No installer for flash ppc 7 ( or 6 )

Was an installer ever made for flash player software on ppc's
? I can't get anything to execute on the pda directly ( HP Ipaq
3100 and 4100 don't know what the 3 files are and won't extract
them..ppc 2003 ). All other programs I've installed through
activesync from the desktop. Antmobile installs and plays flash
fine, but I can't be alone in wondering why adobe just doesn't
offer an installer. Am I hopefully missing something?

This worked for all browsers! It was really easy to do as the instructions were clear and succinct. The files that I downloaded for the installation were:
     install_flash_player_11_active_x_64bit
     install_flash_player_11_plugin_64bit
I referred to the wrong page in error in my original post. I was looking at this page:

The above page led me to download and install the following file:
     install_flashplayer11x64_mssd_aih
Not sure what this file is or if it was part of the problem. Thoughts?

How Can I Get the FULL Installer for Flash Player 11.1.102.63?

When I try the "Download now" button at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, I only get a stub installer that then requires downloading the remainder of the installer. I maintain both my own PC and my wife's PC. I want to install Flash Player 11.1.102.63 twice but download it only once.
When I instead try the link for "Flash Player for other browsers" under "Windows 32-bit", I get the full installer for Flash Player 11.1.102.62, not the full installer for Flash Player 11.1.102.63.

at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/889580 the link for downloading "flash player 10", "for other browsers", still results in the OLD version of FP 10 being downloaded, not the newly updated version, build 10.3.183.16..
in adobe's security bulletins, it says that you can download the updated versions of "flash player 10" on the "archives" webpage but there are no direct downloads for FP 10 on the webpage, except for downloading the zipped packages, with the "debuggers".. it would be good if there were direct downloads for the updated versions of FP 10..
also, when i go to the "download center" page, http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP , if i go there with "firefox 3.6", it recognizes that i am running "firefox 3.6" and offers to install "flash player 10.3", but if i go there with "internet explorer 6", it is not recognized and so i am not offered "flash player 10.3", for installing.. in this situation, i need some other way to get "flash player 10.3" for "internet explorer 6"..
adobe should make things easier for everyone by providing direct downloads for flash player..in my case, i use "flash player 10", so i need direct downloads for it.. yes, it is nice that the downloads are posted in the forum, but why not do it right and have in on some webpage, like on the "archives" webpage where adobe says that "flash player 10" can be downloaded, except that there are no links there for downloading it..

Stand alone installer for flash player

Is it still possible to download a stand-alone installer for Flash Player (or any Adobe product)?
I really, really, really, really have NO interstes in any download manager. All I want is an installer I can just download. There used to be an ftp site that had up to date software that could simply and easily be downloaded, but I couldn't find any current software on that site. Where should I be looking?

I just downloaded fp_11.7.700.261_archive.zip and unzipped it with no problems.
The file size should be 143,718 KB (147,166,947 bytes); if you have anything else, then you got a corrupted download.
If you need an alternate download, tell us exactly what installers you need.

How to create installer for flash app where content is distributed by chapter?

i wanted to create an application installer (per chapter) like the one implemented on the product on this site: http://www.thelandofme.com/ .. can someone pls guide me on this? i have no problem creating flash apps but i'm so lost on making installers , like update installers for the same app.. the idea is that on first installation of my app, other contents are not available until the user downloads it from my site and install it on their pc. and that installer will just update the existing one with the new downloaded content..
i hope i have explained the idea clearly.. i need a guide or advices on how i can make an app like this..

Where can I download the full installer for flash player?

All we find in the site of Adobe is a litle program tha DOES NOT install flash player.
Instead, it install one litle program (install_flash_player_11_active_x_32bit.exe) to do the download. And it DOES NOT DO THE JOB.
All it does is say to the user tha it could not install.
So, the question is WHERE can we find THE REAL INSTALLER?

Note: 64 bit installer/uninstaller will install/uninstall both 32 bit and 64 bit.
So for a 64 bit systems, all you needed are the 64 bit installer/uninstallers.

Installer for flash player not accepting password. What can I do?

Trying to install updated flash player. At the point where it asks for password, it will not accept my password. I tried changing password and using new one, but password still not being accepted. What do I need to do? I called tech support and was told they couldn't help me.

Installer for flash player just wont go away

When installing Flash Player, everything went well, however, the installer keeps coming back and keeps asking us if we want to install it. I checked and the flash player seems to be working fine.
I uninstalled the flash player and then reinstalled, however, I cant keep this from going away. I even turned off auto-updates, but it still keeps coming back. The window keeps popping up, when I turn it on and at frequent intervals when on the computer.
This is driving me insane. I couldn't find any help and Adobe wants to charge me. Any help? I will no longer update Adobe products if this is an issue.

Can't install updates for Flash, get the "unable to install application configuration" error message

I'm using Windows 7 32-bit with Firefox 17.0.1 -- everything's up to date. I keep getting this error every time I try to update an Adobe add-on using the idiot stub installer -- I don't have this problem with a full installer, such as I've been able to find for Shockwave. Why can't I donwload a full installer for Flash or Reader and avoid this stupid problem??? It started about two or three Windows updates ago, and nothing else is now on my system. I don't really care who's responsible (Windows/Microsoft or Adobe) -- I jut want the blasted things to update and work. HELP!!!

Back up all data before proceeding.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
Use the search box in the toolbar of the Keychain Access window to search for an item named "Safari Extensions List". If found, delete it. Quit Keychain Access.
Quit and relaunch Safari.

Hi, you may want to try the manual Uninstall/Install.
Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Uninstaller:

Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Installer for IE- use the EXE Installer
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html
Close all browser windows, you only want to be looking at your Desktop.
Disable any messenger services, as yahoo, msn, etc in the system tray(area near the clock)
Be sure to use the Administrator Account.
Disable your Anti-Virus until Flash Player is Installed correctly
Run the Uninstaller and when finished, Reboot(restart) your computer.
Now check and make sure the Anti-Virus is still Disabled before running the Installer
Run the Installer for IE, and when finished, Reboot.
Then go to this test site and test each browser:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
You should be able to see the Flash Player logo animate(spin) and the latest version displayed.
You may want to print these instructions to make it easier to follow. If you have any questions, let me know.

Flash FP6_PPC_CDK for Flash 7 PPC

Hi all,
I'm sure I'm not the first one to notice this, but when I
create an application with Flash Player 6 Pocket PC Components, but
publish it as Flash 7 for Flash Player 7 Pocket PC, some functions
don't work:
- combobox.setEnabled(false) doesn't disable the combobox
- the "Change Handler" has no effect.
But as soon as I publish it for Flash Player 6, components
work fine.
Does anyone know what the reason is? And even better, a
solution? I'm missing the "Change Handler" function.
I prefer to export to Flash 7, as XML-operations seem to work
faster than Flash 6.

My impression is it is inadvisable to use the desktop
components.
The best answer, though, is for you to test on real target
machines and make
your own judgment call.
The few times I have needed a component-like object, I've
built my own
custom, less sophisticated, less feature-rich but much more
responsive
objects. They may be nowhere near as good as the components,
at least on
paper, but the user experience is better. I'd recommend you
do the same
wherever you can for mobile development.

Flash 9 standalone installer for IE

We need to have the flash 9 player installed on all systems
on our network (more than 10K machines). Is a adobe-released
standalone installer (.exe, .msi etc) available for flash 9 or is
there any other method of packaging and installing the player on
all these machines? We want a IE compatible player.
I gave a google search and found a .exe file on a third-party
site but am sceptical about using it. Never know what may lie
inside :)

adobe took over it would not work-for internet explorer I use this
