 19th of November it has been simply showing up as "Product replacement pending".
I have had to move to a new flat in the last couple of weeks, and despite updating my Apple ID details with the new address. The replacement program still shows the shipping address as the old address.
How do I go about getting this shipping address changed? I don't want the iPod going to the old address as I will probably never see it again.

Pretty close. I managed to call them for free (effectively). By using the SayNoTo0870 website I was able to find a normal landline number for Apple that I could with the inclusive minutes on my iPhone calling plan. Eventually got through to a helpful young lady who tried to update the details with the help of an advisor from another group. Apparently the shipping information for the replacement program is held by the shipping company, in my case UPS. This is why the changes in my Apple ID account were not reflected in the shipping information of the replacement. The return details cannot be updating without an active tracking number, which won't exist until my replacement is on the way. So the advice I was given is to await the email from UPS giving the tracking number. As soon as I have this, call Applecare and they (as the sender) can update the shipping details against the tracking number, once the parcel is on its way.
I hope that is useful to anyone else that might be in the same position as me.
