"No Internet Connection" Message
I got the "No Internet Conection" message when tried to update my C7 to Belle. I've already re installed Nokia Suite to version 3.3.86, disabled firewall and still nothing. I don't use any proxy and already checked the certificates issue and all is fine.

Can you browse the internet using Internet Explorer?
Have you tried uninstalling Nokia Suite from the PC which doesn't work and reinstalling it?
Also, it may be worth to reset your router and change your password, then reconnect. Do this before reinstalling the application, to make sure it is not a network issue.
If the problem persists check your firewall settings.
You can try also turns out firewall and try to uninstall the antivirus and then restart computer. After computer came on again, I hope that the updater for nokia belle will work.

Internet Connection Message at startup and various moments of the day
I started out using a dial-up connection, then later upgraded to ethernet. Now, everytime I start up my iMac I get a Internet Connection message. Here's what it says, The selected communications device does not exist. Please verify your settings and try again. I click ok and my wirless still works. Then, later during my session I get the message again. Any thoughts on how to get rid of this message? Thanks in advance.

mdawgYes, this is the right place for such a question.
The issue with your problem is working out specifically which 'communications device' the Mac is complaining about. It's presumably the modem, but that's not necessarily the case.
The first place to look would be in System Preferences -> Network.
What network ports are enabled there? If the modem is still listed and is the preferred connection (it's at the top), then the Mac is going to try to use the modem and fall-back to the ethernet network if the modem fails.
If that is the case the solution is simple - just use the Show popup menu in Network Preferences to select Network Port Configurations. Here you can enable and disable different ports, as well as change their priority (by dragging them up/down).
Either drag the ethernet port to the top of the list or, if you never expect to go back to the modem, disable the modem option. -

how to a eliminate/suppress a message that pops up approximately every 30 minutes: "internet connect - disconnect - stay connected."

Installing WRT54G - "No internet Connection" message
I have a 2wire Gateway and AT&T high speed internet. Just got a WRT54G, trying to do the setup.
Connecting my gateway to my PC, using either of my two network cables, the internet works just fine. Connecting gateway to WRT54G to PC, following the installation software, installation fails with "No internet connection" - and it's right, there is no internet connection - I had to plug the network cable directly from the gateway to the PC again to type this.
When I connect gateway-WRT54G-PC, the power, WLAN, internet and 1 lights on the WRT54G are lit, so it clearly thinks there's a connection.
Does this router not work with 2wire gateways? Any suggestions?

PeterIf you are getting Ip - 192.168.1.69 ...change the LAN IP of the router to 192.168.2.1 .... Click save settings .... it will show "Page cannot be displayed" message .... Unplug the Power of Router & then the Modem ...
Wait for few minutes ... then plug in first Modem Power then the Router Power ....
Access the setup page of router using http://192.168.2.1 .... use same username & password you used last time .. ...
Check if you are able to go online or not ...
If not then on the router setup page ...use Internet Connection type as PPPOE .... use ISP ...... username & password ....
Click save settings ....
Check under Status tab if it shows connected or not ... if so then you are getting valid Ip Address .....
If not then let me know the error message you are getting ..... -
I keep getting a message from "Internet Connect" ( the purple icon in my preferences), asking if I want to stay connected or not. I have not seen this before...what did I do if anything, to get this to come up and can I un-do this message. It is annoying !!!! Thanks !!!
In the Network Control Panel>PPP Tab>PPP Options... button, you should find what you need.

IWork for iOS 'internet connection' message...
This was not a problem before the latest iOs 7.1 update.
Every one of the iWork apps now states exactly as follows "Opening (App_name) Help requires an Internet connection". Selecting Help in the menu or the Learn More balloon from active Coaching tips turned on gives same response. It doesn't matter where I log into wifi (home/work). Proven, working net connection. No changes made from BEFORE update to AFTER update.
What gives?Numbers and Pages are not syncing with iCloud on my iPhone or iPad, except for one occurrence in five days. Changed documents sit there with an arrow icon.
Hardware is iPhone 5S running iOS 7.1.2 and iPad Air running 7.1.2
Latest update of Numbers and Pages. I deleted and reinstalled Numbers on the iPad without any change however this did seem to bring the esisting documents down to the device from iCloud.
I have an internet connection. I have tried turning 4G on and off, setting up a hotspot on either device so that the other has a wireless connection but this has not fixed the problem.
I have tried restarting both devices.

Data roaming is on and cellular data is on on both devices.
Settings/iCloud/Documents & Data/Numbers is turned on and Settings/iCloud/Documents & Data/Pages is turned on on both devices.

Looking at Settings/iCloud/Manage Storage/Numbers shows there are documents.
i am currently travelling, hence the 3G/4G. At home, on my wireless network (based on an ADSL connection) it will often sync sporadically enough that it is not much of an issue, just an irritation. However this total lack of syncing over the past five days is getting to be pretty unamusing. -
When on the internet if I'm streaming, every 15 mins I get a message "do you want to remain connected?"
If you don't respond it automatically disconnects from the internet.

Droid 4 "No Internet Connection"
My phone will recognize WiFi, but when there is no WiFi, I get a No Internet Connection message. I have a few bars at the top and I have tried it in a number of different locations. I have gotten it to work a few times, but mostly, nothing! Any suggestions? I have tried powering off and turning back on. Didn't help!
My wife has the same problem. But usually powering off and back on will make it work.
If she has wifi enabled here at home and she leaved, it will not switch to 4G by itself.
Pretty annoying. I think we will stop by at the Verizon shop and see what they can do. -
Trying to download acobat pro but recieving internet connection error

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -
New accessory keyboard won't allow Internet connection!
I just bought a new Mac keyboard ($29) and when it's plugged into the MBP before start-up, I get "no internet connection" message. I have to start up the MBP then plug in the keyboard.
What's up with that?Netgear wireless router. Adelphia said that I get disconnected because our router shows a connection for a continuous time. It has been on for over 13 hours and showed a continuous connection.
What I have to do is go to Sys Pref, Network connection and reestablish the connection. It's a pain in the tuckus. -
Just upgraded to Lion an am discovering that I cannot send email photos from within iPhoto. Error message says bad Internet connection or server not working, when that's not the case. Never happened in Snow Leopard! Help!!!

I can send and receive to any non iPhone user. I can send a message as a text to an iPhone user but if I'm not connected to cellular data or wifi I do not receive messages from iPhone contacts. From what I understand these message should automatically send to me as texts instead of iMessages but since the update it's not functioning properly. Please help. I've tried turning iMessage off and I still don't receive the messages until after I reconnect to wifi.
I have the same problem! Before the upgrade, if I wasn't connected to the internet, any messages sent to me from an iphone would convert automatically to a text message. I have payg tarriff, so I turn cell data off, as it costs too much to use it. I have wifi at home and work, but if I'm out and about, I don't receive texts from iphone users until I'm on wifi. I get them ok from non iphone users. There was never any problem until ios7

So, my Iphone 3G randomly stopped working on me tonight when I tried to log out of facebook. I went to update it on my computer, but it says it needs an internet connection to restore...and my computer doesn't connect to the internet anymore. I went to restore it on my roommates iMac, but as it was just about finished I got error message 1015. Please help me! I really don't have money for a new phone right now!!
