i bought phoptoshop 13,i got a serial number. i wrote it. every time that i activate photoshop i got a mess that there is no internet to valid my serial number that i put. i have internet but i don't know why the program dosen't connect. please help me.

Purple Lobster your Creative Suite 4 serial number is for Windows or Mac only. If you were previously using it on Windows then it is likely you have a Windows license. You can verify by checking your serial number at http://www.adobe.com/. If you wish to run Adobe Creative software on your new iMac then I would recommend a Creative Cloud complete or single application membership. No valid acrobat serial number found?

I have reinstalled my CS2 with Acrobat Pro & after a disc crash where I had to replace the hard drive.
After I reinstalled it on the new hard drive,using the correct serial on the box, it keeps coming up with the above message.
"no valid acrobat serial number found. Acrobat will now quit".
I have tried reinstalling 3 times with no luck.
Can anyone guide me through how to fix this?

It is certainly going to increase your difficulties. Windows 7 was not released at the time when Acrobat 8 was available. Most certainly you will be unable to generate PDF files using the Adobe PDF printer.

I can't help directly, but when I installed CS5 I received 2 serial numbers... one for everything else of CS5, and one just for Acrobat... and Acrobat was a separate install

I understand that you have also used the download link & serial number from Adobe - CS2 Downloads, if still the CS2 is not working, then please refer to the system requirement for e.g System requirements | Photoshop
The issue can be that the present operating system might not be compatible with the CS2.

Unable to connect to register the serial number

Just bought Adobe premiere elements 13.
When I open the programm it asks to register the serial number. I click to connect (the connexion on the internet is working properly) but it's impossible to connect it says try again or register later.
I have an Adobe ID account where I have already registered this product and the serial number.
I have also done the update of this product.
Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post I really appreciate your interest and help . I really hope my message will be clear as English is not my mother tongue.
My computer operating system is windows.
When I open the Adobe premier software a new window open saying :
"Connexion required
You should connect with your Adobe ID to activate this software. Type your Adobe ID to register the product.
Then a new window says :
You will be connected with Adobe ID XXXXX
I click to connect then a new window says :
Validation of the serial number
Connect to internet to validate your serial number
Connect later/ Validate
When I click on validate it searches then nothing happens. I can use the software at the moment when typing try Later .So I'm afraid that in 7 days I could not use the software anymore.
I must say that the product is registered on the Adobe ID system but it seems there is no connection between this service ie Adobe ID and the software .

Just installed PSE13 and it will not validate serial number - I get message saying "Connect to Internet to Validate" - I AM connected to Internet and PSE shows me as being logged in with my email address which is also my Adobe ID?

Rejects my valid original Serial Number when trying to install update

I have Logic Pro 8.0.2 installed with a valid serial number. Now I am upgrading to Logic Pro 9 and when I enter the new serial number it asks for the original. That's good - it means that the new serial number is accurate and wanting my original to verify my copy. When I enter the original, it always comes back as an invalid serial number. I have verified it is correct with others' eyes and reading it back etc - no go. My original is an Academic version - does that mean anything? But even so where do I go for help? I don't seem to see anything at the Apple website to direct me for help other than this discussion forum.
Where do I go for help getting this resolved short of taking my 24" iMac into an Apple store with my serial numbers in hand? TIA

My understanding is that 'Academic' versions cannot be upgraded. You may need to purchase the full version. I suggest a quick phonecall to the Applestore to verify.

before saving the data you are giving material number and quantity ok,
after that one window will come for the updation of serial number ok,
i need the validation on the serial number field.
like it has to check the asset master serial number.
both the things are equal means posting should happen other wise it has to through the error.
like this i want.

You can use user exits EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001.
This exit is called in update task when saving Material document.

In this case I would suggest your to check your host file entries once.

No way. I don't have a creative player, but I'm looking to buy one. Would this mean that I can't ask questions about the player on this board, or help others who are also intrested in the same player as me? This board is a great source of information, much better than the actual information on the Creative site.
People are angry with their products because they have a reason to be. I admit that some angry customers are just using the forum to let off their anger, but you should have to put up with that. If you look at it from a positi've view, it shows us that that particular player may have problems. If you don't like the look of posts like that, then just ignore them.

Serial number is invalid - but it worked for a while !?!

I have just purchased a new computer. I have downloaded the install for cs 5.5 masters collection. It was running for about 1 month, but now I get the message, that the Serial Numer is invalid. What is going on here???

Registration is always a good idea, but failure to do it does not disable any Adobe applications. See if the following helps for the serial number problem...
