No information under link "Forum points" anymore

Hello,
formerly I saw under the link "forum points" in the thread contribution of a SDN member, which forum items were rewarded of this author. But this isn't working anymore. Meanwhile I only see all contributions of this member. I would like to know why the functionality "Forum points" was cancelled allthough it was very interesting to know which rewarded contributions a certain author has to offer?

If you are referring to viewing the users "contributions" when you click that link - each user has to "select" to show that in their user profile.

Hi Fellow ABAPers,
I have been asked to link to the Forum Points Status ... there.
In general if you would like to know what people are thinking about the activities in the forum there is always a lively discussion going on there about it.
As far as I recall this is my first and only post in the most active forum of all. I am humbled by all the knowledge that is exchanged here.

Series of 8 characters appearing under my mouse pointer

i have a mac... mid 2007. no problems with it ever in the last 7 years. today...about 2 hours ago...i started to see a weird series of 8 strange unidentifiable characters appearing under my mouse pointer on my screen... it just moves right along trailing my pointer around. does anyone know what this is...and how to get rid of this annoying pain in the butt. i checked thru my mac downloads looking for any weird downloads...but i see nothing out of ordinary...and i am normally pretty cautious about links and weird ads online and i never click on them. my mac had 500 gig hard drive...and i still have 400 remaining after 7 years. anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this problem. i thought it was the mouse batteries or the mouse itself so i swapped around with another... but its not the mouse. please help. thanks.

Just bridge the TC and plug it by ethernet into the main router.
Bridge in v5 airport utility.
In v6 it is under network.. change it from DHCP and NAT to Off bridge mode.
Turn off the wireless.

I am trying to see all my posted threads under My Reward Point->Forum Points->scroll button on bottom to move pages is not active?

By doing a little investigating, I discovered that your forum points in 2006 seemed to start around 8/26/2006. It was possible to do a query for <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/htmlbevent/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.sdn!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.application!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.iviews!2fcom.sap.sdn.folder.crp!2fcom.sap.sdn.app.crp.mypoints">points in date range</a>.
It's a little tedious, but by giving date ranges you can bring up your 2006 results.

try this u will get positions of employee under the manager
then u can get pernr from IT-0001 or from IT-1001 for that positions,
then get required data from IT-0002 & IT-0105(email address if maintained check subtype).

Hi All ,
IWhen I am looking into phase Information of Document Tab and clicking on "Insufficient Information" under "Reason" Column. I am facing the following error
"while trying to invoke the method java.lang.ref.Reference.get() of an object returned from com.sap.odp.doccommon.masterdata.ValueListValueBo.getJParentObjRef()".
I don't know why I am getting this , what I figured out there is Denial Reason in Value List Type under Master Data and it's description was empty , I did enter the description and tried it again.. but i am facing the same issue!..
Any idea on why its happening?..
(I am working on Sourcing 7.0 SP1)

Hi,
The hyperlink on the Insufficient Information is visible only when you goto Document --> Phase information in the non editable mode. If you go to that screen after clicking the Edit button on the MA / Contract document, you will see just a text for Insufficient Info with no hyperlink.
Having said that, upon the click of Insufficient Info, user is taken to the value list value page (which I feel for an end user is totally unnecessary).
For your issue, have you seen the values available and it is displaying as:
Display Name ID:Insufficient information
Display Name: Insufficient information
I am assuming the Inactive box will not be checked in your case. Have you pulled up the log file to see what error message it shows and maybe give some more clues?
Also it could be the Security profile for that user will not be allowing to access to view Master Data which is where Value List Value and type resides.

I am trying to add the data information to the data points in a line chart. can this be done?

You can add Value labels to the series to show the numerical value at each data point. The control is in the Series section of the Chart Inspector (see green arrow).
If you are asking about text labels, such as the "Test 1", "Test 2", etc. in column A of the table, You can add these by copy/paste into a text box placed in front of the chart, or use a formula ( =Table 1::A1 ) to transfer the text into a single cell table placed appropriately on the chart.
Using single cell tables will allow automatic updating of the label if the content of the Table 1 cell(s) changes. Neither method will automatically reposition the label if there's a change in the data feed to the chart.

You can use whatever nickname that you want to use in the game center. You can change it as well. It shouldn't matter what nickname you use if that's what you are asking. Other people playing games are not going to know that you or your parents or whoever is the card holder. That name identifies you for social games and notifications, achievements and that sort of thing.

Why do paid Apple employees earn forum points & rankings?

Why do paid Apple employees earn forum points & rankings? I thought the points system was "to increase community participation". Giving points to people paid to be here and putting them in the rankings runs counter to that intent.

No, I'm talking about the people with the silver Apple badges whose profiles say they're Apple employees.
At least some of them are paid to be in here, maybe others aren't and just come in here to be helpful on their own time, I guess I don't know. If you're paid, you don't need encouragement.
The only Apple employees who are paid to be here as their primary job function are the Hosts, the ones who display the purple apple badge.
Other Apple employees may post here. Usually it is on their own time, at which time they may or may not identify themselves as being an Apple Employee - if they do, they then display the silver apple badge.
On rare occasions Apple employees may post in an official capacity in order to address a specific need, but (historically, at least) this does not occur on a regular basis.
Yikes, I'd assume a company employee could provide useful info on the company's products. If an Apple employee doesn't give useful info...I hope that's someone who isn't working at Apple for long.
Apple has a broad and diverse enough product line that no one employee can possibly know it all.
Since most of the time a person who is identified as an Apple employee is posting on their own time, I see nothing wrong with thanking them the same way anyone else would be thanked.

SDN Forum points break up by forum & forum categories

Didn't find any reference to this but would it be possible to add functionlity to break up forum points by forum categories, and then by forum themselves ? <i>(I know I could export all the contributions to Excel, filter by Area and add subtotals but...) ;)</i>
Trying not to be too narcissist... could you add the position in each of the relevant forum... ?

Hi Guillaume,
We are not very happy on how it is displayed where your points are comming from. There is a big project in the near future to redo the Business Card and that will also bring an overhaul to this area. Your suggestion is sound and we will see what we can do then.
