No Feedback Page???

Did anyone else notice that they took the feedback page down??

Holy cow. Sounds like the "perfect storm " of problems.
A couple of suggestions, if you haven't already done so, please write a dispute of any charges that are not yours. Below is the wireless address.

If you have combined billing, it has been reported as a problem before. Severing the billing, wireless from home services is best.
I hope the fraud has been reported to the police and you have taken steps to protect yourself.

The video becomes garbled (think horizontal hold on an old analog TV) and feedback page doesn't work.

Pages load fine. When scrolling down, the video tears and becomes completely illegible. Refreshing the page fixes it until I scroll down further. Also, the built-in feedback page won't let me submit once I've filled it out. I had none of these problems with FF4 Betas 10-up, until RC1. And it's bad enough to make FF unusable. I have downloaded several Music videos and TV shows, they will not display on my ITunes on my PC. They work fine on my IPod, but they won't play on my PC windows XP. The audio works fine, but not the video. Does anyone have an answer?

Discussion Boards or Feedback Page

Hello,
I absolutely love the new discussions & feedback site! Thank you for such an outstanding job!
But I digress... should software suggestions be posted to the discussion boards or to the appropriate Feedback page?
The benefit of posting to the discussion board, is a suggestion for enhancement may already be available and the poster just doesn't know about it. Posting it to discussions for everyone to see may allow the poster to find an answer.
The benifit of submitting to the Feedback web page, is that no competitor's see the enhancement suggestion. It also may have a greater chance of not getting lost in the noise of discussions.

Apple employees are more likely to see your suggestion if you use the feedback page.
There is no harm in doing both.

Where is the feedback page?

Hello everyone,
I noticed that iTunes does not appear to have a feedback page like some of the other applications that Apple makes has. The "Send Feedback" only allows you to request songs but not ask for features and other minor improvements in iTunes.
--------Feature Request list I wanted to forwarded to Apple:
#1 The ability to encode video files into whatever format you have pre-specified during the import/download process. (Would save a lot of hard drive space - personally I like 3GP) I also know this can be done in QT but it would be nice to be able to skip it all together wouldn't it?
#2 Multiple Library support. (Also the ability to have 2 or more libraries active at one time)
#3 Have the iTunes visualizer available as a screensaver option. I've noticed for the visualizer to be most bueatiful you must have a song playing. This can be achieved by turning the iTunes sound off but still have a song playing and the visualizer on. Thereby making the iTunes visualizer a viable screen-saver.
#4 Improved responsiveness and stability while watching Videos. I've noticed that watching video podcasts or just video files in iTunes makes playback / pause / rewinding / fastwording much more difficult. I noticed this was much better in QT. Therefore; since we know it can be done better - can we improve it?
#5 Less network stalling when sharing music over a local network.

Right, but since there isn't one, that's the logical place. These are user-to-user Discussions and Apple's employees as a rule don't post here. Some may lurk here, but it's hard to know. Your best bet for Apple's engineers and management to see your suggestions is that page.

IOS list incorrect for iPhone on feedback page

Used Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m on Windows XP SP 3 to view the link.

And here I thought my question and the related product software support was just why "we" invented computers. Allowing the Apple iOS support team to push a button and have an iOS 5 user guide for iPhone 4 owners who previously used iOS 4.
But..... Tim and Co. didn't ask me.
So while I wait near my Inbox for that email from Tim that directs me to such a user guide, I'll continue to "catch" the iOS 5 info as I was doing.

No 9.0 version of Logic on the Apple feedback page

Once again, there's a new version of Logic out (weeks ago), and when you go to the feedback page to report a bug, when you go to select 9.0, the list of versions still only goes up to 8.0.2.

Could one of the mods get in touch with the webmaster and get them to update the page to add 9.0? And this happens with pretty much every software update, why are the feedback pages out of date for so long?

Apple feedback pages need updating

The feedback web pages don't include 10.4.5. These forums need it as well (I'm on 10.4.5, but see the machine info below...)
Also, the Logic Pro feedback page needs the new version 7.2 added as a selection.

Incomplete Feedback page

Hey Mr CensorMan,
Because it seems that you are the hardest working member on Apple's Logic Team, can you send a note to the person responsible for Logic's Feedback page.
There is no selection for OSX 10.4.11 (out now for how many weeks?). Also no selection for Logic 8.01
The Feedback page is supposed to be the only communication line to the developers. But how good is the report if you can't even select your correct specs.
Maybe there should be a Feedback page to report problems about the Feedback page?

Firefox won't let me go to the feedback pages.

When I click on the feedback button the drop down menu appears but the pages will not open when i click on them

I was just going to leave feedback about an iPhone problem, but the only Operating systems offered in the drop down box are for Mac and Windows.

There's nothing built into DW (or an extension of DW that I've ever seen) that can do that.
You would be looking at hand coding javascript to get that kind of set up. Search Google for "astrology javascript", there should be something out there already built that you can copy/paste into DW.
To get the exact functionality you're looking for may require hiring a professional to create it for you though.

Why can I not submit a question to the feedback page? I selected the sad face and entered my details but the submit betton remained greyed out.

In the previous version of Firefox when I quit I was always asked if I want to save tabs and if I said yes my tabs were saved for next time. The new version works the other way asking if I want to restore y last session, which is fine except: I received an update request from SKYPE while Firefox was closed. There was a link to find out more about the new version which automatically opened Firefox with just one tab; the info on the update. None of my previous tabs were available. Some of them have been open for months and there were at least 10 or 15 open tabs.When I closed Firefox of course Firefox saved the latest tab and asked me if I wanted to restore previous session. Of course I want to restore my previous session but not the single tab with the SKYPE update info. Is there any way to go back to my previous, previous session? I can't even remember what the tabs were, at least not all of them so what is one to do now?

When an external application opens Firefox with a single tab, don't close Firefox before hitting '''Restore Previous Session''' in the History menu.

Is there any feedback page for the new Discussions format?

This all seems like a step backward. Confusing and hard to navigate. Why did they fix something that wasn't broken?
