No Kuler in Photoshop CC (French version).

Hi,
i don't have Kuler in Photoshop CC.
Is it because i use the french version ?
Does Adobe work on a new integration of Kuler in Photoshop, like the Illustrator one ?

I have the French version of CC installed on my Mac, and as I have found out on this forum, the French authorities do not allow Kuler to be integrated into the other CC-applications. Whatever the reason might be, Kuler is not integrated in the french version of CC. I'm living in Belgium, so I should not be concerned with this matter, but nevertheless… no Kuler for me neither.
But to be frankly, I don't give a damn to change the French for the English version. So in my CC preferences I changed the app language in english (international) and downloaded Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign again.
In Photoshop I had to change the program language in 'preferences > interface' into English: UK (I had the choice between French and English UK). And a miracle happened, after starting the Mac up again, the Kuler panel was available via the 'Window > Extensions' menu. But in Illustrator and Indesign I found no way to change the application language: I keep on getting the French version.
Anyone has any experience with this?

and I suppose it's the same in the Canadian law too . So, if I understand you, I buy an incomplete software without any information from Adobe about that !!!!! and you don't alow me to use a complet french version of the software I paid and use on the US country because of a French law that nobody knows neither follow except ADOBE????? can you explain me more because I really don't understand your "no answer" to explain an other bug in your software... Why do you sell it as an incomplet solution at the same price in that case? Just have to inform every users about that and we will baught the US (or other language) versions in place of the french one...
Is there finaly a temporary solution to find & install the kuler extention from the US version to the french version in Photoshop & Illustrator (by myself, of course and without the agreement of ADOBE )

Effective December 13, Adobe disabled the activation server for CS2 products and Acrobat 7 because of a technical glitch. These products were released over 7 years ago and do not run on many modern operating systems. But to ensure that any customers activating those old versions can continue to use their software, we issued a serial number directly to those customers. No Kuler windows in illustrator CC (french version)

I don't have a 'kuler windows' in my windows menu? I'm using the french version of Illustrator CC.
The web application and Iphone app work fine.
(the kuler extension is working find in illustrator CS6)
I'm using windows 7 (64 bits)

There's a nice french law that forbid the installation of Kuler in the CS applications because part of the app, then the website were not translated. It seems that french canadian should do the trick, but it might require uninstall/reinstall with the fr_CA version.
To complete the trick, be sure your system session is in canadian, that's what's used to decide what to install.

Which version of the SDK are you using? My guess is that you are using CS6 or earlier SDK and the version number of that suite is newer and CS3 does not expose the suite version you are asking for.
Try changing the version of sPSActoinDescriptor to use kPSActionDescriptorSuitePrevVersion. Make sure you check for NULL for all functions before using them. If I remember correctly only the PutInteger64 and GetInteger64 routines are for version 3. You could also add in two versions of the sPSActoinDescriptor and try to acquire the new version and if that fails try to acquire the old version.
If that doesn't work you can try using the CS3 SDK.

OK, law "Toubon" [that means "all good" in french- but many think that it's "all bad "="Tout mauvais" ;-)] says that all functionalities and manuals of a commercial product have to be translated in french.
But, IMHO, it does'nt forbid to let the user insert plugins or something, that is not in the inital product he bought. Then give us the possibility to add BY OURSELVES those extensions. It would be fine.

As Photoshop Album, LR add a suffix with an è (the long french world Modifié) to file name when you mofify an image with external editor Photoshop.
It is a bad choice to add an accentuated character (è) to a file name. When you publish picture on the Web. Many Web softwares or Internet Web sites providers, dont make any différence between e and è, so links can be broken. For instance, you can get è in HTML link (if you use an french HTML editor) but e in file name on provider disk.
It would be much better to apply a shorter suffix, with no localized specific character : bis, alt, supp, corr...

Rather than temporarily removing the NoBreak in the applied character style, I just deleted all GREP styles from my paragraph styles. But it doesn't matter which temporary solution I choose, because any global change in the styling will have the text re-flown. However, I can live with that if it means I can get the work done in one day instead of ten.
[*] After reading Uwe's links (in German): it's not because of my particular application of No Break. It seems Extreme Slow-Down occurs as soon as you apply a GREP style to an element that occurs a lot; the contents of the GREP seems not to matter.

Avec la configuration ci-dessus, Pages fonctionne en Français.

I moved to Europe and now my iPod nano isn't recognized by French version of iTunes

I have a laptop with Window 7.
Since in France, in order to buy music on iTunes I had to download its French version, letting me keep the music already there. But now I don't seem to be able to synchronize and/or update my iPods (I have one first generation and one touch 6 th generation).
I must say that, before I left the U.S., I downloaded music on the iPods from another computer - my main desk computer (and account with iTunes). So, would it be a problem because the libraries are different in each computer or because the account is now in a different country?
I am lost... Some help would be really appreciated.

Not the most helpful error message from the installer? No details on why the system was rejected? That's something I'd consider to be some amateur-level programming in the installer.
You don't have a 64-bit processor. Intel Core series is 32-bit. Intel Core 2 series (and later) is 64-bit.

How/where do I change the default for File>Open With>Photoshop? i haven't had Photoshop CS2 installed since the first CC 2014 version, and it was working fine until this last update last month.
