No instructio​ns for survey in receipt

I know best buy workers don't get commission, but I'd love to give a survey about my service the other day, yet there's no way to do that listed on my receipt. can anyone tell me how I could give the gentleman that helped me a review?! Thanks!

Without the codes that are often provided on our receipts, there isn't a means to take our official survey. There are a few ways that you can provide direct feedback on your store experience though, so fret not! You can use any of the following methods to share your thoughts:
Post a message in reply to this thread. We'll do our best to help address your concern (if needed), or pass along your feedback to the store leadership.
Write a review of your local store. Visit our BestBuy.com store locator to find your store, then click on "Write a Review" on the store's profile page.
Call or visit your local store and speak to a manager. This is a great way to provide feedback directly to store leadership in real time and in your own words, and engage in a conversation about your experience.
I hope that one of these options will work for you. If not, please let me know and I'll explore for other alternatives.

    Not a sufficient answer Best Buy - I'm an Elite Rewards member (a.k.a. buy a lot of stuff at Best Buy).  Recently I've been told numberous times that Best Buy has changed to a system where you will email me a link for the survey.  WRONG.  You have all my contact info, the purchases show up in my repwards profile, but I have NEVER recieved and email for the survey.  Like the previous questioner, I know that these surveys are important to your staff.  Either fix the system (you could put a survey link on the rewards page that we could enter with the customer service code for each purchase) or go back to the old way of having codes on the receipt.   The current system is not helping you identify and retain your best employees.  I want the best people there to help me when I spend my bucks at Best Buy.  Without good people in the stores, we might as well order from Amazon.

    This is true about how we have changed our process for customer satisfaction surveys. They should now be emailed out at random and not every customer will get one. However, we try to make ourselves available for those that wish to share their thoughts, inquiries or concerns with us via social media or over the phone (the forums, Facebook, Twitter, 1-888-BESTBUY). Having spent years as a manager in our stores before coming to work here at corporate, I was always seeking the impressions we were leaving on our customers during their interaction or as they left my store. Each of our leaders at the store level should be welcoming this feedback, as well, should you care to tell them in person during your visit. This will typically allow them to give in-the-moment feedback to their employees while your interaction is still fresh in their mind. In my experience, this timing was some of the most effective feedback I ever gave my employees.

    This  is with respect  Early Inspection for a Goods Receipt for inspction type 04.( 03 is also active in material master)
    We made partial confirmation  250 qty for production order using t code co11n ( total qty of production order is 1000).
    made the usage decision with an acceptance and posted all open stocks. to unrestricted.
    Now  in second partial confirmation prodn order  of 250 qty was made . This suppose to be rejected .  but sytem will add this 250 qty directly to unrestricted stock .  how to over come this .

    Don't make the UD until all stock has been receipted?
    You basically approved the batch.  So why wouldn't the system put the stock to unrestricted?
    Why would you make a UD when you still have stock to be posted anyway?  You can post stock without without making a UD so why not just post some if you need it, and wait on making the UD?

    I have a fright condition for example 100/- and it is constant for all GRs, means the fright should be constant for all goods Receipts irrespective of no. of GRs it is 100/- only. Can you please tell what is setting for this in condition type or any suggestion?

    Is there anyway to customize the criteria set for survey determination in complaints?
    The field is in IMG activity > CRM > Transaction > Settings for Complaints > Questionnaire for Complaints > Define Determination for Questionnaires. But I can't find no IMG activity to set this criteria field for complaints.
    Any ideas?

    CRM Survey: Criteria Set ID
    In this field, you can narrow down the determination criteria for the determination rule further. For example, you can specifiy a particular system status which the transaction must have. The determination criteria you define depends on the transaction you are working in: the determination criteria for activities is different than that for opportunities or leads. You define the further determination criteria in another Customizing activity, depending on your application.
    I guess criteria sets are not available for complaint questionnaires but only for activities. You may try maintaining the criteria set settings under settings for activities and see if it reflects. Not sure though

    Hi,
    You recieve your material from the vendor and do a Goods Reciept in MIGO with mvt 101. You can even enter via T-Code - MB1C.
    Once you get your Invoice for this reciept from your vendor, you then do invoice verification in MIRO.
    After verification, if there is no blocking of the invoices and is posted and released, a accounting document is released during the posting of MIRO. These documents are then referred by FI pals, who are responsible for the payment.
    Hope this gives you a clear picture.

  • Automatic batch management for Production order receipt

    Hello ,
    I have a requirement to setup & activate Batch Management only for Production order Good Receipt . I am looking out for what all configuration / data setup will be required to complete this .
    To start with I have following questions .
    1. Whether such activation is possible only for Production order Good receipt - 101 mov.type
    2. IF yes , is Batch management activation status be at material or plant level .
    3. As I need automatic assignment , should I be selecting Internal batch management .
    4. What should be selected for valuation for Goods movement in Inventory management.
    5. Is it necessary to have batch determination by maintaining Condition tables / Access sequence
    6. What would be standard Class / characteristics to be maintained for automatic determination.
    Also I will have to work with the running system where Material are already active and have stock in system . What precautions will I have take if I have to activate the Batch Management in a running system.

    With reference to your point , need further clarifications
    1. If batch management is selected to material , this means that it will be active for all movement types for Inventory and cannot be restricted to 101 mov.type .
    I see that in config node

    Can I not restrict batch creation only for 101 movement , but again here I don't have options to select only for Good receipt for order - Tran/Ev type - WF .

    Dear Lalas,
    Unfortunately the survey runtime itself doesn't check any authorization.
    But for my personal point of view, you might be able to look into the
    following to fulfil your requirement:
    1.add java script into the survey xml file
    Or
    2.define your own function module with additional authorization check,
      and assign it to survey attributes in transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE,
      as PBO or PAI function module.
      (relevant steps necessary to activate the customer defined
       authorization obj.)
