No longer able to submit app to iTunes.

Today I am trying to submit a new version of an app to iTunes with the application loader but keeps coming up with the following error. The app was submitting fine last Friday. Any help or fixes will be much appreciated.
Package Summary:

Hi i have executed to system liker , exactly how it is written after i exported my app using Flash CC ( i ve used the same sdk in system linker ) , but i showed an error i think is simple :
SDK is missing file /Applications/Adobe Flash CC/AIR3.6/lib/aot/bin/ld64/ld64
I think it is because i moved the ld64 to ld64_orig and the creation of the syslink  was not perfect , i ve checked in the folder  "<sdk>/lib/aot/bin/ld64" the ld64 is there as a link .
but the problem is that the ld doest not exist in "/usr/bin/" .
so what can i do i think is simple ?/

I have a MacBook Air and recently downloaded the new operating system, 10.10 OSX Yosemite. Since that time, I am no longer able to access my personal ITunes library to add music to IPhoto slideshows.  I put I tunes library on my desktop, as suggested. How do I drag it to the I Photo slideshow?

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots  and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

  • No longer able to add ringtones to itunes 10.6 and up

I am no longer able to add ringtones into tones. I make the ringtones via itunes but it won't let me add it to the "tones" tab. The file is proper .m4r extension but when I try to add it, it gives me the circle with the line across the middle that doesn't let me add it to the tones tab. Is anyone else having this trouble? and if so how can I fix it?

Try Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows.

  • I am no longer able to purchase songs from iTunes.

When I click on the "buy" icon in iTunes, nothing happens. I don't get a warning, or anything. Just nothing happens. I can click on the arrow to the right of the "buy" icon and get the drop down menu that includes "gift this song, add to wish list" etc. I can click the arrow to the left of the song title and the sample plays without a problem.
    I can download "free" items.
All of my existing music plays just fine and I can upload it to my ipod without a problem.
I have re-entered my valid cc info. Updated my iTunes software. I have reviewed everything in my account to ensure accuracy.
I am using an older Mac running OS X 10.5.8
My cc expires in less than a month so I am wondering if that may be the problem.
I was able to purchase so a few weeks ago, in November, when it was more than a month before my cc expires, but suddenly am not.

I suddenly have the same exact problem with both my Macs - MBP 10.6.8 with iTunes 10.7, as well as an old PPC. The button for 'buy" "or "download" or "rent" is no longer functional. I click on the button but nothing happens.
And we're not alone - there are a lot of similar complaints just recently in Apple discussions and other forums in the past few days. It doesn't seem to matter which OS or iTunes version is used, or even if it's a Mac or PC. Apparently its only affecting some. So far, there doesn't seem to be a fix.
Maybe if enough people complain, Apple will find a fix.
Edit: I just saw this temporary fix on another thread that worked for me:
"click on drop-down, add to wish list, and then answer yes to the prompt about "prices may change, do you want to download now" works."

  • New iPod touch, no longer able to add songs via iTunes

Have a new iPod touch, less than a week old. 3.1.2 OS and 9.0.2 iTunes on an iMac.
Was loading songs manually, walked away for a little while, left the iPod connected, now I cannot add songs.
I've restored the iPod, still unable to drop songs onto it from iTunes. I set it to sync checked songs, will not load that way either.
It will load apps, I reloaded the apps, but songs will not go on it. Drive isn't full, after the restore I loaded apps, about 4 gigs worth, and tried songs but nada, zip, zilch.
    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Oddness...
Tried adding songs numerous ways, nothing. Walk away for a bit, come back, now I can add songs.
iPod gremlins? Taking it back tomorrow to see if they have any ideas...

  • IPod Touch 4th Generation issue - no longer able to view Device in iTunes?  I can't add, Sync, Back Up or Restore?

The PC’s I use have Windows 7 installed along with the latest version of iTunes.  I have
previously deleted all components of iTunes and re-installed.  This made no difference. The PC’s do not recognise my iPod in the Windows Device Manager using ‘devmgmt.msc’.  and still nothing in iTunes.
    Also C:\Program files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers / - do notlist ‘usbaapl64’.
The folders listed are ‘usbaapl.cat’, ‘usbaapl.inf’,‘usbaapl.sys’ and ‘usbaaplrc.dll’.
Whether this makes a difference I do not know.
iTunes doesn’t recognise my iPod either however it recognises my attached iPhones OK
(iTunes/File/Devices) with the options of Sync; Transfer Purchases and Back Up being available.
When my iPod is connected, iTunes shows the File ‘Devices’ sections as being inaccessibly greyed out.
So to reiterate, I have tried multiple computers and a variety of Windows operating systems (but I’m running Windows 7) with absolutely no success; the ‘Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus controllers/Apple Mobile Device USB Driver’ appears with my iPhone but nothing for my iPod; the Apple Mobile Device Support is installed;  all my USB cables work OK; the device does not appear in Windows or in iTunes; iTunes has been fully uninstalled and reinstalled; the version of iTunes is up to date; the iOS of the iPod Touch shows it is up to date at version 6.1.6 (and cannot be changed) and even a hard reset has been tried.  Everything tried and suggested with complete failure.
I can use a USB port to charge up my iPod and can still receive e-mails, updates to apps and can play songs but I can’t add any new songs or update iOS.  There are no error codes because as far as the computer and/or iTunes is concerned, there is no connected iPod. My iPod used to work perfectly.   Also I tried the Apple iPod forum without success and was advised to try the iTunes community support.
    Please help!  Thank you.

I'm having the same problem with my 4th gen iPod touch. After the update my iPod synched and wiped all my music off - apps & podcasts weren't affected. Restored it a couple of times and that didn't work.
I tried copying a couple of albums over and it would do a couple of songs then the rest of the album would look like it had copied instantly. I tried playing the songs and it would play the first couple of songs once, then it came up with ! Beside every song (including the ones I'd just played and said they weren't on my iPod.
I've removed iTunes from my laptop and downloaded the few iTunes bought albums over WiFi to my iPod. The rest of my music is from cds or mixes/podcasts downloaded from soundcloud so I've had to use a different program to copy some of this music to my iPod for the time being until I can see how to sort this out.

  • No longer able to burn CDs in iTunes 9.2.1.5

I looked at the FAQ, checked everything it suggests including device filters, everything looks good. I can backup iTunes library to CD-R no problem. I can burn audio CD-R with other programs no problem (I used exact audio copy). iTunes detects both audio and MP3 data CDs no problem. I just cannot burn a disc from iTunes. I used to be able to a couple of weeks ago. I still can on a different computer. I get no error messages. When I insert a blank CD-R, the drive reads it for a while, but iTunes never seems to see it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. No change.
I browsed through the forums, didn't find anything that helped.
Any suggestions for anything else to try would be appreciated.

I have cleaned off my hard drive and re installed Windows 7. I downloaded Itunes V 10 and still can not burn a disk. I tunes error msg says Itunes.exe has campatiblity problem with old setting. I have disabled all compatibility settings.
    Thanks,

  • No longer able to transfer rentals from iTunes to iPod

I rented two TV show episodes last night and when I tried to transfer to my iPod nano (gen 5) there was no longer a Rentals tab. I also tried this on my iPad and iPhone – same problem. I rent movies and TV shows regularly and transfer to my iPod which I then watch on my television using a dock - it's always been easy and seamless – this has never happened before. I rented a movie last Friday and transferred to my iPod nano no problem. What has happened to iTunes? I am using iTunes 10.3.1 on a MacPro running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 – My iPod nano (Gen 5) software is v1.0.2.

It would go through the motions of syncing and show steps 1-5, then it would end. When I would check my phone the songs weren't there.
I ended up going back to my Summary tab, scrolling down to Options and choosing "Sync only checked songs and videos".  I clicked on Sync one more time and my songs showed up.  I guess that was the problem.

  • Hard drive was replaced - no longer able to sync iphone with iTunes

Could use some help.  My hard drive crashed & needed to be replaced.  I did not back up my hard drive so ...
I am recreating everything again.  My iTunes will not sync with my iPhone and when I try it tells me that it will basically wipe my iPhone clean of all contacts, songs, etc.
    Any recommendations ?
    Thanks -

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year. Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • No longer able to buy items on iTunes after upgrading to 7.6.2

Just want to know if I am the only one having that problem: I upgraded today to iTunes 7.6.2. I can access the store, I can access my account, but I am unable either to make any change to my account settings or to buy new items: each time I am about to complete the process, I get a message: "your session has expired, please start again".
Since I had never suchg a problem with iTunes in 4 years of use, I assume the problem must be in some way related to the latest version of iTunes I downloaded today. (Of course, as usual, I repaired permissions before and after downloading.(

No, all my items are there, no problem such as yours. Re vanishing content, you may have noticed there seems to be some solutions available for people experiencing such problems, e.g.:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301895
My own problem seems to have been solved in the meantime: I can suddenly access all iTunes features again. Apparently, it was just a temporary problem. This is a relief.
Good luck for finding a solution to your problem!

  • I am no longer able to download apps or watch youtube videos on my 2g iPod touch. Help

He question above pretty much explains my problem. It is probably nOt the wifi as I haveused multiple connections to try to get apps. Once I hit install to get an app, it says waiting and then the icon just disappears and doesn't download. Any ideas? An apple mod would be nice. Thanks.

Don't worry you are not the only one, I have the exact same issue at you, with a 2nd gen iPod touch if any one has managed to fix this issue, please let me know

  • No longer able to download apps onto my iPhone

I have recently become unable to download apps onto my iphone. I receive the error "Unable to Purchase. ___ app could not be purchased at this time. Please try again later." But it looks as if it is still attempting to download. In fact, it will download the app to one of my other devices instead. This has been going on for a couple weeks now. It gives my the same error on apps I have already purchased are are on my cloud as well.

Many, but not all, apps offer older versions. See: App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps.
