No link to download purchased LR4
I purchased the LR4 upgrade (download version), and after going to the download page see that the words "not applicable" appear where the download link should be. My serial number is there, just no apparent way to download the product. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
Download the LR4 as the trial from adobe.com and while installation , it will ask for the serial number , enter the serial number you have and it should work.
also you burn the CD or DVD for the setup file for the future usage.

I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked on the link it actually sent me to a page that had the icon to download now. I hope you can help me. I purchased adobe captivate 8 on line and when I click on the email link to download, it comes up with 7 programs, some are 64 bit and some are not, my computer is 32 bit. I am not sure which of these 7 to download? All or just the 4 non 64 bit?
I tracked down the problem with the download and installation, my windows 7 was missing a file and after reinstalling windows everything worked out. The first 32 bit program in their list was used. I hope this can help others.

Check in your iTunes folder on your computer to find the files. If they are there, then drag on top of iTunes to import them in. If they are not there, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Have got a Windows Vista basic and had run a a trial version of LR4 on it - just purchased an LR5 without checking out the complete system requirements. Can I get a complete download of LR4 so that the money I've spent is not wasted. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 7 currently.
There are still retail packs of LR 4 to be found out there - for example, on EBay. It's just important to be careful whether it's a full version, an upgrade, or a student + teacher version. And to be certain it's genuine, and has a serial number which has never been activated before. The serial number that you get with that, should work with any 4.x version of LR, on either MacOS or Windows. And it will almost certainly be heavily discounted compared with the previous price direct from Adobe.
Of course the other way is to upgrade to Windows 7 SP1, which should also be available discounted, and thus eke out the life of an older PC (I personally would not go to Win8 in such a case). Maybe pick up some RAM also, if that's a problem, provided you can do so cheaply (since that will be simply thrown away in due course, when you get a newer PC),
Using LR4 instead of LR5 you do miss out on a few nice features, as well as potentially the Raw support and lens profiles for more recent camera equipment.
LR 4 is obsolete as far as Adobe is concerned. They will not sell a Serial Number for it. -
i purchased a copy of OSX Mountain Lion from the App Store yesterday, and have been told it will take 1-3 business days to receive an email with a link to download. Really Apple. 1-3 business days to download software! It should be immediate just like every other software company in the world. Seems it only took a couple hours for you to process my payment. Very disappointe.
First, Apple is closed for two weeks for the long holidays. Second, on top of that it is the weekend. Third, you didn't buy this from the Mac App Store, you bought it through the Apple Store, a different division of Apple. Your purchase has to be communicated to a real employee who will hand generate the redemption code for your purchase and tuck it away in a locked pdf which they will then send to you in two different emails, one with the locked pdf and a second with the password to unlock the pdf. And they are doing it for perhaps millions of folks buying different versions of OS X in this manner. But most important, just a little while ago when you opened your account here in the Apple Support Communities you promised in return to be allowed to post here, that you would not criticize Apple, its products or its business decisions. I'm embarrassed for you that the first thing that you did was break your promise.
Why have you bought OS X Mt Lion? Do you have a minimum of OS X Snow Leopard on your Mac right now? -

They work just fine. whatever issues you have are specific, but without proper system info, browser info and other details nobody can even begin to guess.
