No info in the cloud

have iphone3gs and it backs up to icloud. I see that it shows recent back up times. However, when I log in to icloud with my appleid i find no contacts or mail or notes or anything. why?

Are you syncing Notes to any supported application? Do you have a backup of the phone with that note on it? If that backup is not too old, you might want to restore to that backup. Remember anything you have done since that backup would be lost.
I have read of individuals that use Yahoo or Google that notes are in the Inboxes of their mail. I use Outlook and my notes sync there, and after a certain period of time they will be archived, but not really deleted. They will delete from the phone but are located in the Archive folder of Outlook.

i had to get a replacement due to dropping my orginal 5c, I was able to retrieve all my info from the clould from an older model 4c , however I haven't been able retrieve all my info from the original 5c how can I can retrieve it to my current replacement from the cloud?

If you had the icloud backup feature turned on and had a backup made (from the lost device), then just get a new device and restore the backup. Without a backup in icloud or iTunes, your data is lost.

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

It depends on whihch IPad you purchased. The 16GB, the 32GB, or the 64GB for storage.
Tap Settings > General > About. You'll see Capacity in the list.

I reinstalled I-Tunes several weeks ago. Since then I can no longer burn MP3 Discs with Title and Artist Info. Sometimes it only burns every 3rd song. No Audio CD it seems to function OK. The version has the "cloud" but I don't know if that matters or

I reinstalled I-Tunes several weeks ago. I can no longer burn MP3 Disk with Song/Artist info onto disc. It comes up as No Artist/No Title on car CD unit. Old MP3 Disk previously recorded still show all info. Sometimes only every 3rd song is on the MP3 CD. On Audio Disc there is no change and all info still shows up. The new I-Tunes version has the "cloud" on it if that could make a difference. In the select Burn CD mode I can select testing and add song info for Audio Disk but it shows shadowed out for MP3/Data. I added and removed ID tagging from my list to see if that made a difference but it didn't.
Any Thoughts?

This may help. Audio files are actaully in the DATA folder. These can be editted with Soundbooth then they must be imported intot the specific slide in the Powerpoint presentation. Publish the presentation (as you'll read below) and *should* work This reply came from robva65 [email protected]
Let's try this: *Publish* the PPT deck you have. What you'll end up with is a set of files and folders, but I want you to look for the *data folder* that's created as a result of the publishing process. (Unless you specify where you're publishing to, Presenter will publish to a directory called "My Adobe Presentations" by default, so you may have to look there on your harddrive) Inside the data folder will be a list of mp3 files, which, if everything goes smoothly, should make it much, much easier to see which audio is used by a specific slide.
Here's what I mean: for example, after publishing, I have a data folder and inside I found the following file: a24x9x3.mp3 As I double click the mp3 file (which causes it to play using Windows Media on my laptop), I can hear that it corresponds to my slide 9 in my PPT deck. And there's corresponding mp3 files for each and every slide I have in my deck. I'm clicking another file (wouldn't it be nice to see what I'm doing???) a24x20x3.mp3, and that file corresponds to my slide 20 content in PowerPoint.
So again, give publishing in PowerPoint a shot and see if that makes it any easier. Well...not nearly as easy as recording in Audition/Soundbooth/Audacity, but it's close enough to hopefully dig you out of that hole you're in now.

Just turning off Cloud will not prevent him from turning it back on.
Rignt now, if he uses the App store, iTunes thinks it's talking to me.

First, turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account, while your sim is still in the phone. Then: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Give it to your grandson & he gat then set it up as he wants.
Important your turn iMessage & FaceTime off to disassociate the phone from your Apple ID. Apple "claims" to have fixed this with iOS 6.0, but until I can absolutely confirm such, I still recommend you turn all of that stuff off first.

No. If you made your backup to iCloud, iTunes will not restore from an iCloud backup. See:

As far back as you tell it to in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > [Scroll down to Calendars] > Sync > [Choose how far back to sync]

This configuration is weird little bit. There is MatchExpression /app1 and MatchExpression /app2 and at the same time two <Location /weblogic> sections. Are you sure you understand what that configuration stands for?

Not sure why this happened, but are you syncing calendar events direct with a supported calendar app on your computer?
If not, calendar events are included with your iPhone's backup which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process. If you haven't synced your iPhone with iTunes since this data went missing, you can try restoring your iPhone with iTunes from your iPhone's backup. Do not sync with iTunes before doing so, and do not update your iPhone's backup before doing so when prompted.

How can I change "get info" on songs purchased through the Cloud?

Since upgrading to Mountain Lion, I have been unable to change any album info on songs that were purchased through the Cloud. this wasn't always the case. As we know, iTunes sometimes places songs/albums, etc., in the wrong category or genre. I'm simply trying to place it in the proper or desired catetory or place all songs on one album after iTunes split the album. But, when I right click on GET INFO, all of my options to make any changes are GREYED out and I can't select anything. Only the Summary window and the album artwork window are accessible.
After doing some research I determined that it is indeed only those songs that have the CLOUD icon beside them. I truly don't understand the CLOUD and how it works enough to even know what I did to change it...or how to change it back! And before the upgrade, that cloud icon didn't exist. Thoughts? ideas? Hope this all makes sense.

I presume you mean songs purchased from iTunes Store.
It would appear that you have not downloaded the tracks to your computer. Once you have downloaded the tracks you will be able to change info.
