No life from newly built PC

So I've installed the mobo, CPU and fan, RAM, and PSU. I've made sure the connections are correct and then I turn it on but nothing at all happens. Not even a fan or any LEDs. I am using a H81M-E33 motherboard, Intel Core i5-4440 CPU, 8 gigs (1 module) of DDR3 1600 MHz Kingston HyperX Fury RAM, and a 500W EVGA PSU (part # 100-W1-0500-KR). The case I am using is a Rosewill Redbone U3, which is an ATX mid-tower case. Here is a list of the things I have tried that have not worked that people have suggested:
- Making sure the PSU switch is on
- Switching the RESET BTN and PWR BTN connectors on the mobo and using both buttons to attempt turning it on.
- Resetting CMOS memory by taking out CMOS battery and putting it back in after 10-15 mins
- Making sure CPU fan is connected to CPU_FAN socket and not a SYS_FAN socket.
- Making sure RAM is firmly seated in DIMM sockets
- Leaving only the essentials connected (Remember, I currently only have the CPU, RAM, mobo, and PSU installed.)
- Plugging in the PSU into the wall instead of a surge suppressor/protector
These are the connections I have on the motherboard:
1. The 20+4 pin power connector
2. Another 4 pin connector
3. 2 fans connected to sockets SYS_FAN1 and SYS_FAN2
4. The Reset Button and PWR Button connectors (The PLED and HDD LED connectors aren't necessary, right?)
5. Front panel USB 2.0 connector (My motherboard doesn't support 3.0)
6. Speaker
7. Some "HD Audio" connector

BT are just a service provider, that link toekneem gave you is just to connect an 'exisiting' line, NOT for BT Retail to pay Openreach to install the line plant.
You said your new house is built right next to your exisiting one, is your old one supplied by an overhead pole or underground feed?
If it is overhead you will probably be alright because it may just be a case of running a new drop wire from the pole to your new house. If it is underground then it will get expensive because Openreach will have to run new duct and cable from the nearest underground distribution point.

HT4528 Sound from the built-in speaker badly cracks and breaks

Hi, I need a help on trying to figure out what's wrong with my iPhone 4..
I've had my iPhone for about a year, without any major issue. But recently I noticed that the sound coming from the built-in speaker cracks and breaks to a point it barely makes any proper sound. The weird thing is that this happens only for alarm, text/phone ringtones, and during calls when I try to use the speaker.
At first I suspected it was the hardware issue, but when I play music it works just fine. I tried restoring the phone, but that didn't fix the problem.
I'm thinking about taking it to Apple store or Verizon, but my Apple warranty seems to have expired and I don't know what Verizon can do to help. I should still have the protection plan through Verizon, but it doesn't cover much.

You should be able to check by going to about this mac from the Apple menu. Then click the more info button and then the system report button. Next, click on audio tab to the left. If you don't have an entry for built in input then you probably don't have line-in in your mac. As already mentioned though you should be able to defiantly find out with the model and year.

This sounds different than with my IOS devices, since I am able to see the photos even with a connection to the Internet.
Do you mean without a connection to the internet? With a connection it's logical you would be able to see the PS.

This tells me that the image files are not on the HD unless the subscriber chooses to download them.

No. ACS versions 4 and 5 are totally different. Version 4 was made under Microsoft Windows or for Windows but version 5 is Linux.

I need help in migrating a SharePoint 2010 BI PerformancePoint site to a newly built SharePoint 2013 site on another server. The SharePoint 2010 BI Performance Point site has mainly Analytic graphs and charts that work perfectly within the SP 2010 environment
but do not work within the SP 2013 environment. When I open the graphs and charts within Dashboard Designer I get a ‘cannot access the data source’ error message. The problem I am having is there is no way I can edit the graphs and charts to use a newly created
data source on the SP 2013 site.

Just been going through all this with a client.
Make sure that you either migrate the Secure Store using the Database Attach method (You'll need the farm passphrase to do this), or ensure that you recreate any Secure Store groups required for users to access the data sources.
If you're not using the Secure Store for access to the data, try monitoring the SQL logs on the target data stores and looking for login failures. The PerformancePoint service account(Or the excel unattended account) may required access to the
data store.
Also, if you're using PowerPivot, be aware that your Excel files will need to be created in Excel 2013 with the PowerPivot 2013 add-in in order for manual refresh (Or refresh on open) to work.

IDT driver update = No sound from the built-in speakers

I just recently bought an HP - dv6 WF536AV Laptop.
The sounds were proper from the built-in Altec Lansing speakers , till i updated the audio drivers via HP Support Utility.
Now i do not get any playback from the speakers mentioned above, but while plugging in my iPod headphones, there is audio in the headphones.
I've tried to reinstall the IDT Audio driver from the HP Support utility as well as one downloaded from the website :

Yet, nothing is resolved.
Of what i understood from various articles on the web, was that the new driver sets the headphone jack as the primary device for audio output and hence it does not reach the speakers.
Also , I'm pretty sure of this not being a hardware conflict since the laptop is recently purchased and i've rarely used the headphone jack.

Hi,
From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel and then open Device Manager. Click the small arrow next to Sound Video and Game Controllers, right click on the IDT High Definition Audio Codec and select Properties. Click the Driver tab then click on 'Roll back Driver'. Click yes or Ok to any further prompts and let the process complete. Reboot the PC and see if your sound is back. If it is not repeat this process again.

It's a built-in app, so it can't be deleted nor downloaded from the store. If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > Camera being set 'off' ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Installer from exes built in multiple versions?

I have an application which includes several executables from which an installer is built in LabVIEW. The executables have all been built in the same version of LabVIEW, but now I need (for reasons I won't go into) to build an installer from exes built in different versions of LabVIEW. Anyone tried this? I presume I can just compile in the respective versions, paste the exes into the expected locations and run the installer build spec?

You can include any files you want in an installer (so you can include the output of another build from another project), but remember you'll also need to make sure the correct version of the LabVIEW Run-time is installed for each one. If you're not including the runtime in your installer then this isn't a problem but something to bear in mind.
You can also include other installers in your installer I believe as well - you could have an installer for each LV version that includes those applications and the appropriate LVRT and then another installer which includes those.
It can get complicated but you should be able to get it working.
