No ?goto= after Policy agent install. Need help urgently....

Hi all,
We have installed the Policy Agent successfully on a particular web server instance. But when we try to access the web server instance root
i.e.
https://abc.def.com
1) We are not presented with the access manager login page.
2) When we type the url https://abc.def.com/search i.e the default search application, we are presented with the Access Manager login page but, the URL in the Browser does not have the "?goto=https://abc.def.com "
i.e. it does not look like
http://accessmanagerUrl.ghi.com?goto=https://abc.def.com
Our setup is as follows
Policy agent domain: abc.def.com
Access Manager domain: zyx.wvu.com
Our webserver isntance is configured for SSL while the Access Manager is not on SSL.
Can anyone help with this issue? Has something like this been reported on this forum before?

which policy agent are you using? Can you turn debugging on the agent?

Thanks for the suggestion - but I eventually tried again and was able to contact via "chat" to someone qualified to help. The problem was that in my existing "bridge" - preference was (I think by default) - checked to startup in background on Login. I did not realize this - because I don't think I set it that way in the first place (maybe I did a few years ago) - and I could not see anything in task manager to suggest that bridge was running an application or any process - but when I learned this - I was successful in installing PS CS6.
Yes, I'm still not on solid ground re: whether or not I want to change from "owning" the tool or renting it -- what concerns me is that is sounds like regardless of users wishes, Adobe is headed in this direction and will eventually make it financially more feasible to go that route. At the moment I think they are "asking" for everyone to get on their bandwagon, but who knows. They have a powerful set of tools, that they continue to support and advance - and along with those development and support costs, they also would like to make a profit - so I understand if their past marketing model is no longer sufficient.

Need help urgently with OS X and Windows 7

I need help urgently.
I installed Windows 7 on my macbook pro with OS X Lion. After installing Windows7, I accidently converted the basic volumes to dynamic volumes and now i can't even boot to OS X.
Please help me how to recover my OS X Lion. If I have to delete Windows and bootcamp partitions, it is OK.
I just want to get back my OS X bootable.

The usual reason for the OSX partition to be invisible under these circumstances is that it has been trashed by Windows.
Do you have a backup?

If is a fillable form, just tab to the next field. What we do not understand from you is IF it is a fillable form or not. If it is not, then the 3 options I gave can be used. Placing text is always a problem. You might find it useful to turn on the grid to help in placing your typewriter fields. However, if it is fillable you do not have to create any fields to type in, you just leave the tool as the hand tool and select the predefined fields with the cursor or the tab key and type accordingly. If the field is a checkbox, then you just use the space key to activate it.
So, are we talking about a fillable form or something that has the appearance of a form, but not fields to fill in. This is what Bernd has been try to find out and you keep suggesting it is fillable as we read what you have said.

I have been trying this technique for the past 4 days. It doesnt work no matter how i change the password at the link that u gave me. Even though it's being reset accordingly, i am still unable to log in the password at my mobile. i am 100% sure that i have entered the correct password at my mobile. ( verify blackberry id) . I want to setup new email accounts under "setup" . Upon me clicking " email accounts", it prompt for the one key password. I have never faced this issue before. I am very very sure that my password is correct. Pls advise as i need to add email accounts. Other programs are working fine without any password required being prompt. ie. blackberry world

Policy Agent Install - Tomcat problems

Hello,
After trying to install policy agent on many different OS with no success, I had to finally ask here:
I followed the instructions and did the following on Debian, Fedora, and Win server 2003:
1.downloaded the policy agent for tomcat
2.stopped tomcat
3.decompressed the j2ee agents folder to the root of the system,
4 run the agentadmin -install
5. put the agentapp folder in the webapps directory
6. started tomcat...
get the same error on three OS about it not finding AMRealm,
I found someone pointing out that setagentclasspath could fix this,
but I see all the classpaths there, so I went I start moving some classes to the tomcat/lib dir
then the AMRealm error went away but many others came in.
What I'm doing wrong !!

I'm having the same problem with windows 2003 server Enterprise Edition. (installer complains about web server instance directory, is not 6.0 or 6.1...)
You said that "Policy Agent 2.1 does *NOT* work with MS Windows 2003 Server Enterprise edition". But does Policy Agent 2.2 work with Windows 2003 Server Enterprise edition?

AM policy agents for Weblogic help

I installed a Policy Agent for Weblogic Server 8.1 When I try to start the Weblogic server after modifications, the portal server throws an exception....
com.sun.identity.agents.AmAgentFilter not found
When u enter the URL for that application running on Weblogic , it is supposed to be forwarded to the Identity Management page ...but this does not happen..
It is apparently able to read the web.xml file in the Weblogic application but is not able to find the particular class above....nor is it able to contact the IDM.
Any suggestions?

ITunes and Quicktime Error after automatice Apple update, need help!!!

So I currently have a new labtop with windows vista. I have been runining iTunes for the pass 3 months already no problems. The Apple automatic update has never caused any problems till now. Quicktime needed to be updated today, and I accecpted the update, prior to that iTunes and Quicktime was working properly. Once the quicktime update was complete, it restarted my computer like usual. Then when I tried to open iTunes this error came up:
"iTunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration"
Now I checked the audio configuration and nothing was changed or anything, that has not been touched at all, so I still think it had to do with the update. The next error was came up when I tried to open Quicktime and it read:
"Runtime Error!
Program C://ProgramFiles/QuickTime/QuickTimePlayer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"
So as long as I have been using Quicktime and iTunes I have never encountered this, I tried to re-install but the error kept coming up after it was installed. Please help me out!
