I don't know a whole lot about computers,so i will try my best. My computer showed the update for the new 5.0 firefox , so I clicked to download the new version and it showed me that certain things were not compatible and they would need to fixed. So, I downloaded the new version and I do not get internet and not sure what to do. Help!

As all of the msuic came from your computer in the first place it should still be there. Is it not?
EVERYTHING on your ipod should also be on your computer and should be included in your regular backup copy of your computer.
Make sure that everything is on your computer. You can transfer itunes purchases from the ipod. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases.
When everything is on your computer, then it can be synced back to the ipod after updating.

Unless the iPhone was purchased as unlocked very recently directly from an Apple Store (the only place in the US where unlocked iPhones are sold, and then only since June), which from the symptoms I doubt is the case, then it was locked to AT&T and jailbroken to make it work with an Irish cell carrier. Updating the operating system has now relocked the iPhone back to AT&T.
Only the cell carrier can institute an official unlock, one which will hold across updates of the operating system, and AT&T will not do so for any reason. All we can advise here is that you return the iPhone to your uncle and purchase an iPhone there in Ireland.

There have been a few reports on here where Corsair RAM seems to have caused users a lot of grief with crashes.
The recommendation on here, mostly, is to only buy RAM from macsales.com or crucial.com as they guarantee their modules will work and offer a no quibble lifetime guarantee.
I'd put the original RAM back in, return the Corsair chips for a refund and re-order from one of those two companies.

Look in your Applications folder. If your system behaved as expected, you should have an iMovie 9.0 folder in your Applications folder. Apple moved the old version there as even they suspected the new versions was a train wreck.

Likely both of you have Open networks and the Mac is just connecting to the strongest one, hopefully it's just that.
If you set a encryption and a password, then it shouldn't be doing this.
WiFi security issues, at home and WiFi hotspots
If you can't do this yourself, then have a local geek come by and set you up.
Also if you head to System Preferences > Network > Airport > Advanced, there might be a connection list, you drag your connection to the top and remove the ones your not going to use.

Okay, so I purchased the first season of American Horror Story, and began to download the season from the cloud. It started great, and I managed to download the first seven episodes, before having a message box pop up and say that my cloud session has been expired. Now, every time I click the little cloud button on the TV cover, or beside the episode titles, iTunes tells me "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID." I am trying to restore information on an older Iphone and am running into the difficulty of restoring my backup. The backup says its incompatible with the iOS on the old phone so it will not let me choose the latest iphone backup. Is there a way to update my old iPhone before I restore that backup? I already have tried to sync it with the latest version of ITunes. I am nervous to restore to an older backup in case the newer backup will not show up again.

What you have to first do is update your old phone using iTunes. Once done: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You should now be able to use that backup.

On your new phone: Settings>General>Software Update. Once done: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You'll now be able to use your backup.
