No images found

Although I have many pictures on my Galaxy Tab 7" Wifi, in various folders, internal and external (microSD card) storage, PSE says "No images found on your phone". All other applications, like the media gallery, can find them.

The problem still exsists.
An helpful message would be:
"No images found on your phone, please check your settings if you store the images ...."
I would say it is almost a critical bug, since every user on a different device then "normal phone" will be tricked to belive your application does not work.

    The IPS 4255 sensor appliance has only a single 512 MB internal CompactFlash module for storage by-default, so this part of the output you posted is interesting:
    hda: TOQHIBA THLCD512MBA, CFA DISK drive
    hdb: QalDisi QDAF@-510, ATA DISK drive
    ide0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7,0x3f6 on irq 14

    hdb: task_no_data_intr: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }
    hdb: 484848 sectors (248 MB) w/1KiB Cache, CHS=481/16/63
    As it appears that two (2) 256 MB ("248 MB") storage devices are being detected (despite the model of the first even containing "512MB" in its name).
    I'd recommend double-checking that there is nothing installed in the "External compact flash device" slot located on the back of the appliance. See here for reference: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/installation/guide/hw_installing_4240_4255.html#wp2726
    If there is a CompactFlash module installed there, eject and remove it, then power-cycle the appliance and attempt the re-image ("recovery") process once more. If the boot output still contains the same errors for hda and hdb, then it is probably a failing/failed CompactFlash module, so an RMA will likely be necessary to resolve.

  • Aperture "no image found" after updating to 3.1.3.

    This has been posted elsewhere with 60 some views with no responses and on here with almost 50 views with no responses. I will try rewording my question:
    I have Aperture 3.1.3 (updated recently). I opened it and have a library displayed in the browser.
    The library resides on an external drive along with 5 or 6 other ones (arranged by year).
    I can look at my photos but can't edit or work with them because of the "no image found" message.
    I am having no luck in reconnecting masters and also can't see the other libraries in the list of Aperture Libraries. I copied the 2011 library to my hard disk, but still can't reconnect masters.
    Help please.

    I believe there are other threads which discuss this issue:

  • "No image found in subtitle script line" -- What's wrong with my FAB file import?

    I've used Encore for years, version 4 and now 5.1 on both Mac and PC (Windows 7).
    I export FAB files with bitmaps from my subtitling program and import them into subtitle tracks in Encore.
    The last few times this has not worked.  Every time I export FAB files and try to import them into Encore, I get the error message "No image found in subtitle script line."  I've used different machines and different versions (4 and 5.1) of Encore.
    There are indeed images (bitmaps) in the folder containing the FAB file.
    Is there a solution to this problem?
    Thank you!

    I don't recall anyone describing this problem. If you can post a link to a short fab script, I'll test it in an Encore project. I am CS5 only, but it is worth a shot.

  • Set default image for no image found

    Hi Folks,
    I have a folder full of images and when en images is called form that directory and not found I would like the default image to show up.
    I have added an HTAccess file with this content:
    ErrorDocument 404 default.jpg
    And added a default.jpg image in the directory.
    I have used this approach successfully on a few other sites but in this instance when I open a page with a missing photo I still get the standard ugly missing image icon. However, if I open that image in a new tab I get a page with the text 'default.jpg' on it.
    NOt sure why that happens but I guess it's something about it being a different hosting set up. Perhaps there is another way to do this that will work on this set up.
    Anyone got an idea how I can fix it?
    Cheers
    Dave

    If I remember well, in the Report Attributes, you should select the linked column. At the link image, there are 2 edit images(the default is the big one), but there is one more image which is smaller.
    Hope it helps.

  • Errors while rebuilding library: Master images found in data folders.

    After an upgrade that wreaked havoc on my iPhoto library, I'm now using iPhoto Library Manager to rebuild the library based on a recommendation by Terence.
    Out of 5000+ photos, the error log showed about 360 missing images. But when I searched inside the iPhoto library package, I found virtually all of the supposedly missing images, sometimes in what appeared to be the correct place, and sometimes in data folders. (And yes, the images in the data folders were the full-size images, not thumbnails.)
    Two questions: Is there some known issue that would scatter image files into the wrong folders like this? And is there some way to have either iPhoto or iPhoto Library Manager seek and import out these misplaced images? When I did the rebuild, I selected the "scavenge" option, but that obviously didn't find everything.
    Thanks.

    No - iPhoto has no ability to move an image nor does IPLM
    No idea how you situation occured - it has never been reported here - most like is user action but no way to know
    and no neither iPhoot nor IPLM can find and import those imagesI sugget going back to the backup from before the upgrade and looking at the library - if things are in the right places - rebuild the older library with IPLM and then upgrade it

  • Scanned Images found in Keychain App, Can't recover

    I've posted this question in IMac forum with no response yet. I scanned about 400 slides using Canon 8600 and saved them in albums on HD. Tried to burn to CD via burn folder, but wound up saving as Disk Images. Found .dmg files in the Keychain App (not sure how they got there), have unlocked them in keychain, but they do not show up in any folder on the HD. Have tried to drag the .dmg files out of Keychain without success. They are all JPGs. Any thoughts on how to get them out of Keychain and view the JPGs so I can save to CD. My IMAC does not have a superdrive.

    I'm sorry but I find your post extremely confusing
    I scanned about 400 slides using Canon 8600 and saved them in albums on HD.
    Is iPhoto involved in any way? What do you mean by "saved them in albums on HD"? Do you mean finder folders? Or are they in iPhoto in albums?
    Tried to burn to CD via burn folder, but wound up saving as Disk Images.
    How did you do this? selecting a folder and telling it to burn to CD will not create a dmg
    Found .dmg files in the Keychain App (not sure how they got there),
    Again - what do you mean - dmg (or any other kind of file) can not possibly be "in any application" - they can be in the same folder on disk that the applictaion is in or they can be set so that a specific application is used to open them - but they can NOT be "in an application"
    have unlocked them in keychain, but they do not show up in any folder on the HD.
    Again what do you mean here
    Have tried to drag the .dmg files out of Keychain without success.
    Again what do you mean here
    They are all JPGs. Any thoughts on how to get them out of Keychain and view the JPGs so I can save to CD. My IMAC does not have a superdrive.
    If you do a spotlight search on one of them where does it tell you it is located?

  • Google -- images found 57,800,000 results but only 30 or so showed up. How do I view more images? I like the older firefox better: I could scroll through hundreds of images.

    I like the old firefox much better. When I go to Google --> images and type in "spider", Google tells me that 57,800,000 images were found, but only 30 (or so) are displayed now and there doesn't seem to be a way to access more images. Prior to the upgrade, I could scroll through page after page of images to find the best image for my needs. Tools --> options didn't provide any solutions.

    rimsx: Thank you once again for the ideas. No error message is generated. I did try disabling all extensions to see if that did anything, too, and restarting firefox.
    I work on a government computer, so maybe it's a problem getting through our firewall! Who knows? Chrome and Internet Explorer allow me to search through pictures, though, so I've got other options. For some odd reason, I was a little partial to firefox.
    The way things work around here is that I can try using firefox again in a few months and everything will work perfectly!!!!
    Once again, thank you for taking the time with me. You've been very kind and helpful.

  • System Image Recovery from Network Drive - not found

    Hello all!
    I have been routinely backuping my OS and important files using Windows 7 backup on a NAS. It just so happened that I needed to re-image my OS drive and I got into the Windows 8 recovery boot sequence.
    I booted from a windows 8 USB stick and Under the Advanced tools I selected the System Image Recovery and tried to look for the system image on the network path. Although the prompt said it was connecting to the network , the network share was
    not found. the command prompt couldn't ping google.com and netsh wlan <SSID> command did not work in hopes of connecting to my local wifi.
    Is there a way to connect to the wifi network where my NAS is connected to in order to re-image from the system image found on the NAS? Luckily , there was an older image on a separate local HDD that I could re-image from but I would prefer if
    I could connect to the NAS during the recovery process.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    First, I have to say that in WinRE, http and wifi is not supported, that's why you cannot ping google and connect to wifi.
    To access NAS, we have to make sure that your network connection is wired, and try to manually location the NAS via
    \\IP address\...
    I will check if the Windows 7 image backup can be restored in WinRE of Windows 8, and update your soon.
    Edit:
    I have tried this, and it appeared that to restore Windows 7 image backup on this computer from Windows 8 winRE is not supported.
    see following error:

  • Image processing algorithms on video frames.

    Hello.
    I am trying to access video frames, one by one, and do image processing on each of them. this practically includes just a comparison of successive video frames to see how much the content is changing so as to detect when the scenes in the video are changing. i am already using a variation of the frame access code by java. i am able to retrieve the individual frames in the 'buffer' format, and i can convert it to .png and save them to hdisk too.
    what i need to know is whether i can use the buffer type itself to do pixel comparisons, or i need to convert it to an image first. any1 with experience in image processing in java will probably have an idea. and if u can suggest a package, or code whatsoever available online which can help me in my image processing demands, i would really appreciate that.
    thanks!

    Hi Greyfox,
    You can calculate a checksum on the bytes in a bufferedImage and keep a hold of it and use it to check against the next image like so:
    try
              raster = buffImg.getWritableTile(buffImg.getWidth(), buffImg.getHeight());
              imgBytes = ((DataBufferByte)raster.getDataBuffer()).getData();
              // Compute CRC-32 checksum
         checksumEngine.update(imgBytes, 0, imgBytes.length);
         long checksum = checksumEngine.getValue();
         // Check if it's the same as the previous checksum.
         if (checksum == previousImageChecksum)
              isFrozen = true;
              // Do some logging to try and find out why the image is frozen.
              log.debug("--------- ALERT : DUPLICATE IMAGES FOUND ---------");
              log.debug("Checksum comparison. Current = " + checksum + ". Previous = " + previousImageChecksum);
         else
              // Give the previous checksum the current value so we can use it for the next check.
              previousImageChecksum = checksum;
         catch (Exception e)
              log.error("Error calculating the checksum.", e);
         // The checksum engine can be reused again for a different byte array by calling reset()
         checksumEngine.reset();

  • Images uploaded in Shared Components not displaying

    We recently installed version 4.2.1 on a new dedicated server. The entire setup went through without error.
    The default images found in apex (/i/apex/builder/ etc.) are all visible. But when we upload any image through Shared Components > Images do not show on screen. An entry is available in the report on the Images page but the image itself is blank. The URL of the image is shown as : "+http://hostname:port/apex/wwv_flow_file_mgr.get_file?p_security_group_id=100000&p_flow_id=100&p_fname=Sampleimage.jpg+". The image is available in the wwv_flow_file_objects$ table and can be viewed through the BLOB_CONTENT column. But it is not visible in the front end.
    Is there a solution to this issue?
    Thanks,

If not then consider using the #APP_IMAGES# substitution istring nstead of #WORKSPACE_IMAGES#
